Pixie yes hubbie will be adopting one of myn hehe. You did read right. But it could be a hard road for us. As we obviously have to get the biological person to sign off on this. We are currently in hiding and to get that could end up making things worse like if he wants visitation. Obviously it would be supervised but i WONT let that happen. Ill move again if need be. That person is whom i am suing.

The thing we are using on DD's nose is called a Nosefrida - google it. It's soooo soooo much better than a fess aspirator. I just used it on DD got out heaps of snot and she slept through the whole thing. She used to howl when I used the fess aspirator.
Well, we just had the midwife come round. Beth has gained a kilo from her weight on discharge from hospital and has grown a huge 4.5 cm in length! The Bear and I were very pleased!

Hi everyone, hope everyone had a good day yesterday. Jazz got Shel a stanley screwdriver kit and a ArmorAll detailing kit, I made her bacon eggs baked beans and toast for breakfast and garlic prawns for dinner. Shel's parents came around, and we had our neice for a few hours while SIL worked, walked down to shop for fish and chips for lunch. A very nice day!

Went to dr for Jazz and she got weighed today, holy cow she is a heffa! 5kg! She was 3790g at birth! Enough reason for me to stop worrying about my boobs going out of order, I am pretty sure they are working fine. Man, I was surprised! And 4cm longer than birth length! I didn't even notice that she grew!

My 15yo bro is having surgery today, just got a text from mum to say that he just went in. Just a minor procedure, to get his toes straightened, only one or two nights stay. Nothing like his last one that was an 8hour operation (double femoral osteotemy, tenden lengthenings behind knee, and metal plates in ankles to straighten them), 2 weeks in hospital and 6 weeks in a spica plaster (belly button to toes, both legs, only a small wedge cut out so he could do numbers 1s and 2s). So this one is basically nothing, probably 2-3 hours at the most, but I can't help but worry of course. He will be absolutely fine, but I can't help being a protective big sister!

My sister got us a Wii for $250 YAY! :dance: so lucky she works at cash converters! She got me a nintendo ds lite for $99 about 6 weeks ago. Now I need to get a hold of a fit board and I can try and get back into shape! Of course, try is the main word! LOL!

Well, gonna go browse BB, then sleep.

Oh, Jazz went into her cot Saturday night. Her cot is right next to our bed. She started wriggling down the bed, and even with the sleeper that we have I found it too unsettling to find her almost covered by the doona so she is now in her cot until her early morning feed and then I bring her in with us lol and I sleep with my arm around her so I know where she is. Would sleep like that all night except at the moment I am so tired once I'm asleep I'm asleep and I don't know if I'd still keep my arm around her when I am sleeping so deeply. Early morning I am fine, I'm a morning person so usually awake around 5-6am, just not out of bed these days lol! It makes sleeping a lot more comfy having her in the cot since we just have a double bed and the sleeper took up so much room!

Leasha i hope your bro is k sweet. Its oh so obvious your princess is defently feeding even with lopsidedness she obviously is happy and gaining weight good on ya mom! % kilo is awesome. think that will be another month away at least for us hehe. Altho joshie has grown 5 cm's so thats awesome. I have been having to pack some of his clothes away that don't stretch over his body:D

sin ce commig off the antibiotics josh is so much more settled. altho now the cramping in my tummy has returned i have only JUST stopped bleeding did every one else go this long? Think i may need more antibiotics i must have an infection me thinking:rolleyes:

Yay Squidipa - what fantastic weight gain, we are hoping to pass 3250grams this week (Weigh in Wednesday), that would bring us up to 1kg over birth weight - but as long as Nakita is gaining some weight and most importantly for us growing in length it doesn't matter, so far it has taken us 10 weeks to get to where we are!

:hug: for your little bro Leasha, wish him a quick recovery for us! Sounds like your boobie milk is 'da bomb!!

I'll keep that in mind Pixie - hopefully we don't need to use one - stay healthy Nakita! Awesome weight gain too Beth and length!!

Thursday MIL is coming down still, but the plan is for her to come for the morning, she can settle and play with Nakita between feeds, I can do other stuff home or out, we have to sort out DH's car (getting serviced) and in the afternoon Nakita and i have Premmie Playgroup at the WCH, they have special guests and go through massage, milestones, weight gain and heaps of other stuff - it is our first session so I am very excited!! I got the info after the my posts the other day about being "told"!

