Hi girls ,

guilty mummy here today ...Kaitlyn was up though the night again and then decided 430am was wake up time...so we had a bottle and I tried to get her to sleep in bed with me as she was sooo tired...but she wouldnt ..and I got grumpy and said "fine we will get up then " in a not very nice voice ...not yelling obviously just in a grumpy way ...and now I feel sooooo bad as I never talk to her meanly and I just feel like the WORST mum in the world :( God I feel soooo bad! I hate people that lose their temper and then feel bad later and yet that is what I feel I did this morning ...

Needless to say Kaitlyn was back sleeping in her cot at 6am the cheeky thing!

Cass...dont be hard on yourself. We all have moments like that. I know I have gotten grumpy plenty of times..and sleep deprivation is never a nice thing!!!! Mummy's guilt...geesh....never goes away!

Cass, dont worry Hun, Maddy is fine, confident & a happy little button & I have raised my voice at her more times than I can recall!... I am not prouyd of it, but the oldere they get the more selective in hearing they become!!!! So a raised voice is OK... It's fine, we are all wonderful Mummies!!!!! OMG , I am having another baby!!!!!

We've had a bit of a cold snap here today and boy did I have trouble finding something for Josh to wear! He's outgrown all his winter stuff and I had to put together a mish-mash of the only items I could find that would fit him!

I went to my GP and had my BP checked yesterday and it was up. Weird, since I don't usually have problems until the 3rd trimester. Anyway, I had to start taking BP medication and I had it checked again this morning and it's back to normal. He got the doppler out too and I got to hear bub's heartbeat which was lovely of course. And a bit of a bonus...he put me off work until I can see my renal specialist next week! Woohoo, I get a week off!

Well, better run. Congrats again Trace!

Trace Ive been smiling all day!!! WTG! Cant believe that with all your stress of little Indah being unwell and the inlaws arriving you still managed to get your BFP!!!! Im so excited for you!!!!!

Cass....thats wonderful news!!! Ya know..with all the babydust flying around right now I reckon you will be pregnant really quickly!! I will be the only one left then lol..but i dont mind..i have my little baby and i can live off all your cluckiness!!!!

Bec yay on getting the week off!!!I hope your BP behaves itself!!!! I cant believe you are almost 15 weeks already! I know what you mean about running out of clothes!!! I bought a few size 2s when they were getting rid of winter stock so thankfully will be able to get through..but how weird is this up and down weather...cold then hot all around the country???

How you going Alex and how is little Jack? Has the ms eased up for you at all? Hows the dog washing going?

We had rhyme time today and a lady coming in talking about scrapbooking. She runs a shop from home out here so cant wait to go and have a squiz. There were so many kids so Sammy had a ball. He is learning to be more confident which was good..think as long as he can see that im still there he is fine. Then I went in to see Darrens boss....he wants me to work a few days a week from home and in the office..so will be good...just will see how it all pans out..im anxious about even leaving Sammy for a minute!!!!!

Hi Girls ,

really quick one as I am busy at work ..came in late as my little Man (pussycat man) is sick . We dont know what is wrong yet ..they are running tests but he cant walk properly and apparently his red blood cells are extremely high which has turned his blood to sludge...I am so upset for him and I really hope he is ok ( I know the bank balance wont be! But he is family to ).

He is staying in over night so I will know more tomorrow I guess..I will keep you updated.

Oh No Cass, I hope he is OK! I must agree with you on the bank account when it comes to the vet *yikes* ATM it's the dentist for us..

I been so busy here took Il's to the markets & then out for lunch & then busy busy & following day we went to the Crowne casino & then home & I had to go to a craft party & then today we took the to Healesville Sanctuary... just got home..

I spent all of last night swallowing back bile & awake smiling to myself!!!

I spent today feeling nauseas, but it gets worse at night... I'm so happy!!!!

Thanks for all your posts & Soph that's how I am/was so clucky with all the other BFP's!!!!

Don't worry yourself silly Trace!! I didn't get sore boob's with this pg either, I think till I got to about 6+ weeks I would never had known the difference had I not tested!!! You'll be fine.

Not much happening here...its nice and warm so planning a day outside today. Went and stocked up on some gorgeous plants yesterday after taking kids to see the santa clause 3...god im hanging out for Christmas....only few more days and we will put up the tree! There are only 3 more weeks of school though..geez that snuck up!!!!

