Mayb if we meet at the botanic gardens?? Just behind the shrine they have a beautiful garden for children... went there recently.

Hi Girls its been a while! happy 4 and 5 months to all the bubs!!
Sorry havent been on its been busy! My little girl is going great guns. She is still a great sleeper, very chatty, has been rolling over for a month now and sleeps on her belly! We are loving having her here and are now planning on trying for number 2 in february (I am hoping that my AF will come back soon!) do any of you know if you can ovulate and not have a period? for the last 2 months i have had discharge and small cramps but then no period and it all goes away? Simone any luck on you trying for your fourth!?

Danni - we've decided to wait on the advice of my dr - my body went through alot with my pregnancy and i would like to give it a break (Also, since 2002 i've spent alot of time pregnant - i've had 3 children!!) I fell pregnant with one in october, but lost it end of november, and we took that as a sign to wait. I would like to start trying when anneliese is about 3 or 4.

dannik~ trying for #2 in June 2008 is what the signature said but were planning on a snowboarding trip to NZ June 2007 and considering not taking Luy and trying to make a #2 SOoooOOoo see how that goes...DH sounds keen actually! he really wants a boy and we just LOVE luy to bits she is SO good so why not have another, When I went for my CT scan after birth to seee about the blood clot they mentioned not having the injections in the next pregnancy only for 4wks preg 4wks post so I could handle that...O and wont have to be induced either... But just seeing how we go...

Snow boarding sounds excellent Leah. We are currently investigating going to New York with Em in April/May as well as hoping to be pregnant before we go... i would prefer not to go away pregnant but i dont want to wait any longer than May as cant imagine anything worse than being heavily pregnant at this time of year, we have had temps of 38 degrees, its disgusting!
I have also started doing work from home again as my maternity leave fill in quit so they asked if i wouldnt mind working till they rehired... i am really enjoying it actually i just hate the thought of it being downstairs in the study as i feel guilty that i should spend every spare second working!
So who's going out tonight doing some celebrating?!!! ha, we're soooo not!! just staying in doing nothing....are we boring?!!!

well plans are still on for comin down late Jan although they nearly got cancelled friday night cause dannys sis and Bf got badly drunk and he hit her :eek: i was furious! he also chucked her keys down some alley way and left her in town by herself when danny found out he was ready to break his leags AND the solution for this, is just that they wont drink when they are around each other cause he gets violent!! I couldnt believe it I mean she has a choice to get out while he is still not as violent as he will get, I mean if its ok to do it once why not again? I wish I had a choice to just leave my dad when he was beating me against the wall when i was only 5yrs old! I cant get over her!!!! it makes me SICK!:
Kat! seriously whoh can be bothered gettin a baby sitter on new years eve for one let alone packing enough bottles clothes bibs extra pumkpin + carrot for piggy little munchkins :rolleyes:, toys nappy rags nappies!! Ah I certainly cant! we are at mums though watchin movies Lucy just did the biggest $*it and mums cleaning it YAY! Also i jsut gave her 2 count it 2 helpings of her daily solids she has already had the recomended amount of formula today and is sucking on another bottle! PIGGY!

My freind was down from NSW today and she is 28 weeks pregnant and said if we were to go up there when she is due i could be in the delivery room with her. Will have to convince Tim that we need a holiday.
it was ok, im kinda over that sort of thing though, prefer either a girly dress up night at the crown, or going to a pub with kareoke/a good live band. I dont do drugs, so raves arent my thing. Sounds like a good NYE though Kelly.

Been away camping for the last week and I've got to say what an experience with a baby! I had to quickly overcome my dirt phobia :eek:
Caleb decided that this was also the time to figure out the rolling over every time he was put down for a nap. He rolled off the mat a few times and found a stray leaf to suck on. He's rolled over only one other time and that was weeks ago. We had no room to fit the porta cot in the car so he slept in with me. He is no fan of co sleeping but I'm sure he loved the boobie he got every time he woke up.

Sounds like an experience Sam, where'd you go?? B/SIL went up to the VIC/NSW border and camped there with their 2 littlies, i prefer to sleep in my own bed LOL

Sounds so nice... I would love to go camping, but when SIL and BIL went, they went with a bunch of single people. I felt sorry for their kids, it was just people drinking for 3 days!! How fun.... not!!

Charlotte has been a bugger with her sleeping, she was doing so well sleeping in her own bed and now it as all gone down hill, she woke up at 9:30pm, 12:30pm about 3am and then 6:30 for feeds and then inbetween those times to come into our bed, grrrrrrrr i really hope it is a growth spurt.
Also Madison stated Childcare today and loved it which is great it gives me a break to be with Charlotte and clean or do shopping.
Kat- Charlotte seems to cope well with the heat, the only thing she does not really like is to get into a hot car.
Sammi- your game to go camping with a little baba, we would like to down to the beach but it would be hard with Charlotte maybe next year.

How hot is it already! The house didn't cool down much overnight. Caleb had the cutest little beads of sweat on his nose after his last feed!
He is getting frustrated because he is brilliant at rolling onto his tum but can't roll back so screams. Little monkey rolled off the blanket last night and puked on the carpet.
I leave Anneliese on her tummy if she rolls onto hi, and she either crawls to a toy and plays, or she learnt to roll back!!
Its darn hot here too, got a couple of bottle of wine from a lovely BB member :) thinking of illing up the kiddie pool with a little water, have a glass of wine and laying in it. Ill use laundry water and consider it a bath LOL (and i get to put some water on my dead lawn afterwards!!0 Completely win win situation. Hopefully Allie doesnt wake... the boys are in daycare today, its pretty cool there...

Well I am back home from holidays and I am so tired. Can't be bothered unpacking, I think I will have an early night and unpack in the morning. I was planning to do it all tonight so I could spend tomorrow at Chaddy. 2 weeks away from Chadstone is too long!
William is having his first night in his cot in his room tonight. I will update you all tomorrow! I think I will have to leave the cooling on all night tonight as it is so hot here still.

IT was like 30 at 10pm... its starting to warm up again, but will be muggy today as its going to be 32 with rain and thunderstorms developing. Bring on the rain i say!! Oh, and there will be strong wind gusts today, so make sure nothing will blow away in your backyard... check out bom (gov.au) that is such a good site for weather...
it is so hot, i don't think our house got under 25deg last night, w went to rosebud yesterday and it was so nice there MAdison went swimming and i tired to put her bathers on her and they are too small, poor thing, so i am off to the surf shops to find her another pair.

LUCAS ROLLED FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!! yaaay for my little boy!
I left him on his back on his activity mat while I washed his bottles, checked on him after a few minutes and he was on his tummy!! it happened again when I put him in his cot just before for a nap - went to check on him, and there he was on his tummy again!!! so i'm a proud and happy mummy today :-)
Sarah - welcome back! did you enjoy your time away? was William a good boy?
Sammi - we have a 4 wheeler - Bertini Bidwell - the really old Vline trains are really narrow, and I just don't think the pram would fit - although saying that i've seen wheelchairs get on, and surely our pram isn't wider than those?!!!

William was a good boy and slept in his cot last night for the first time. I had to get up a couple of times and put his dummy in, but I think that was due to the heat.

i am sooooooooooo looking forward to the weather cooling down. It is just way to hot.
We went out to dinner tonight in the city and my dad and step mum made sure that is was pram friendly, when we got there it was a different story we had to list the pram over the tables, move chairs around, it was a pain the ***.