Wow 10 weeks old - OMG I cannot imagine my life without Nakita now!! Just the light of my life - with her daddy!!!

Sorry if I have missed anyone, huge :grouphug: I am just soo tired - nighty night!

I've been so busy since I last posted - lots of time with my family for father's day, sadly DH's family are sick and wanted to wait to be safe before seeing Eli again.. and doing some work (my brain seems to have slowed down though?!).

Eli was weighed yesterday and has had a growth spurt (not that he needed one?!) and put on 630g this last week. My midwife was saying he should be able to handle 5 hours overnight between feeds now (he was still 3 hours) and then oddly that night (last night) he slept for 6 hours! Ironically, I woke up soo full of milk and was worried at how long he'd been without a feed. I'm hoping he does this every night from now on though!

Leasha - have been thinking of your brother, hope everything is going well for him. How's the wii? I'm wanting to feel fit again and hoping to go back to the gym in a week or so.. but the wii looks a fun way to get exercise hehe.

Squidipa - glad josh is more settled now you're off antibiotics :) and his weight gain is going well again! Btw, I asked my midwife what's a min amount of weight gain a week they're looking for and she said 100g (but if Eli only put on 30g in a week she wouldn't be worried heh) - so your 90g wasn't much off that anyways.

The last week or more Josh has been sleeping from anywhere from 5.30 to 7.30 he goes to sleep then If i am lucky ill force feed him at 10... the other night he wouldnt wake and i was blowing raspberries on his belly hehe:cryinglaugh: So now i just figure leave him so its no 10pm feed then he feeds at 2 am and between 5-6 am then top me ups for the next couple hours Mostly me making sure he is getting enough. So he is having a min 7 hour sleep at night solid.

Someone mentioned a little while ago about DTD. I was trying to get online to ask if anyone else was told to wait 6 weeks before even attempting? I was told both times with the girls so I'm really surprised some of you haven't been told. I had a friend that hadn't been told either and she delivered in the Royal Womens here in Brisbane.

Rach - holy cow thats a great gain!!!! I have nooo idea what DD is doing with her weight gain - never seem to get the car on a Tuesday, and thats the clinic day... so haven't weighed her for.. uh.... 3 weeks now.... we know she is growing cos some of her nappies don't fit her anymore - I'm very pleased with myself - haven't used a disposable on her for AGES now... hehehehe..

Although having to deal with cloth nappies, extra clothes to wash, bottles to wash, and two kids to look after is starting to do my head in!!!!! Soooo many things to do, and I just keep ripping up DH because he tries (bless him, he DOES try) but god he stuffs ***** up, or goes too slow, or can't do more than one thing at the same time (really irritating!!) and I just prefer to do it myself!!!!! Keep yelling at the poor bugger... :redface:

Ahh well... better get back to my cup of tea and then start cleaning the house before the monster wakes up and messes it all up again!!!!

Mel aka Gudism... hehe i hear ya on the one job at a time but they do it to slow. Arnt men and women so different, especially with priorities hehe :cryinglaugh:
As for meeting any time after 9am is fine the 3 year old gets picked up at 8.45 at latest and i have to pop to aldi first want those cookie cutters 100 of them for 10 buck hey pretty good. :) Where ay wanna meet food court? heck i dont even know what ay look like any tips hehe? Gudism you should weigh her at the clinic at Caboolture hospital its all free We weighed josh on Monday so Thursday Friday ill re weigh him then go to weekly weigh in's with him.

Hey kiwi girl my mother inlaw would say the weigh gains because the ice cream and milk products over there are so much more creamier that must include you to:p


On a side note... BIG PRAISE FOR ME :clap:breast feeding as far as i have and for the rest of you all:dance:. Just gotta get past 8 weeks and im on a record here :D I have thought about packing it in but so far we all good and on a roll :)

Hey Vic

Next time you're on Belly Belly, can you let the other ladies know that Veygas has had his surgery - he came out of recovery at 4pm this afternoon (Tuesday). We are still in Children's hospital at Westmead to make sure he recovers ok from the anaesthetic. He did have a hernis, but also a tear in the lining of his stomach (as opposed to just the gap) so it had to be tied off twice.

