Willow - you did an amazing job to push Dean out with no assistance. Did you have an epi? L was posterior and only 3000gr and he was vacuumed out so I can only imagine how hard it was to get D out. Good to hear that he is alright now.
Cheezel- seemed to spend most of the afternoon in the parent's room. Thank goodness they have tvs in them. Nice to get out tho. WTG Peter on the weight gain. I have to weigh Immi in the next few days too.

Well, I was intending on spending the day downtown with DH and the kids. HHHmmmm... I wasn't counting on my little DD turning into a screaming banshee. We got downtown, DD started winging and screaming and crying and generally acting up. That in turn set off DS#1, who decided to add hitting and hair pulling into the mix - so we turned the car around and drove the 20 mins home again, with Baz being the only child not screaming (somehow he managed to sleep through it). DS#1 had a sleep and woke up happier, DD continued her tantruming from her bed for 1.5 hrs and has only just fallen asleep exhausted. And I am dissapointed that I am once again stuck at home and there isn't even anything to watch on TV. I'll take a newborn over a toddler any day.

Oh and Baz managed to dirty his nappy in such a big way - it leaked all up his back and his front. But that is all right because daddy had to clean him up and bath him, not mum.

Saffi - Yea hun I grew a tail The tamiflu helped. . . and much better now.

Willow - congrats on Dean! WOW!!! Nice size hehe... Glad to hear he is home and well now...

Cheezel - same here, no one would get sleep if Eloise was in her Bassinet. I'm slowly keeping putting her back in there, eventually it will havce to work longer then half and hour lol!

Misty - Hope you get a day out soon! Eloise has had the leaking nappy 5 times in the last 3days!!1 All involving a complete clothes change, Aghhh!!

We went to the midwifes yesterday! Eloise has put on 300grams in a week yay! And is a picture of health She is still feeding every 1-2hours during the day, but will go 3-4hours at night time so that is all right.

I best be off, it's almost time to pick up the other kids from school and Eloise is starting to stir so beeter feed her before we go...

    Hi,

Saffi - how did Immi go with her weigh? Good on you for getting out & about. We've managed a couple of trips to the shops but they've both been fairly quick - no feeding or changing!!

Misty - sorry to hear your day out with DH & the kids didn't work out.

Cass - yay to Eloise for her weight gain, well done!!

Peter was weighed by the MCHN & has put on weight but I can't find where she wrote it!! He actually slept for 5 hours last night - hopefully he repeats that for us tonight. I was so shocked when he finally woke me up for a feed. Had him in the big bath with me last night. Was so much fun!!

Well I havent posted in here for a few days and I now have a spare moment too!
Daniel has been good, a bit constipated lately because we changed formulas. He just has his good and bad days. Have to try and get him into the doctors this week as the hospital didnt do his check up thing.
He also had his first trip to the beach today, although he was in his pram it still counts

Well thats all for me for now, dinner is ready

    Hello everyone,

Been busy... as I imagine everyone else has been too.

DS2 has been doing sooo many poos! Sorry if TMI, but it has really surprised me. We have to change about 4/5 pooy nappies each day. Both my other two, only pooed once a week as little babies.

We are booked in for DS2 to be circumcised on tuesday, which I am a little nervous about - even though we had DS1 done, and I know it will be alright.

I am sad that baz seems to be growing so quickly. He was never as small as most newborns (being 4.32kg born) but he is getting bigger every day, he's 000 outfits are now starting to get quite tight on him. I guess I am just worried that he is gowing to grow so quickly and I will blink and miss it. Having two other kids, I realise how time just flies by. And although, I always intended on having four kids, with the challenges of this pg, I am no longer sure if I could go through that again - so this is potientially my last baby. And I don't want to miss a single moment of it.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

    Morning all

Cheezel - Immi put on 150gr in the last week She is now 3580 so not back to her birth weight yet, but getting there.
We went to the park yesterday and eventually had a good time. DS was going crazy at home and needed to get rid of some energy. Immi was having hysterics when we got there so I had to go off and feed her, but it was nice just to get out of the house.
Misty - I know what you mean about them growing so fast. I think its only when you have other kids do you realise how quickly the time does goes. Immi will be our last so I have to keep remembering to cherish her newborns moments as they will soon be over.
Immi seems to do more poos than wees too. I forgot what newborn poo was like - not the stuff DS produces
Rhia - yay for going to the beach. It is going to be so hot up here that going to the beach sounds like a good idea.

Things are going ok here. DS is off to daycare today so its just DH, Immi and I at home. Will be nice to have some quiet time.
