I'm finding it hard to type one-handed but will see how we go

Ali, it's great you are doing so well. Don't stress about the feeding as it does take them a few weeks to get the whole night/day thing sorted. Remember they used to party at night in utero so they are already a bit all over the place.

I have cut J's nails 3 times alreasdy! She keeps scratching her face and my nipples but her nails just grow so quickly - it's insane.

Also how quick is this? I sent off the birth registration last week and I got J's birth certificate in the mail today!

We're still on 3hrly feeds overnight but at least the settling part is getting better. Just would like a bigger gap in between feeds.

Ali- yay you made it finally!

Tarkine- How has your day been, seems like you are having a rough time at the moment. Hope he settles down for you.

Holly- Keep taking the Abs otherwise it will just start up again, you need to finish the whole course even if you feel better.

I've been giving Em a dummy when I need a break from the cluster feeding, it works so at least I know its just comfort not food she wants. My nipples still tender but its getting better.

    Hi all,

Ali - yay! Welcome! We're so glad to see you

SJ and Holly, so sorry you are both sick Def keep taking the ABs SJ!

I'm actually a bit worried that I didn't take enough of mine, I took the whole course but there was a repeat on the prescription and I didn't fill it - now I'm worried my epi is infected again I have been so good with the salt water, every time I go to the loo I wipe with a salt water solution and then pat dry... sigh!

Tarkine, how has DS been today? Seems like we are all dealing with unsettled bubs at the moment - DD was cluster feeding like a maniac Tues/Weds, went to the in laws for dinner so Grandma could try and settle bub and give me a break and even Grandma was almost at her wits end!

I was exhausted - she only slept in the pram on the way to Mother's Group and on the way home, slept for a bit while we were there but then woke up and screamed until I put her on the boob (ask Odette - meanwhile Levi slept like an angel ).

But finally she went down at 10.30pm and slept thru til like 3.30am! So that was pretty good, got a good sleep. But its so hard when they scream scream scream like you are sticking pins in them!

Maybe they are all having growth spurts??

Isabel has been much better today - she slept til about 9am today after a 6am feed, then was awake til I put her in the car with my mum and we went to visit my sister, she fell asleep in the car and then slept for another hour or so. Then slept on the way to my parent's house and is now awake but quiet in her cocoon on the couch.

Who knows? They are strange creatures... She will probably want to party all night now!

Yeah - Week 2 to 3 growth spurt. I remember it all to clearly with J. It is so great to hear that what our bub's are doing is "normal" as we are all posting the same thing. These first few weeks are all such a blurr. Then before you know it they are nearly 3!

I am sending J off to his Grandma's for the weekend. I just feel that I am not giving him quality time. At least at his Grandma will spoil him rotten and he will have a good time. I just miss him terribly. Even when he is here with me, I feel like I am not giving him the quality time I used to.

I am also feeling like a bit of a blob now. Still got a little pot tum, meaning that I can't get into my pre preg clothes, yet the mat clothes just look terrible.

Ok E is starting to get sooky under her playmat on the floor so better go.
