Hey everyone! Hope you had a great Chrissy! We went to my stepmother's sister's place with my dad and his family, the Bear's parents came along too. there were about a dozen people there. We had a seafood lunch and then a HUGE Christmas dinner of pork, lamb, duck and vegies, followed by five kinds of dessert! had a swim with Beth during the day, no one got too drunk, no one got into arguments, not even the kids. Beth was great and everyone doted on her. it was a late night though, she was crying after her last feed and the second her head hit the bed she was completely conked! Fantastic day.
Had a major photo uploading frenzy
Added lots of new photos to our photo gallery
    and uploaded some to FB
Better go feed that baby..... BBL to catch up on personals!

Wishing you all Merry Christmas, Super Boxing Day and Happy New Year!!

Pixie - I had the same thought..... Squidipa? Have you thought about a HPT? Especially as you don't have your periods back yet???

Vic - Great video - had me giggling along with her!

Pixie - Beth is just sooooo adorable!

MM - I like the quiet ones.... wish we had a quiet one!

Mel - Merry public holiday to you!

Well, we had lunch at our place yesterday with my Mum and brother, followed by us leaving them here while we went off and had dinner at DH's mother's, where her partner proceeded to get drunk as per usual. And he isn't a pleasant drunk to be around either, gets super annoying like a persistent mosquito!!

Today we went to my Dad's house for lunch. Jett was super grizzly and agitated all day so we left there earlier and came home where he has proceeded to poo up a storm! That explains the grizzling - we thought it was just cos it was all too much over the last couple of days! We weren't expecting poo until Monday!

But Jett did do something spectacular today - he rolled from his back to his front and didn't look surprised about it!! It is the second time he has done it, but the first one he looked surprised!! So now he can roll back to front and front to back! Yay!

Ok, better go give the boy a bath and put him to bed! Goodnight everyone!

lol pixie mm and mt, well it would have to of been a FANTASTIC shot as we have only dtd once since birth. I was tested about 3 weeks ago and nope not preggers, altho i keep have the same symptoms bouts of burping wind just like when pregnant. Stomach cramps with a off feeling in tummy and a lump in the throat like im about to spew but not going to. Me and hubbie have thought maybe its a phantom pregnancy, as i have not had a period eithor.
i have decided if they dont come in next few weeks ill go back to dr for a test.

MT congrats on the rolling YAY!!!

LOL Squidipa, that was 3 weeks ago you could absolutely be pregnant between then and now

    MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!

We had a quiet one, it was my first away from my family and my first without my grandad (amazingly, I have spent EVERY Christmas with him. Ever.) which was really hard Didn't think it would be that hard, I guess it really hit on Christmas Eve when I bought som ferraro rocheres (sp?) we always bought him a box for Christmas, and I bought some (32 for $10) and then realised I had no one to give the second box to. I ate them with Shel (ok, am eating them) but everytime I do I feel sad, I want to be eating them with my grandad, laugh at the way he only ate 2 at Christmas, 2 on his birthday, and then only one a month until next Christmas. *sigh*

Anyway, today is the anniversary of Shel's dad passing. Shel has no memories, so her grief is of lost opportunities, her dad died when her mum was pregnant with Shel. She was born in May. So it's pretty hard for her I think, wondering...

So very somber here the past few days.

But a time of healing as well. Shel and I have decided/agreed (I decided, Shel agreed) my next birth will be a home birth. No other plans, not even any TTC plans yet. But we will plan a home birth with a midwife and doula.

    xxxx
