Jellybean - Byron doesnt like his sling either, he screams blue murder when i put him in it. I also have an ergo carrier which he loves because he can see everything that's going on i think.

I got out most days, i find i go a little crazy if i stay at home for longer than 2 days in a row. I usually go for a long walk or to Westfield (only 3 min drive away) and we do laps in the air-con if its really hot!

Once you get out a few times by yourself it will get easier. I found it empowering the first time i went shopping with Byron - yes it took me about 20mins to get the pram out and get organised but it was soooo worth it. Now it doesnt take that long and honestly the day goes by much quicker and it doesnt seem so bad if the bub is having an unsettled day.