Poor thing was fasted from 8.30am this morning, surgery started at 2.30pm. He seems to be doing ok so far, so hopefully we'll be going home tomorrow, but I just wanted to update you all on the progress. The doc ended up admitting us straight away after our aoppt yesterday. It's a relief to know it's been fixed and we got it early enough to not cause any major probs!

This stupid internet kiosk at the hossie won't let me acess belly belly site due to restricted content! Blah!

I was glad to hear the Veygas is oing well - sending more sloppy baby kisses from Nakita to Veygas and hugs to MM!!

Night tome feeds are around 4am now, so daddy gives Nakita a bottle of EBM at 9.45 then bed, she stirs a bit inbetween but isn't waking until 4am - :hooray:

I've done two days straight of work only 4 hours monday but nearly 7 today, although I lost an hour today, Nakita was a little grotty so I put her in the carrier and did a lap around the block and when I got back to the office the lock was broken, it took and hour and I think 6 guys and we broke back into the office!! Nakita ended up being half and over her usual feed time - but she slept through the whole thing!!

The floor for the second story is down, now just waiting for the walls!

We have the weigh in today, so hoping for 160grams will bring us up to 1kg over birth weight :pray:

JUST A QUICK UPDATE

We went to see our MW again today and these are her latest stats:

Weight 3370grams (+180grams in 15 days, and +1020grams since birth :dance: - we passed the 1kg mark) Based on her corrected age she is in the 10th percentile, uncorrected she is off the chart completely EEK!
Length 53.5cm (+3.5cm in 4 weeks, and +8cm since birth) We think she is going to be tall and lean
HC 38cm (+1cm in 4 weeks, and +4cm since birth)

Her Paed wanted her to put on 150-170grams a week and we are doing just over half of that atm, but as long as she is putting on weight I am not concerned. We are having another weigh-in and check with our MW and if she has passed 3500grams we don't need to go back there, just regular checkups with CAYHS Nurse.

Generally happy with it all, glad that we don't have to do more top-ups.

She is bright and alert, the jaundice has nearly gone :hooray:

We are just so proud of our little girl!

:woot: Nakita slept from 10:30-5am yay!!! She stired inbetween but wasn't hungry!!

Also she has been favouring the left boob for the ast few days, which isn't surprising as it has the most milk, but at 5am I thought of a possible solution and it's working!! Football hold (under the arm) for the RHS, then just slide her across so she lays infront of me for the LHS, and she like the RHS now!! When I expressed last night my RHS was terrible only 15ml, compared to 50ml oh the LHS, so I hope this works and gets my right producing more milk. I think she knows something is different but she can't work it out :lol:

And on top of that she gulps the milk down so quickly from the left, that I amd now reclining or lying down, so she doesn't get so much wind and stuff.

MIL is down today, so will be giving her N when I have finished feeding, so I can get a few jobs done this morning - not going to have a lot of time cos were are wasting an hour taking DH to work as his car is in for a service :wall:
And this arvo we have Premmie Playgroup - :excited: I hope it is good, it will be weird taking her back to the WCH!!

It's very quiet on here atm, I hope mums and bubs are getting sleep....

We've been out heaps this week to see different people and go to a coffee group. Saturday night we're leaving him for the evening with my parents while we go to the NZ version of the Logies.... should be fun, hoping it goes straightforward for them with Eli!!

Vic - thanks for posting about V for me! he is a bit of a velcro baby today, but i guess i can deal with that under the circumstances!

We are so glad to be home, but he's gonna be a bit of a stinky baby for the next week cause we aren't supposed to get the dressing wet ... it's clear, so we can see where the incision was made and make sure it doesn't get infected or anything. The incision itself is about 5 or 6 cm long (poor baby). Yesterday he kept sucking on the canula, but they had to leave it in just in case he didn't start feeding properly, but he's a little trooper.

On tuesday when they made him fast, i ended up having to express cause I was just so sore! I got fed up after 300mls and an hour, and actually started leaking again while he was in surgery! :rolleyes: But we found out one thing - he won't drink from a bottle! Not even EBM!! So i ended up having to throw all that milk away :( But at least he will be better now!

Squidipa - yay for Josh's weight gain!! That must be a relief!

I'm sure there are more personals, but my brain is frazzled cause we are having smaller more frequent feeds atm, so not much sleep happening in between ... just hope everyone is having a good day!