I can't wait for the school holidays JO, It means I can have a sleep & not have to worry about picking up kids! When Zac has had his day sleeps this w/end, I've gone to sleep to, I am so exhausted! Maybe because DH & I have been sitting up til midnight, but it is s nice to just flop on the bed & sleep.

Zaccie has been a monster & learnt some new climbing tricks, he can get onto the dining table & if we move the chairs, he pushes them back! He also learnt how to get on top of the fish tank! & he can almost climb into his cot. I've got a climber on my hands!!!!!!! :)

So excited for you Trace!!!!!! Done stress to much just let that bubba grow nice and big ....well not to big!.

Storm Zac sounds so much like Kaitlyn! I keep saying she is in her climbing faze..if she can lift her leg up over it she is on top of it!

We have had a sad weekend here as they still have not worked out what is wrong with our pussy cat. He has extrememly high red cell blood count , fluid around the lungs and sludgy blood which is caused basically by the excess red blood cells. Anyway he is being referred to a specialist as the vet cant work it out. So I pick him up tomorrow AM , take him to the specialist and they will do xrays and ultrasounds of his Heart , lungs , kidneys, liver and anything else they can . They keep mentioning Cardiac disease which is freaking me out. Anyway I am so glad DH and I have savings as I am expecting a very high bill ..we are up to $1500 already...but what price can you put on a life you love...I have to say I would pay anything(thats not a challange Universe!). But he is my most expensive love affair that is for sure as 2 years ago he ate a Frescia bulb and it germinated in his intestine :rolleyes: 1 week and $3000.00 later we had him home and the vet wrote a paper on it so it could be documented and sent to other vetsas he had never heard of it happening before!. So when this time the vet said she has never seen anything like what he is presenting I just told her that was my boy...always likes to challange us! Anyway ...as light as it all sounds I am so upset ..and so desperate to get my baby home. Even Kaitlyn is calling his name and wondering where he is. Ok have bored you enough

Well not too much change here, I have been busy making a few wedding cakes and now xmas cake season has started as well, thus very busy, add work and a child that cannot walk but can climb onto a fishing tackle box then onto a dining table chair, then on to the GLASS dining table where she tries to stand up freaks me out, luckily she has only done this when DH is supposed to be looking after her. Little one has also learnt how to clinb the steps of the slipery slide and go down head first - no fear in this one. And worst of all has worked out how to get lids of bottles (thanks uncle Tom, may you have head lice for the rest of your life).

Oh Louise..sounds like little Maria is keeping you very very busy lol. The climbing is exhausting isnt it...and they just are so proud of themselves whenever they do anything that we really dont want them to! Yup its just 3 of us not preggers right now..but i know you and Cass will be very soon with all the baby dust flying around...hope your ttc journey is short and sweet Louise.

Cass its not boring at all...gosh ive prattled on about my horse and lamb you talk as much as you need to! Its always sad when a pet is sick and wow he certainly sounds like a character...a bulb germinating..wow!!!!

Im the same Storm..hols are so great cos you can just chill and relax..im just freaked out cos that means theres only 3 more weeks of shopping without the kids lol...and Christmas is sneaking up!!!!! You enjoy your rests too..you are doing so well ..i cant believe how your ticker is just wizzing past!

Im thinking of Trace at the U2 concert...bet shes having a blast the lucky thing!

We did lots of burning off and clearing the yard today so its looking gorgeous...and we put some fairy lights up around the patio..just breaking DH in for the Chrissy lights due up soon lol. Sammy and the girls were running under the sprinkler and he was getting indignant every time they put their foot on it to stop the spray so he kept leaning down to push their foot off and he would put his foot on ...funny boy!

Back from Brissie. Was good to see some people but won't be back there soon I don't think. Eye is better and head is good. Get stitches out this week and hopefully they don't call which means no melanoma for me. Anyway I smell poopa so had better run. So much to do today. Oh and our new carpet looks fab and the house smells new :)

Yawn... Morning everyone!!! I got home (after drooling over Bono) at about 1:30am... As soon as i put my exhausted (ear ringing) head on the pillow Miss Indah woke up... She was not able to get back to sleep til about 4am... I had to come into work as I had taken Wed, Thur & Fri off last week & I am knackered!!!
The concert was totally worth it & brilliant!!!! So I think I'll be OK, I can hide in my office all day!

