Huge congrats for the walking bubs, wow at them officially being toddlers :)
We had the best time in Hawaii... soooo nice there. We went swimming every day and came back with a tan and plans in our heads to go back next year but longer LOL.
Quick update...E is learning so many words now. If we say "Where's the ..." he'll look and find so many things now (projector, cat, fireplace, book, painting, cup, remote, animal in a book etc lol). He also has said "bath" and "ducky" a few times, so cute! He's also done other cute things like copying me when I sneeze (!) or cough! He loves the water so much - has his head under and everything confidently. (Can you tell how proud I am!) Made him playdough and gave him his first bubble bath this week. He's not walking but happily stands by himself or walks around furniture. He has three teeth and I think a fourth coming through.

Well, I am so sorry I have been MIA. Work has just taken over my BB time. I could get on when I get home from work, but I like to spend that time with Jett making up for all the lost time during the day. When I was pregnant I used to get on during the day at work.... but that just doesn't seem to be an option at the moment. I think it is more because it is such a busy time of year and it may settle down next month, but it could also be because I am trying to cram 5 days of work in to 4 days.
So I have missed so much, I have read the email updates but I can't remember all the details now. Congratulations to Nakita on your 1st birthday, and congrats for all the walking, steps, standing, teeth etc. I am sorry it isn't more personal!
As for our news, I don't think there really is any. We have no new teeth (still just the bottom two that he got at 7 months) and no sign of more arriving soon either!! He is standing randomly by himself, but he is very cautious and doesn't do anything new until he knows he can do it with confidence. He did the same when he learnt to crawl. He weighs over 10kgs now, which is awesome considering how small he was right up until he started solids. Boy he loves his food!! I don't have much more to report!!
That's it for me for now, DH and Jett are both asleep in the car which is why I have this rare moment to get on here! I have a few other things I have been waiting to get uninterrupted time with so I had better make the most of it now!

Well it's been ages since I got on here LOL mind you I guess most of us can say that haha
Kye is doing well. He is taking more and more steps on his own. Hasnt had any more teeth cut through yet but has been carrying on like they are. Has been so grotty the past few nights and been waking up at odd hours. He had a gastro bug last week (Vic can vouch for that haha) but is now finally over it, thank goodness it was horrible!! I even ended up with it but only had it for a few days thankfully!!
Our trip to Adelaide was great!! COLD but great!! It was awesome to finally meet up with Vic & N and MT and Jett :)
Anyways the boy is asleep so I'm going to get some jobs done while I can!

I think Jett took his first steps last night too. He was in such a good mood and he whipped around let go of the couch and took a couple of steps before tripping over a cushion on the floor! So not sure if he realised he did it or not!! He probably won't do it again for ages now!! :lol:

Not much to report here... busy busy, trying to organise the birthday party, the Bear wants to move house so much going and looking at properties... Madam is a bona fide toddler these days, complete with leaving a trail of destruction in her wake and throwing tantrums at pretty random things! She has had another bout of tonsillitis this week and is on ABs, but is in pretty good spirits most of the time. Bit of a hard time falling asleep in the evenings but sleeping reasonably OK overnight. The Bear keeps saying 'I love having a toddler' and she is definitely entertaining but hard work!! constantly cleaning up her little trail of havoc everywhere she goes!

She has physio booked in on Friday morning appointment was made a month ago, so I am hoping she will be up to it, but will judge it tomorrow how she is going. Not happy about getting Brochiolitis again, but trying to look at things the the glass half full, getting all these ilnesses out of the way this year!:

im sorry vic i did not respond to your previous post but sometimes dont know what to say or how to word things so they come out right, and i was not sure how to respond i sorta felt embarest to respond sorry. some times i feel bad that Miss N is catching up in some area's. (doing a great job too she is :) ) Cause i think about where joshie is on his development and i feel bad where compared to miss N. im sorry this so sounds wrong and not quite right im gonna post anyhow and hope u get what im trying to say with my tired baby brain. :hug:
Squidi, it is all good, we are comfortable with it all now, we know not to have great expectations and we don't worry about comparing her to other bubs even close to her age or corrected age.
She is slipping further back, but we are doing a lot to help her and are seeing developments and changes, and just being very proud of what she can achieve, knowing that she will do it and in a couple of years time, no one will care when she started rolling, crawling or walking :)
I am looking forward to our physio session Friday - hoping she is well enough, as I have video and photos to discuss and show the physio if she doesn't show what she is doing.
And I love to hear what the other bubs are doing and am very proud of all of their achievements :clap:

my sore throat is driving me bonkers ive had it for about 6 weeks so far last night was real bad :(. Josiah has 5 teeth and still not interdependently walking. But is happy holding onto things. Would have loved to have done some thing great for his first birthday but arnt gonna i mean there is only mom dad and siblings and not extra $$ round. oh well. and unfortunately ds 8 is quite ill and i havnt seen him all week as he was ment to be here but is at his dads due to illness. :( missing him heaps.
Josiah starts daycare tomorrow what a day for us that will be both the boys in daycare my goodness. I might keep busy and do my tax then maybe. It doesn't get any easier when you have been through the first day before with other children.

BTW joshies winkie surgery is on Wednesday and im nervous big time he started daycare today only cried for 2 hours im so proud of him. Then he was fine just stayed glued to ds4 the whole time we will see how tomorrow goes for daycare again.
