I had a nice time at the Reunion.. Olivia behaved beautifully.. Fell asleep about 8:30 woke at 10 so we went home and she stayed awake till 1am We were up at 5:15 again..

MoM, thanks for the chat hun, it really was great catching up. Sorry Ihad to leave so suddenly, I felt so bad. Poor Abbey has a nice fat lip and found it hard to feed lastnight after her fall.
Nic, good to hear you had a nice night out. What is it with these babies waking at sparrows fart ? It doesn't seem to matter at all to Abbey what time she goes down, shes still up several times then first thing in the morning. In saying that though, little minx is fast asleep in bed right now.

So much for going to work today. Dh managed to stab himself with a screwdriver yesterday arvo while playing around with his fish tank, and this morning it is all swollen and he can't bend his fingers. So obviously not able to pick up Ty. So I have called in sick AGAIN

OK just a quckie Molly's party was really good. Pics are on FB. I have tonsilitis (ok well i'm self diagnosing) I have lost my voice too making it very hard to control my 2 yo. I am feeling really blah. Well off to tackle my floors they are horrendous from the 20+ kids that came yesterday.

Me & the kids have been out side nearly all day,decided to turn off the TV,and go & play,I have been chasing the dog around the back yard to try & get her bathed,Oh.....what a sight,running around the yard........lol. I think Kieren got a little too much sun,though.

Had a BIG birthday party today with all the mothers from playgroup had a party for all the bubs, omg we were soooo nackered after but it was lovely!! minus the 12 couples and one little single me... hmmmm got a bit teary on the way home, but thats how it goes... ahhh well.
got a nice fat headache now.. going on 2 weeks.. gonna go to Gp this week. i think something happening with me..

Lauren we had a mothers groups birthday bbq today as well. I was there on my own, as DH was competing in a car thing, and boy am I tired now! Chasing the little Miss around by myself, trying to eat and take lots of photos has totally worn me out. Olivia had cake for the first time and she was a lot more interested in spreading the icing all over her pants and hands than eating it :-) Hmm I should update my ticker with a photo of that...
Early night for me here I think. I just watched 60 mintues about the babies drowning and I cried along with the parents interviewed it was so sad.
ahhhh so did i Alicia! i ended up walking out with ash cos i couldnt watch it anymore.
I think the crying kids, throwing in the water and learn to swim technique was terrible. I love the other guys idea much better!
he used to be a olympian swimmer too, The school he teaches at - keeping heads above water is in sydney but theres one near me too, dunno if he owns it, u would think so, but ash is going there next yr!

Monique has been sleeping a little better in that she is only waking around 3 times overnight. I have stopped myself from being on auto pilot and am feeding her water instead of milk which has been working well. She has a few sips, puts dummy back in and goes to sleep. She is sleeping in the bed with me but wasn't until 5am this morning which was the first. She likes to hold my hand to sleep which is so cute. It would be nice to have her sleeping through the night before #2 arrives but can't see it happening anytime soon Bed time for me soon.
Thanks for all the well wishes and for the comments on my photos on FB. My girls have been good today and i had a big afternoon nap whilst DH watch them as i am feeling rotten. I dont think the anti biotics are doing much and my throat is that bad i cry trying to drink water. I have just taken a couple of stonger pain killers to see if they help and now i am off to bed. I still have quite a few ppl to add to msn but will try and do it when i'm feeling better.
Just a pity post for me today. I took myself off to bed at 9pm last night, and I feel like such CRAP this morning. Got woken up 3 times before midnight, and probably another 3 times after that. Argh.
Good Morning Girls!! Well, I am finding less and less time to actually write any updates and seem to only find the time when I need some advice. I guess that is because it is great advice that I do get.
I was wondering what everyone is doing for their bub's birthday and christmas presents?
Also, ideas for a first birthday party? We were going to be away for my little ones b'day but will now be home so have decided to have a little party with her cousins - 7,4,3,2 (2 girls and 2 boys )and two bubs.
It will just be for a few hours on the SUnday morning before christmas which is her actually b'day.

Yesterday turned out ok. We went for our once-a-year pilgramage to Ikea I got an Ikea high chair for Ty and I'm a bit in love with it, it's so easy to clean...
Lori - i wanted one of those, Ash sits in them when we go to the food court, there so practical and small!
Meant to ask when is Ty turning 1??
Kts - we are just having a birthday party at home. I live a fair drive from my friends now and dont have much family in Melb, so just doing something with close family.

Chrissie is good... crawling and standing everywhere...! Except lately she's been doing this screaming thing when i put her down for a sleep! ( she's always just slept when i put her to bed, no rocking or anything) and she's scream and scream until i pick her up! I know she's tired, but she just keeps sitting up on her bottom as soon as i put her in!! arg! doing my head in!!!