I havent bothered to read back on the thread; too much to catch up on but thought I would come in to post that I took Kye back to the health nurse today.

Last appointment was on the 28th August
Weight: Has gone from 4.13 kg to 5.19 kgs
Length: Has gone from 55cm to 56.3cm
HC: Has gone from 38.5cm to 40.5cm

So all n all I am very happy!! He is sleeping alot better now too - slowly getting over the whole colic ordeal, thank goodness!!

I finally found the right thread! LOL
Our little bundle wasn't due until September 4th, but we were induced at 37wks so our daughter Seven arrived on August 15, which makes her 4 weeks old tomorrow! OMG

Seven was 6lb2oz at birth and within the first 2 weeks of life she gained 600g! She is now in 0000, the 00000 don't fit anymore (just)!!!!! If she keeps gaining weight like that I will have a porker baby for sure! I really should stop eating chocolate! ROFL

I won't even attempt to go back through the patst 18 pages and find out about everybody....I am sure I will catch on sooner or later!

What was the reason for induction so early? Where did you have Seven? We had Nakita @ WCH.. just lol.. then transferred out to NECH when she was 5 days old, as I could have her with me in a room, rather than another 4 weeks in SCBU at WCH and me at home. Sorry for all the questions!

As for me today...

MIL arrived about 9:30am, so we hung some washing out and had a cuppa before Nakita's feed, then she vacuumed and washed all my floors - OMG made a huge difference!! After her feed I got some weeding done, then did all the whipper snippering and edging - lawns look great now, like someone actually cares!! Then a quick shower and into playgroup - which was alot of fun, it is run by a physio who knows a couple of my friends who are physios, we sang songs, did exercises and chatted, was really lovely, Nakita is the youngest and smallest atm, and I think we are all going to keep together as the sessions don't run in the school holidays but we are planning to catch up in a park or something :) Each week a different specialist comes in with information, today the Early Learning Centre came in, and we did a calendar with Nakita's footprints on it, with glitter and stars - so cute, will have to photograph it! After playgroup caught uip with a freind, then picked up DH and dropped him of to pick up his car, caught up with SIL and MIL not long after getting home, just fed little miss, must prepare dinner, then a top up and bedtime, and we have friends coming over at 8:30 - eek and hour and a half.. okay must run..

I had Seven at FMC, where I work. Initially we were Birth Centre, but because I was induced we ended up in Labour & Delivery but we still got our Waterbirth!!

I was induced because they thought Seven was too small - they estimated 2.4kg - and my BP was rising, not super bad, but it was affecting my proteins and they figured it was safer to induce rather than wait and see and hope things didn't get worse!

We got to go home the same day, and Seven was 2.77kg so way off what they estimated!!!!

I work with Prem babies so I know what your little one is up to!!!!

Yay for the waterbirth, that's brilliant that you still got it even though you were induced! Better to be safe then take the risk of letting the pregnancy go longer, things can go bad pretty quickly - and going home on the same day, how did you go?

Working with prems must be so rewarding yet also difficult when some don't make it - we had a mix of brilliant and terrible staff in SCBU at WCH, some were just really encouraging, cuddles, skin to skin, bf'ing on demand - even waiting until 5min to 3am for me to rush down by EBM freshly expressed, where as another would feed her half an hour early, with me missing out on changing her, being there for OB's, so that Nakita was fed before the end of her shift even though she wasn't due until the next shift!

Nice to know someone who knows where N is up to :)

Welcome Kell and congrats on your little girl - love the photo in your signature, did you take it? Can I ask what's the meaning behind her name (love it by the way!). I *loved* having an "almost" waterbirth too - I was in there for the whole time except for the last 5-10 minutes because Eli's head was taking a while to come out hehe.

I didnt deliver in august but was due on the 8th. I had a c section elective on 31st these ladies have been my rock through out my pregnancy so i just had to stick with them after birth also.

Brain farting sorry forgot everyone else plz forgive me. the last couple of days from 3pm till 7ish josh just has been a hand full and i am so tiered and my head is thumping actually its been like headaches everyday since birth. Was on to solicitor today for about 1 and ahalf hours got a new one and she seems quite good. Hopefully all things will come to a nice end soon:pray:. Alsop went to the gov site for adoption its about 500 all up to do an adoption so thats pretty sweet Some of the info was contradictory tho,. May ahve to ring them tomorrow.

