Peg - Don't leave! Just take from Bellybelly what you need. I find that I visit different places according to what I need at the time. I mostly visit bellybelly now to catch up on the bubbas & friends I've made in here, and to either support or get support in the Miscarriage & Loss sections.
I frequent a weight loss sight a fair bit and get support there too. I am sorry that Bellybelly hasn't been right for you. As I said, it is right for me because I only take from it what I need, and give back when I can.
If you do leave, I hope you find something that is right for you. All the best and big hugs to your gorgeous DD.
    Lisa

ETA - I will be back later to do personals... it is too cold out here on the tiles atm to do them.

KYM _ Oh wow, Monkey sounds like a total crack up! I love it! Claudy also tells me stories but she tells it in her language & I can't understand a thing of it but it's like she's asking me a question & when I don't answer correctly she gets mad! I love that Monkey can say 'sorry'! That is just too cute! No, I didn't have a hammock with Miss JP, I don't think they were around when she was born, I'm not sure if they were or weren't, but I didn't have one. Claudy had no problem transitioning into the cot. I'd put her in the hammock during the day & the cot at night time. I also found it really awesome if she had a belly ache, but no wind, because I'd just wrap her tightly in her kidoppotamus wraps & put her in there & because it's so snug, I'd just bounce it slightly & she was happy as larry. The only problem I had with the hammock, which isn't a hammock problem but a Jessica problem is that she would take Claudy out of it & go & put her onto the floor & unwrap her! ****! She did it like 3 times & I would blow my stack & she would say 'I want to play my toys with the baby'. But the hammock was seriously cool, I loved it to bits. I'm just glad she didn't get hooked on it & couldn't sleep anywhere but the hammock!

LISA _ What's the update on the weight loss? HOw are you my lovely?

Well I have to go, I'm at my parents place for dinner & Claudy isn't happy I'm online. I have to work tomorrow so we are staying here tonight because Mum is having the kids while I work. Stupid to go home & come back first thing in the morning. It's my dad's birthday, so he is loving it.

OMG... my brother just called me... he and his girlfriend have just come home from a month in Europe and... he proposed to her!!! I am sooooooooooooo happy for them. They have been together since they were both in Yr 11, so for almost 10 years, and they are so perfect for each other. I am crying because I am so happy for them! He proposed to her in Amsterdam with her grandmothers ring. So special and beautiful

oh lisa you are such a hopeless romantic!!! i love it
how sweet!!!! i love love love weddings!!!

jayney- 10 days to go!!! i just bought Baileys with a hint of mint, it is scrumptious so i will have to bring it over with me.... i've been looking for this spirit called Kiss that tastes like musk, i last bought it about 3 years ago so am having a little trouble and a 17 month old in bottleshops is just too much fun!

peg - thanks for saying goodbye, you could have just left and we all would have wondered if you were ok. i wish you and DD all the best and will probably stalk you on msn now and then anyway!!

new catalouge coming out next week for tupperware so i have arranged a fundraiser with jem's daycare - very exciting it means i will be able to get 85 odd catalouges out there!! am sure to get an order or two doing that!! thank you all for your orders for jayney's party she is a happy chappy she got the cookbook free and only paid ten bucks for the season serve!

jemima got pushed off a slide at daycare last thursday - she was sad all afternoon and cried on and off all afternoon, she has a big graze on her chin and bit her tounge and they also think cut the gum behind her front teeth!! so that was 2 incident reports in 2 weeks!!! i have cancelled monday daycare for her was going to wait until after Perth trip but want my little girl back!! so now she is just at daycare thursdays and fridays

jem got her two eye teeth at the top and i think very very almost the two matching ones down the bottom! all in the last week so that is a gazillion teeth (nah about 8 up the top and 6-8 down the bottom i guess she almost has collected the whole set)

toddler bed stuff is going well, the novelty is wearing off and she thinks she is too cool in her big bed, sometimes she comes out after we think she is asleep and we say "go back to bed, back to your room" and she sneaks off again, we have to go in and put her back in bed but she is such a good girl for going back into her room

she is chucking tantys all the time! randomly when she wants something! big big big screams, i just laugh at her that makes her scream more. and she eventually stops.....
oh and kymmmmmmmy she does the hitting and biting thing too!
still pulls my hair for comfort which is very annoying but i am slowly trying to stop

    Hi My Lovelies,

PEG - Sorry to see you go, but know we are here if you need us, and we wish you every happiness for the future

LISA - Yay for the engagement, great news>? How is everything going with you hun? Are you back on the Cohens?

KEL - Wow your trip has come around so quickly, can;t wait to catch up with you when you arrive.Did you get my tupperware order? How is it all going? Great news on the daycare party.

