Hi Everyone, wooooo, there was lots to catch up on. Happy New Year!

Buzzie - excellent work re the letter. It will be so good when Rob's parents ask him for an explanation. Ash has the best laugh and you can't help but laugh with him. Good news on the walking.

MoM - good news on the walking as well. Monique isn't very confident just yet but we can let her go and she will stand but then realises we don't have hold of her and she sits down.

Bek - you will be fine on Tuesday but I know exactly how you feel. Can't wait to hear all about it.

Adkins - how exciting building a house.

I can't believe all the teeth the babies have. Monique only has the two bottom, half a top one and the other top tooth just popping out. We have had lots of grief with the top teeth coming through.

Well done to all the other bubs walking or almost there. Plus all the other achievements like clapping - woohoo.

I have forgotten all the pages of posts now (sorry baby brain).

Tinsel - both my kids have cut all their teeth fairly promptly, and both cut a lot all at once. Very rarely did they cut only one tooth at a time. But my mum said my brother didn't have a tooth in his head until after 1 yr old LOL. Don't know when I got my teeth, should ask her.

I wonder if the fact that my kids had all their teeth like this is why they're such good eaters? Kayla can chomp down on anything and I don't have to worry now that she has 4 chomping teeth at the back. I do still have to remind her to chew sometimes! But she manages just about everything now. I finally let her have her own bowl of food the other day (grapes cut in half, and then some pasta), expecting her to tip it all over, but she did well, just took a couple of pieces of food out at a time. Normally I hand her her food to hold & eat. So yay, I don't have to do that anymore! I still do spoon feed her occasionally but cut it quite roughly so it's like she's taken a bite of something. That way I know she's actually eating something and not just playing with it LOL.

Well, I should get back to cleaning. Got the IL's coming over tonight. And we need to clear up the garage a bit and the area out the back in preparation for our party next week! I bought all the ingredients for the train cake yesterday, and some face paints and stuff. I'm quite excited! hehe.

    Talk later!

Have any of you got Amber teething necklaces for your bubs ? I just ordered one for Abbey. Hoping it works, cos at $40 it's not the cheapest thing. Could have got her a charm for her Pandora instead! lol.

LoriRae, woohoo on Ty clapping, clever boy he is. See, Playschool does teach them things.

Bek, your scan will go just fine huni. Can't wait to hear all about it though. Us clucky girls can just live through you preg ones!

Nic, isn't it always the way that when you go to bed late they sleep. Abbey is still waking atleast 3 times a night. No matter what time she goes down.

Hoody, sorry to hear about your migraines huni. They really are the worst. Thankfully I don't get them too often.

Susan, woohoo for Keiran. Clever man he is. Sorry to hear that poor Tiger is unwell though, it's hard when your kids are sick. As I'm sure you know only too well

Adkins, Ohhh how exciting building your own home. I wish!

Lauren, huni as you wait for that call. Do as Nic says and ignore it until you are ready to speak with him. Did you include your phone number on the letter to his parents so they can call you if they want ?

Poor Abbey jammed her fingers in the back sliding door yesterday. right below her nails, the door even latched shut! Finger's went a bit purple but seem ok now.

She's getting alot more game with her walking too, taking more steps and letting go alot more.

Ahhhhh our babies are growing up

    Good morning ladies!

Lori – woohoo on ttc #2! That’s fantastic! I still haven’t decided if and when we will be going for round 2, I’d like to get a bit of decent sleep first lol And woohoo on Ty learning to clap!! They are so cute when they learn something new.

Susan – yay for your clever little man taking a few steps, he’ll be off in no time! How is Tiger? Hope he is doing better.

Lauren – I still can’t believe Rob never told his parents, and his excuse of he didn’t want to ruin his brother and sister’s news is pathetic… oh well you’ve posted the letter now, that’s all you can do. How do you feel? I’d think it would be a huge weight lifted off your shoulders!

Hoody – that’s great losing 3kg already! Hope Molly isn’t too bad for you with the teething. Good luck with the specialist, make sure you let us know how you go.

Nic – glad the “s” word is getting better for you, Jake seems to have gone backwards again but I think that it has something to do with his teeth, poor little mite.

Tinsel – we only have 6 teeth here at he moment, but there are 2 others that I can see coming through and DH seems to think he saw a molar there last night… what the?? I thought they came through when they were 2!!

Liz – Jake fed himself last night for the first time, well sort of. I’d put the potato on his fork, give it to him expecting it to be everywhere and he popped it straight in his mouth and gave me the fork back for more lol. Now I just have to let him have the bowl too!

Trish – I’d be interested to know how the teething necklace goes, not sure how they work? Poor Abbey jamming her finger in the door, Jake did that a few weeks ago and it left a dent in his finger for a few days, hope she’s ok!

Well I’d better get back to the housework, making the most of it while Jake has his sleep, although he’s been helping me this morning changing the sheets and hanging out the washing… or running off with it lol!

    Catchya all a bit later
