    Hi All!

Well I know I am lucky that she held off this long but DD had her first major supermarket meltdown yesterday and it was not at all fun :-( She was a bit tired after Gymbaroo but I had to stop at the supermarket and she totally 'lost it' over the fact that I wouldn't buy her 'princess yoghurt' (6 of them cost the same as 12 nemo yoghurts so no I am not buying the princess yoghurt). What's annoying is she was walking so that I didn't have to lift her into the trolley (having a bit of trouble this pregnancy so didn't want to lift her unnecessarily) but then I had to lift her and carry her to the checkout, so much for making it easier on myself.
I really think that 3 is the new terrible twos. 2's were fine for us but since her third birthday she is a lot more defiant and bossy. Where has my beautifully behaved little girl gone.......
In saying that though, she is very excited about the baby arriving and is loving helping setting things up and looking at things for 'our baby' at the shops. In the last week she has also started making her own bed by herself as soon as she wakes up in the morning!
I really and truly know how you feel. My miss is just such a handful (as you may notice from my FB statuses) I love her to bits but god she is so exhausting.

Yesterday at the school we picked Jacob up and as they normally do they ran to Isaac's class and that is where they usually wait for me (small school I can see them the whole time) we get there and I call out and tell them Isaac was already out and over here.. Olivia and Jacob follow me while I go deal with Isaac who was throwing his school bag around grrr.. next minute I look and Olivia and Jacob are gone. I spin around and look amongst the sea of kids and they are no where. Ethan comes along and I get him to run to the bike racks as I assume that is where they are,. Jacob is but no Olivia. I am starting to panic a little now cus there are just so many kids and she is tiny and I can't see her anywhere. i take off to the gate that we all leave from and I see her on the OUTSIDE half way tot he school crossing. Now I know we live in a small town but there is a lot of traffic between 3 and 3:30.. buses and parents ect. I freak out smack her bum but not hard. tell her what she did and they she screams and kicks me.. sigh. I carried her across the road down to the bike while she is still kicking and screaming at me. I was so embarrassed.. Our rule is you ALWAYS stop on the inside of the school gate and she is normally so good and while I know you can't always trush children I never thought she would do that...

This morning when we were leaving school I was buckling her into the bike trailer and she says get me a milshake. no Olivia we aren't going to the shops today.. GET me a MILKSHAKE NOOOOOW. No Olivia we are not going to the shops today I will make you a drink when we get home.. Then she starts screaming it at me and telling me to go to the shops now.. Ah she is so much fun to take places..

I don't know why she is like this. the boys were from time to time as kids are but they were rare and not an everyday occurence. I jumped at the chance on Tuesday when MIL asked us to drop her off while we went to look at tiles and we really took advantage of it too We were gone 3 hours.. even had a sit down lunch .

While Iw as typing this she snapped a stencil thing in hald and ripped a page out of Ethans book.. oh he is going to be so mad when he gets home.. Oh and last night she snapped her curtain rod in half.. Cannot wait to get blinds in that room but don't worry the cords will be up high and tied up. Don't trust her there

I know it sounds like she is a totally horrible child :/ but I am just posting the super bad stuff.. Somtimes she comes up and cuddles me and says mummy you are so beautiful and we get lots of kisses and cuddles. and she can be a totally sweet child but if something doesn't go her way then look out

I'm glad it isn't just my DD. I missed the terrible two's but the terrible threes are sure making themselves felt. I wasn't sure if it was because I am pg or not but she is very clingy, doesn't want anyone else but me, when up until now I was always the last person she ever wanted now she won't do anything without me.

Olivia has mood swings.. Sometimes she wants me then she wants Daddy and then the whining begins

I can't believe how many of you are having babies.. Is it 3 or 4?

Watching the worlds heaviest man while eating a cup cake glad I am bike riding this afternoon now even though I have been dreading it all day

Since it is my DD's 5th birthday tomorrow I just had thought I would see if this thread was still here. Not sure how many of you are still on BB, I just can't belive it has been five years. I was just looking through her first born photo's and I am lost for words. My first born little DD will be five and staring school next year. I hope you are all doing well and our bubs (that aren't bubs any more) are being beautiful children for the most part.

I am very much in almost disbelief my baby boy is starting school next yr! I got teary in his uniform I can't imagine how ill be on day one!!
I'm seriously have baby number 3 cravings now! I just can't stop my maternal hormones going 1000mph but DP says in 2 yrs don't know if I can wait that long! Will start having words with him next yr! Don't like a bigger age gap than that!
I miss chatting on BB and can't wait to do all that baby stuff again too lol

Hope your doing well KTS64s and everyone else who may pop in.

Hard to believe hey. Don't think DD is as excited about school as DS was :/ Hopefully it all goes smoothly when the time comes!

I'm still around on BB, tho mostly reading rather than joining in anything these days. No TTC'ing or Belly buddies to join hehe.
