Had a great day today. Tinsel and I met up before she returned home. We had a great chat, although my little cherubs ran wild :redface:

Hi ladies hope all the bubs that are sick get better soon must be nearly that time of year again. Ethan was sick the other night but seems to be on the rampage again now. My boys ran away yesterday and decided to go and hide next door - my heart nearly stopped needless to say everytime i have to go to the toilet now they are getting locked inside!
Anyway just quickly stopped in to say hello, will do personals next time, Stay safe and i hope cyclone hamish stays way from your houses.

I`ve spent most of the day with Dh,building a memorial album for our late Son,Brendan. It turned out rather nice,it is our son`s 13th Birthday coming up soon at the end of March,and we wanted to do something special,it includes his Story.....if anyone one is interested it`s on my Face Book page...or you can find me as Susan Thomas-Chubby lady with a pink top,dark hair pulled back,lol.

I ?m not sure if i can put it on here.:doh: Do you girls know if i can put that here???

Nic-glad you and your family are home safely,it must have given you all a bit of a scare,hun. I love your new Ticker,Olivia is so cute and growing up way too fast ay.

Buzzie- I hope you & Rob can work things out hun,that would be lovely for you and Ash.

Bek- Hi,that`s awersome you and krllie got to meet and catch up,wish we all live close to each other,imagine that.....what a laugh. Hope your well.

Kellie-Sounds like you had a wonderful time away,good on you,lol.Hope your well.

Jas- Hi,seems like nearly everyone has had sick kiddies lately....mine have colds and have just got over a tummy bug.I?m not looking forward to the cold and flu season.Hope your son is feeling better soon,hun. Hugs.

MoM - your site for Brendan is just lovely and I shed a little tear. It would be so great if we all lived closer. We would have a blast I reckon.

Bek - your girls were not wild at all. They are soooo cute and well behaved. Loren sure is fast though. No wonder you haven't put on any weight running around after her. Monique's skin thing cleared up pretty much straight away. We have no idea what caused it though.

jas - I would have a heart attack too if the kids ran away. Luckily they were only next door.

Nic - it would have been nice for you to get some rain but is good that you are back home.

Buzzie - sounds like things are going really well with Rob except the slow bit but maybe he is just taking one step at a time?

Monique has teeth popping out everywhere now. She now has 3 crooked bottom teeth and I am so hoping that when she gets her second set, they aren't crooked because it will cost us a bomb in dentist bills. My FIL was a dentist back in the day and he doesn't seem concerned. She has a bit of a cold at the moment but otherwise is doing really well. We went to Brisbane to visit family, friends and meet Bek and Monique did so well on the plane (her first time).

Tinsel - glad you had fun in Brissie, I was actually going to call you as I was in Canberra on Monday visiting my brother.

Well what an afternoon, Fia is a daredeveil. Today at Coles she managed to undo the velcro belt and stand up ready to dive of the trolley seat, a man caught her escaping, but instead of alerting me - yes in the 5 seconds I wasn't looking in her direction he puts her on the floor, from there she told me bye bye and ran in the opposite direction laughing, Maria ran after her and crash tackled her to the ground - tears and tut tuts all around from the giggling on lookers. She then refused to go back in the trolley seat so I put her in the trolley, that didn't work becuse all the food was being ejected. please stop laughing I haven't got to the library yet. Then a Coles staff member who I know as a brother of a friend of a friend kind of acquaintance came to my rescue and held her while I finished my shopping and paid - he even swapped the broken bikkies (shush). I go to leave and of course Maria needed to go to the toilet (she had used it before shopping), previously she noticed that there was a new toy on the wall thus it needed to be played with, but I am still not going to ignore her when she says she needs to wee, I can cope with vomit smell in the car (she vomited going from Forbes to Yass on Sunday) but not wee as well. So we finally leave and Fia tried to make an escape in the car park but was a bit put of by the big Samoan trolley collector and stayed put.

Get into the library, in the lift we close the door and just at the last second fia kicks the door and take a dive towards it (it had opened and I was holding her so only her head was going to get out) - one more grey hair for me

in the library she headed straight for the toys (it is a toy library and normal library combined and the girls love it) and had a field day, but as it was tea time, we had been there about 20 minutes and I was tired, I wanted to leave, Maria wanted a particular book we had seen in Forbes so we asked about it and in the the meantime fia ran away from me again, a good 4 book shelves away, this girl needs a leach. She then decided to be a librarian and rearrange the books.

Finally get home and she was so tired she didn't want much to eat, but she had a big lunch so am not to worried, but boy not looking forward to my next shopping trip

:lol: Louise! what a day you had.. that was seriously funny.. And yes I stopped laughing when you told me to but not for long hahaha

Susan: That really was a lovely page you have there for Brendan :hug: I can't imagine how you feel!