I am so exhausted :rolleyes: always more to say but this ugly duck with her pouch of flubber is going to wake josh even tho he has fallen back to sleep change and feed him. Not getting much good night sleep tho after the big sleep he does its in bed with me and out bed is so small when there is a pillow on the other side of josh either on edge of bed or between us and hubbie. I end up being a stiff biscuit all night:cryinglaugh: its blinkin awful when we co sleep. But im to tiered to sit up and stay away to feed cant win I wake and are outa bed at around 5.30am before the 3 year old tries to prepare anything food like. havnt had the time to seep in on weekends eithor grrr!!

What a night i force fed josh at around 10 he went to sleep till 1 where he refused to sleep and i had to put him in bed with me at 3.30 he seemed wide awake and i wasnt. My legs were sore head thumping even to blink. My head is sill sore. All my energy felt like it was used in keeping him settled between 3 and 7 and up to 9 last night. I feel drain and exhausted. Yes ladies i am taking my iron tablets.:p

Hubbie prolly wont be coming home today between shifts or if he does it will be like on 1 hour. DESPRATLEY NEEDING SLEEP!

Squidipa - hunny dont worry you are not the only one having trouble getting bub to sleep in the early hours of the morning. Kye is exactly the same, this morning was a prime example. He woke at 1:30am, I fed him and he was still wide awake at 3am. I ended up having to put the dummy in his mouth and put the Bee Gees CD on for him to settle :cryinglaugh:

I've noticed a really interesting thing. I have been playing lullaby music to him at night and he seems to prefer the more vamped up songs rather than the soothing ones, hence why I decided to try the Bee Gees CD early this morning. I think he prefers hearing singing rather than just music. Funny hey?

Got our first smile yesterday and managed to get a brilliant pic (see ticker photo). Cant believe he will be a month old this coming Sunday.... omg!!

Anyways must go and get some things done while he is sleeping... have a good day everyone!

Great pic i got my first smile in hospital and didnt even noticed till i printed out the pics hehe.
My kids were all the same liking real music than baby music. We played heaps of the beatles and queen and bee gee's, billy joel and stuff like that to them. Now the 10 year old is right into music but going more for Christian stuff like skillet, sonic flood, sonic youth, super chicks and reliant k, Carman, apologetix and all the usual stuff like hillsong and hosanna Breakthrough, parachute band , planetshakers and and more. She does tho have alot of other stuff like cindy lauper, madonna and that, she loves the 80's and has a real liking for music beyond her years. Music is so important for kids especially opening them up to a huge variety too. Good work mom!
Maybe music is so important to her as her father plays keyboard and guitar and she plays piano.

We've got the same thing with Beth's choice of music - current favourites include MIKA, The Cure, Black Betty, Ministry of Sound Ibiza Collections. I think it's down to the beat and rhythym more than the singing, although she does like some of the pure vocal stuff by Ladysmith Black Mambazo too.

Vic - my floors got washed yesterday too!! Its amazing the difference it makes when you can't see the yoghurt/weetbix/milk stains on the floor!!!! LOL that playgroup sounds awesome... I'm thinking a lot about my garden, but its hard when you are not a green thumb and have NO idea about plants and stuff... we have plants still sitting in pots cos we don't know how to plant them.. PMSL...

MM - glad everything went smoothly :hug: what a waste of EBM though!!! arghhh!!!

Beema ~ Yep, I love working in the NICU. It is so rewarding to give parents their 1st?s. First cuddle, first feed, first nappy change! I am sorry that you had some nurses who felt the need to feed your little girl before you even got there! I always like to wait for parents to come down before I go ahead and feed a bub ? if it is feasible that is.

KiwiGirl ~ Thanks, but no I did not take the picture, I am not that artistic! A friend of ours is building her photography portfolio and she took them when Seven was 5 days old! There are more in my photo gallery! We are heading back to her soon to get our first lot of professional ?Family Photos?. Can?t wait! Going to get DS to hold her on his bare chest to have a nice Brother & Sister shot! By the way, I like your pic in your sig too ? very cute!
Seven?s Daddy picked her 1st name, it?s just something he liked from very early on. I had initially said no to it, but changed my mind when I was about 34wks pregnant! Nilukshi is my best friend who passed in 2001. Alexandra is my best friend who lives in England.

