I really wouldn't beat yourself up about it because it has to happen sometimes, there are going to be times where you need him to take Noah, so the more time alone he gets (or practice) the better. Its really a learning curb for both of them.

As with your other questions, Maya is responding to her name, but there are times when she doesnt as she is watching TV or something. Don't worry about the crawling or rolling thing, in my parents group there are 9 babies altogether and only two are crawling, half still aren't rolling over frequently and only about 4 are sitting up by themselves. So as you can see he is not behind or anything, they are all varied.