So many ppl fainting as it was so hot last night & I started getyting the M/S vomit sweats myself, we were about 40 mtrs from the front & ppl were pushing but we met up with my friends brothers & wives & when they found out I am pregnant they made space so I could breathe without getting to squashed & sweaty, it was a superb concert & I just am so stoked to have seen them again!!!

I love thier WWorld Poverty & peace cause!!! Also that they are so against racism... I loved it!!!


OOOH cass, I am so sorry about your kitty cat... I hope he is on the mend ASAP!!

Hello everyone!

Not much happening today...little boy and I just got back from the park but have too much housework to do ugh...blerr.....kids start basketball tonight which will be fun and now doubt Sammy will enjoy running around creating havoc lol.

OOOH, I am so happy......... :confetti: DH took Indahg to her Carer this morning to spend a little bit of time with her & ease her into going there over the week (well Today, tomorrow & Friday) then next week Mon, Tues & Fri will be all full days next week & onwards..
Anyways DH took Maddy to school & then Indah to her Sri Lankan carer, apparently she noticed the other kids (she has 2 other kids aged 3) & instantly hopped on the ground to play with them.... So Dh left & apparently she went & had a 1.5 hour sleep[ & wsa still in bed when DH came back to get her, she did cry when put into the cot for about 15 seconds apparently!!! But she was happy & that makes everything else so so much easier for me...
OOOH Indah I am so proud of you my precious sweet heart, you are such a gem!

I have already decided that when I tell work I am preg, I will also request that I would like to have Tuesdays off for a year when I return from mat leave (I hope they agree).

That way it would only be Mon & Fri the girls would be at a carer & ofcourse they'd have to be in together!

OOOH I am so glad she was OK there today even though it was just 2ish hours it still makes me happy that she wasnt crying!


Jo your rigfht U2 as a whole are very inspiring....

sorry quick selfish post as I am about to run into a meeting but I will jump back on later today. Unfortunately our beautiful baby Fur boy has Leukemia :-(. The good news is we are able to treat it with Chemo tablets and they have a good success rate so we will start that treatment on Friday after they have confirmed 100% it is not cancer as they are testing a lump he has inbetween his heart and lungs. He is home where he belongs and I have made him a hidey hole out of the box from the microwave we just bought. He is still not able to walk properly. We will play it by ear as I dont want him to live a life of pain so if he does not recover or has to continue having blood test every week for the rest of his life then I dont think that is a nice life for him to live. But for now he has a chance so we are going to fight it with all we have!!!!!!!!

Oh Brook huge :hug: to you ...I hope your DH starts to appreciate you a bit more that he has seen how hard this is on you ( not that it should have taken that!). And dont for a minute think you are a bad mum for storming out as anyone under this kind of pressure would have reacted that way long before you did so be proud of yourself. I really really hope that things pick up for you soon :confused:

Well my fur baby actually looks like he has polycythemia which is extremely rare in cats as a primary disease and it appears he has it. Girls what would you do if one of your fur babies had to be on drugs all his life and have blood taken out at best once every 2-3months...and they are not 100% sure on what his life would be like as it is so rare but it should be ok once on the tablets?. I dont want to make him fight for his life just to please my need to have him , but I dont want to give up on him if he could have a happy and good life except for the blood and tablets! I just dont know what to do ..even with animals we can still feel like bad mummies I guess!!! I am scared as I think the vet will want to really persue it hard as it is so rare and she has never seen it in...so it is good for her experiance if you know what I mean. But my baby is not an experiance or a paper to write up he is a life and that is my main priority .

Brooke, I wish i was closer so I could take you & Charli out for the day or even Charli so you can rest, you need to look after yourself too hun, you got another precious gift inside!
You are doing way too much... Could you talk to Dh & ask him to ask his Mum or sis or anyone to come spend a day or 2 with him every week so you can have some time out or away from all the stress, worries & pressure at home from Dh & his pain, snappiness etc...

Maybe you could take cahrli swimming or to the park or anything just for a few hours a couple days a week to recharge & then when she sleeps have a sleep yourself!

I really dont know what else to say, I wish there was something I could do, but if you dont look after yourself the 3 of you will be laid up & have noone so make some time for yourself!!!

Dont worry, Charli will be Ok, it's quite normal to lose your temper, crikeys you've been doing it tough for a long time now with Dh being unwell etc.... I think your a marvel & a miracle worker!!!

All I can do is offer some ears for listening babe, but dont beat yourself up about something you cant take back... Just move on Charli will be fine!!!
