    Hey girls!
hugs to those having a rough time of it lately- it will past ans things will start to improve soon so hang in there!!
Mr Boof is doing awesome- only sleeping once or twice during the day for around 40 mins but now he is settling heaps better at nite- only having to resettle around 6 times betwen 7ish and 12am and then he is usually sleping solid from 12am tillaround 6ish-7ish- cant complain about that!
On the other end- my DH is STILL sick- turns out he has glandular fever so is asleep ALL the time. Its really bad- he is zzz now as i type and its 8ish!
He has hardly been able to work for over 2 weeks now- the back pocket is gonna notice that real soon- but ther is nothing we can do except ride it out- its like having 4 kids!!

Other than that i am trying to keep my head above water- things are turning ugly with my mum and dad so that isnt nice, twins are alot more settled at the moment - besides bring nits home last week with them- and Mr Boofs' now eating 3 meals a day- 2 bowls of food at each sitting- i am also doing so BLS as well- he has his mash and then nibbles on what we are having as well if suitable with us at the dinner table as well. Slowly want the BLS to be the main souce of food, but his big appetite and no teeth means that i am more comfortable feeding mash at the moment as well!! He has toast for breaky now as well- too cute- he gums i t and cruskets are a hit as well!

Time to go- he is going off again!!
    mwah to you yummy mummy's!

Girls I should come in here and whinge about Jacob more often! He slept well last night (only one feed between 9pm and 8am ) and today he's had three 2 hour sleeps and another 40 min sleep He seems to be down for the night now too. I remember a day like this months ago. I wondered how quickly he would do it again. I'm sure it's just recovering from the past week.

    Shell
    - I'd love to come to the meet up. Count me as a definite maybe LOL. Is there still accomm going with you guys or should I look into organising my own nearby?
OP - Great to hear from you. I've been thinking of you lately and wondering how you and Isabel are going. The comments on her size must annoy you! From memory both you and DH are tall and she prolly will be too. The number one comment I get from absolutely everyone is how alert Jacob is. Aren't all babies interested in their environment?
Meg - Is L n' E expensive? Do you still cook for your DH or is he on it too?
Det - to you hun. That doesn't sound good about your parents. Can't be easy to be in the middle. Hope your DH gets better soon! Boof sounds like he's doing well.
    Hi Nai!

Kaz - that's fantastic about J today and tonight! Here's hoping he sleeps well tonight! I too get lots of comments about how alert DD is... but I also get told she is cute a lot too Course I think she's gorgeous!

Det and I thought of you today - we had MG at a cafe/bookstore place and we walked out past a stand of Mr Men books

Det you'll have to tell me tomorrow over Koko what's going on with your folks, think I missed it!

Well Isabel crashed at about 6.45pm... fell asleep on the boob, then woke as I put her into the cot, cried and then had a spew on my shoulder, then settled down and has been silent ever since. I think the swimming has tuckered her out! Going to try a rollover feed soon then we'll see how long she sleeps.

This time six months ago I was trying to sleep...

Pinny- Hope they clear up quickly, Emily always gets sick at needles time, maybe they plan it that way!

OP- Ooh how exciting! Did it take you long to conceive Isabel? Have you picked out a month when you're gonna start?

Kaz- there are 3 bedroom appartments we organsing for groups of 6, think there fold out beds too so can sleep up to 8. There is a thread going somewhere on the trip, think its in the meet ups section? yay on the good night, hope last night was the same.

Det- Sorry bout your parents, thats awful that you are going thru it, I hope they aren't using you as the piggy in the middle to get to each other. It makes me think if its upsetting for you as a grown woman how kids go thru those nasty seperations.

Meg- i was wondering too how exxy L&E is. Good on you. I reakon thats what I'd do if I wanted weight loss plan. They do all the work for you. Let us know what the meals are like.

Another bad night here, I don't get why she wakes all night with these bursts of being really upset (settles fairly quickly but happens often) then of course morning comes and shes happy as! I give up trying to analyse these things!

I love my foxtel iq, going out tonight to see my nephew in school play so can record all my shows. Then just gotta find time to watch them!

    Hi all.

Shell - I am glad you are enjoying the IQ. We have it too. what shows will you be taping tonight?

Nai - Glad the eyes are on the mend.

Pinny - Hoping everyone improves soon in your house.

OP - How time has flown. Hope she had a good sleep after the rollover feed.

Kaz - L&E is not that expensive. $99 a week for 5 lunches and 5 dinners, as I am doing my own breakfasts, and will not do the weekends as we are out a lot. (Will jsut have to be carefull over the weekends)

Det - It must be hard gooing at your hosue at the moment. Hope it improves soon.

I became an Aunt again yesterday. My sis had to have an emergency csect at 11:30 last night after labouring all day. She went through transitional contractions but only dialated 3 cm. So is doing well though, bubs is georgous. She is half asain and just stunning. I won't get to visit today or tomorrow, but going to take my grandparents in on Friday. Want to give her today with less visitors as I am sure she is buggered.

    Evening ladies and bubs,

Meg - congrats!!! Hope your sister is doing well after her c-sect. I'm sure she will appreciate having a little time with less visitors. I'm going to become an auntie again in Jan!

Shell - we're having crummy nights here too. Isabel has been waking every 20mins tonight since 7pm... no idea why. Might need to go give her a feed soon...

We're going to start trying as soon as AF comes again! I'm coming up to 35 days... guessing my cycle isn't quite back to normal, I've done a test so not UTD.

Better go get the babe... crying again...

    SHE SLEPT THROUGH!!
About time I tell you!!! She ended up doing 7pm until 7:30. Woke once at 3:30am but I quickly put the dummy in and she was zonked out. No patting, feeding or rocking!

I woke up so engorged this morning but because my pump is out of action at the moment I just got her to feed of both sides.

Last night when she woke from her last nap at 5:40pm I put her in her high chair and fed he solids. She ate heaps and it actually stayed in her mouth and went down not spat out. She had pumpkin, sweetcorn & apple puree and then munched on a banana.

I then bathed her and wrapped her and she had a bf (both sides).

She's now happy in her bouncer watching Bear in the Blue House.

BBL for personals now that I feel refreshed!

    Ali that's fantastic, well done!!!!!

    Go Ash!

LOL at the BBs being engorged this morning though - of course there had to be a downside. I just hope they didn't wake you up!

No sleeping thru here yet Still waking waking waking... last night she slept 11pm til about 3am, then woke every half an hour or so calling out... Put off feeding her til 5.30am... Sigh...

She's back down for a sleep now, better go have some brekkie etc...