Tinsel: yeh good to be home.. wish we got something out of it though..

Olivia is getting very cheeky and vocal.. she yells MUMUMUMUM when she wants us for something.. and BUBUBUBUB when she wants us to do something for her:rolleyes: its very hard to hear in the car these days

Well bedtime here for me.. I am pinged off cus my XD crd fr my camera shat itself and I lost all my pics from this mornings impressive surf (caused by the cyclone and a king tide) Been trying a few recovery programs but annoyed at it all now..

Not sure if I remembered to tell you girls.. just that we found it amusing.. Last weekend we were going out and I put the Laptop on the ground as Dh was packing the car with stuff and we both forgot it and we kinda ran over it :/ The laptop bag contained the laptop, Ethans digi camera and our digi camera.. Well buy fuji and toshiba.. Lappy is fine apart from a crushed bit on one side which we think has made the fan on that side to stop working, Our Fuji camera only had the Lens adapter ring break.. doesn't effect the camera at all.. Ethans camera is a olympus and while it works the screen is smashed lol.. making some insurance calls tomorrow.. hoping to get a new nikon out of it all LOL

Just popping in very quickly to let you know I haven't forgotten you all- am just soooo busy, packing for holiday on saturday, organising wedding stuff, throwing up and falling asleep standing up ;)

Ty just got up but I am putting some serious BB time in when goes down for his arvo nap. So I will definately BBL :D (Watch, now I've said that he won't sleep at all I bet!!)

Louise- Your shopping story sounds like a nightmare,lol. It was funny to read though,although it probably not funny to you at the time.
Kieren doesn`t enjoy sitting in the shopping trolley`s either anymore,I think i will be getting the harness out for him very soon,he see`s his other brother walking so he wants too,but i see what`s going to happen they will want to run around like raving loonies,lol. Hope you and the family are well.:lol:

Lori- Hi Coffs Harbour ay!! sounds lovely,I haven`t been up there for a long time,but it`s a beautiful place to holiday. Have fun,I`ll be thinking of ya,lol. ;)

We took the boys down to "Clarkes Point" today,it`s on the Sydney Harbour, right opposite The Harbour Bridge,the kids love it down there,running around,watching the Ferries & boats come past,poor Kieren coulnd`t keep up with us,his little legs were so wobbley from walking.We had lunch by the water & let the kids play. I`am putting a few pics on Face Book. We went for a long walk on the walking trails,but DH,had to end up carrying Kieren back,he was toatlly worn out.

susan if I didn't laugh i would have cried :lol: Good news though.. Camera lends adapter thingy is being sent to me free.. (thanks Fuji) apparently they had a couple laying around so we get them for free.. Unfort our insurance won't cover Ethans camera and the laptop has its own insuirance so thats all good.. At least the cheapest thing is the only thing not covered kwim?

Well we rode up to school again this afternoon in the RAIN haha.. I bet we looked a sight.. My neighbour came as well.. So 3 bikes 3 adults 2 bike trailers and 3 kids then 3 school kids.. haha.. and it was fairly raining when we were on our way up this afternoon hehe.. At least it was cool..

Olivia has 2 more teeth which takes her to 12.. and a new word 'dirty' she had a rotten napy yesterday and I was saying oh you doirty dirty dirty girl.. LOL then she said dirty dirty . Was pretty cute..

Hi everyone!

Nic I had a great day here and it would make your Olivia jealous :) I went to the Pacific Brands warehouse that is closing down and stocked up on shoes for Olivia for the following months. I bought some pink winter boots, white, pink and silver sneakers, navy dressy shoes and pink casual shoes - all Clarks and all for $60!!!!!! I thought that was a pretty good deal. We were a bit disappointed that there weren't more clothes on sale but still the shoes were a bargain so got the be happy with that.

Not much else going on here at the moment. Olivia's molars are still moving around in her little mouth and they are driving all of us crazy! She is also continuing to try and be more and more independant so we are having a lot of little fights of will here :rolleyes:

Alicia, i went to our local bonds warehouse today and was checkin out the clarks, how bizzare. they only had girls ones here, no boys :(

Two more sleeps and I am on holidays :leap: I'm a little bit worried about how Ty will cope, but excited anyway :D

Alicia- I love shopping for clothes for the kids,going to check out some new Winter stuff on the weekend,and Kieren needs some new shoes,already,he`s foot has grown so fast,lol. not that he really likes to wear them.

We have alot of activities around Syndey Harbour this weekend,Bicentenary!......
I think we will take the kids into the City to check out all the Navy Ships,there`s going to be 17 all up around the Harbour with lots of family things to see & do.
