    Hi girls

Sorry, not much time today for personals!!
DS has been feeding more & sleeping heaps this week. I went to the MCHN just to weigh him today & he's put on 300g in 2 weeks
I saw my newest niece on Thursday who was born 4 weeks prem, but is now 8 weeks old. She weighs the same as DS did born (9lb), I cannot remember him being that small!! But on the other hand I certainly can't imagine anything that size fitting inside me lol.
Hope you're all ready for Christmas, not too far away now!! Last night we were wrapping DS's pressies. I commented to DH how silly I felt wrapping all this stuff when we're the ones who're going to be opening them again!! Ah the things you do I guess.

Been a bit quiet in here again...

Just popping in to say we now have tooth #2

Popped some time over the weekend. He was a champ this time though, I didnt' even know it had happened.

Since cutting his first tooth he has been a lot more settled of an evening again which has been great, sleeping from 7 till at least 11.30pm before a feed. We've even had a few nights where he's only woken once - would be very happy if he did that every night! LOL

He is also getting really good at rolling from back to tummy....can't quite get back over yet so mummy has to come and rescue him when he's had enough tummy time! LOL

Have been making more of an effort to leave him on the floor the last few days. With two older kids running around it's tempting to just leave him in his rocker, bumbo etc out of harms way but I don't want to slow down his gross motor skills (rolling, crawling etc) by doing that.

Speaking of the bumbo...was a huge fizzer for us. He just looked so awkward and uncomfortable in it. His thunder thighs were wedged in there and DH hated me putting him in it. Thankfully we borrowed it from a friend so I gave it back to her the other day.

    Just quickly..

Cheezel - IKWYM about wrapping presents only for you to have to unwrap them. That will change tho and you will find even ones meant for you will not be unwrapped by you anymore.
Willow - congrats on tooth #2!

Spent the morning Xmas shopping with M. Mainly bought stuff for DS but got some swimmers and also bookends for M. Just can't bring myself to buy toys!

Taking M for her 4mth vaccinations this afternoon. Haven't weighed her in close to a month so will be interesting to see what she weighs now.

Hello to everyone. Hope you are all well.

mad4e - no lip biting here.

M's checkup went really well. She got through the injections with only a little cry. She now weighs 6.6kgs and head measurement is 41.8cm which puts her in the 75th percentile for both. Big chubba bubba.

    Hello everyone.

    Hi all!

Misty - Grrr @ losing your post and grrr @ your space bar not working LOL! Have you tried taking the space bar off and cleaning underneath? Sometimes they just have dust or crumbs underneath. I hope Thursday's vacc's go well, I hate getting them done.

Saffi - Yay for M being such a chubba girl! She is doing brilliantly

mad4e - No lip biting here

Willow - Wow @ D getting a second tooth! It certainly explains what was going on with him a couple of weeks ago doesn't it?!

Cheezel - Woohoo @ your DS's weight gain! All those extra feeds are doing something!

megsmum - D'oh @ blowing a head gasket! I've had that happen with my old car and it was so expensive to get fixed.

Ellee - I hope your DD's crying/screaming has calmed down, it's so stressful when they do that . Have you considered taking her to a paediatric chiro? They have great success with sorting out reflux babies.

Happy Mummy - How has your DS been going? Is he still going through the growth spurt?

Hi to anyone I've missed .

AFU - Alana, DS2 and I all have colds atm so it's not much fun. The last two nights have been a bit dodgy with Alana couging, which makes her spit her dummy out and then needing me to go and put it back in. Very tiring! I can't wait for it to pass. Apart from that she is going well. She had a 3 1/2 month check up last week and was 6.1kg and 64cm long (I think!). She's still a very happy little lady who loves to grab things and loves to squeal .

Well, I'd better run. Got to get Alana up so I can drop DS1 off to kinder. I hate having to wake her!!

lol!! Best enjoy it while I can.

mad4e - DS kind of bites his lip. He gums down on his bottom lip as he doesn't have any teeth yet, all I can see is his top lip when he does it. Is that what you mean?