Squidpea ~ Hiya! I wasn?t going to join, because Seven wasn?t due until September, but then I figured that all you ladies have babies at the same point that Seven is! So I thought why not!!! Can?t have too many friends now can you? 
So sorry you had a rough night last night. Seven did that to us a few nights ago and I was in tears, but she has settled now. I think it might have been something I ate! Did Josiah sleep better once he was in bed with you? Oh, I knew a little boy called Josiah - it?s a very precious, special name, I like it.

hi all

got a velcro baby today, i feel like shes just been attached to my boob all morning, screams bloody murder as soon as i put her down even if shes asleep! i got biten by a green spider just before, and even then i only got away with being in a different room from her for about a minute. shel cant take her obviously because we got a wii yesterday from my sister ($250!) and shel is 'testing' it to make sure it works... :rolleyes:


Oh joy shes finally decided the rocker is her friend! Just have to rock it with my foot and she is fine YAY!

Exciting news, she has slept through the night the past two nights! Well, ok, the first night was 10am-5pm, and last night was 10pm-4am. YAY! Although I'm finding it hard to sleep through now :doh: woke up at 2am both nights with sore and super full boobies, stayed awake until 3am because I thought she'd wake up, but then expressed when she didn't. Also have a toothache. Well actually a jaw and ear ache, think my wisdom teeth are pushing again. They keep stopping and starting, so bloody annoying! Not getting too excited, shes probably just be gearing up for some all-nighters!

Got a bear hug baby sling (thanks to suse!)!!!!!! Came in the mail today! So tricky to work out! Does anyone have a ring sling, and how on earth do you put bub in?!?!?! Well I have a problem with her feet, where the heck do they go? Do I keep them in the sling or poke them out?

Well after 5 weeks the bleeding has FINALLY stopped, for good this time I am pretty sure as it went to clear which I think means it going away. Thank goodness for that, for a few days last week I had a cry because I was sure I'd be bleeding forever. It was red up until Sunday, was taking the energy out of me I am sure, even with the heavy duty iron tablets the midwife told me to take.

Well Shel is making lunch. Nice and healthy, chips and gravy hehe. I've stopped losing weight, bugger, a sign I should probably start doing exercise (or stop eating junk :redface:). I will ... next week. Shel goes back to work next week which means I finally get the house to myself again. I loev having her home but it gives me the *****s that she is in holiday mode, wants to do this and that and all I want to do is sleep, and sometimes I want to go for a walk. Not actually go anywhere but just walk a bit, to the shops and back, but the concept seems lost on her! Anyway, lunch time.

Will have to buy a Wii fit, I could try and play it during the day while she is working and Jazz is not velcroed to me.

CM4E.... thanks we liked the name choice too i think especially as its not that common but not to uncommon and its a Christian name to boot :D. Last night he finally settled for a while at 9 then i forced a feed on him and did his bum too. At 1 he became restless i kept putting dummie in but didnt really win the battle:wall: IYKWIM. I didn't want him in bed with me as i had only 3 hours sleep and i had not yet felt like i had slept enough. At 3.28 he woke and i fed him and settled him and slept like a sardine till 6 when i had to wake to wake kids up for school Josiah woke to. he then was restless constantly till 10:20 today and has been in his swing since then with a a few quick wake ups and dummie replacements. I am exhausted the 3 year old has been over hard work for me today too:rolleyes:. Plus we had fancy dress up day to day for kids at school DD went as darth vader and DD as bat man who else hehe. Hubbie got home at 10.30ish and i just broke down in tears and now i am hunting old school eports down and cant find what i am looking for grrr.

Some times i feel like i need a holiday alone IYKWIM???

Problem is hubbie dont get home from work till after 7 and i want to still eat as a family and kids do too as i asked for their opinion. So we eat at 7.30 then teath and reading lights out normally is about 9.30 for the 10 year old then its time for me to sort josh out put alarms on cupboards and fridge pack away any left out stuff so the 3 year old dont get into, it brush teath toilet and bed. Check all kids are covered turn night light on in our room.

Josiah dont sleep long during day so we on a partial winner today i guess you could say but im to buggered to really see it as that so no napping during day. normally my body just shuts off when its all to much. Hubbie is doing lunch and dishes in his break before returning back to work. Josh is stirring gotta get of this thing!