JAYNE - Hon would love that number of the grout and tile guy. Have you had it done yet? How's work going? How many days are you doing now?

Well I am officially over being prego, sore back, interupted sleep and I am a moody cow. Going to keep this one short now and try and get in a nap whilst Erin is sleeping.

KRISTY _ I could never picture you as being a cranky cow! YOu are too lovely! Yep, will text you the grout man's number. I get it done on 18th Aug, so Kel can see how disgusting my grout is! LOL. How is the little miss? When is your next OB appointment? Am I your birth announcement person? I hope so! LOL.

LISA _ Awww honey, that is beautiful news! What a lovely proposal. I am a romantic person too, I love being spoiled! But then again, what girl doesn't? How is Harrison? Is he still a Daddy's Little Man?

KEL _ Ok, you need to e-mail me the kinds of things that Jem likes to eat. We eat lots of fish & steak, my kids are pretty easy going foodwise, they take after me, eat everything in site, lol, but let me know if Jem is fussy or whatever.

Ok, I have to go do my situps & then head over to bed! I am doing 60 man situps a night & already I have noticed the difference & it's only been 4 nights!

hey hey jayney - i sent you an email about food - but honestly you are asking about the wrong person.... it is jemima's mummy that is a fussy cow!!! hehehehehe nah i eat everything but olives and onion - but i just take them out of meals if they are overpowering the food for me....

jemima is now obsessed with handcream, sorbolene whateva she just wants me to put it on her hands and then she rubs it together, THEN randomly she rubs it into my forhead, really really fun!

all the nursery rhymes and stuff that she learns at daycare is incredible..... i was randomly singing the spider song and she comes out with all the actions! i have now been trying harder to play those kinds of games with her and am honestly amazed at how she knows heads, shoulders knees and toes which is funny at the dinner table coz it is glass and she can see her feet but cant touch them it is though honestly the only way to stop her chucking a tanty sometimes, totally distract her by getting her to twinkle twinkle her fingers or something or picking her up and cuddling her - i do not give in and give her what she wants..... in most cases..... heheheehehehehehehehehe terrible inconsistant parenting come on down!

oh and she loves corn on the cob and i have been serving it for dinner for her a lot but we went to mothers group briefly and wont be going backin a hurry AND this kid had it in his lunchbox as a snack or lunch or something - awesome idea - so i brought one for her for lunch after swimming and so after her omelette i was a very popular mummy indeed!

Hey KEL _ I didn't get the e-mail about food, so you might have to send it again for me. My kids are usually pretty good. Steak & Vegies are our staple meal but they eat loads of other stuff too. I'm sure we can work somethign out. My kids love corn cobettes too so I will make sure I buy oodles of the things. Jem sounds a very clever chicken, I love it when they surprise you like that. Claudy has started to try & dance along to hi-5 & it's so beautiful. She also sings this fairy song in the car, something about tick-tock clickety clock or somethign & she does the actions, it brings tears to my eyes!

Claudy is a very sick little chicken. Woke up after her nap yesterday with 39.5 temp & blood nose. Took them down to the beach for fresh air & icecream & that bought it down for a while, but then after dinner it went sky high again so she slept with me & drank a whole bottle over water overnight & woke this morning with a DRY nappy. Then at 9:30 this mornign she started screaming & was still going at 1pm so I took her to the Dr & she has tonsilitis & is starting to dehydrate. Just fantastic, it's one thing after another with that kid! So we are back at the dr in the morning to make sure she is improving with the AB's.

Hope you guys are all good!

    Love Jayne

KRISTY _ WOW! You're a lucky thing! WHat are you going to get? 32 weeks, that's just insane. I can't belive you're going to have 2 babies well under 2. You're freaking MAD! Nah, I"m kidding, you are a really cool & calm person, so you will just breeze it in! Beware though, especially if you're cooking another girl, it'll be like having twins! There is 2y3m between my 2 & I have to buy 2 of everything! It's insane!

    Hi Girls,

Yeah I was stoked to get it teh coucher they sent me the catcalogue and they also have heaps of stuff on the website. The voucher is valid for 12 month so I think I will wait till bub is born to see what I need and if to get blue or pink!! Proably get another grobag and they have clothes, toys,BF tops, feeding stuff so I have heaps to choose from. Funny how it came about as I was watching the Morning show on TV and they had this women on who enters and wins all these competitions who had just written a book,

I was all inspired so bought the book online and read it and the day I read it I entered this competition which was just a website one and low and behold I won!!! All inspired now to start entering competitions!!!!!!

Very excited about your trip over here Kel, Jayne I am free Thurs,Friday and Saturday late arvo if any of those days are good to catch up.Let me know what suits.

The Counselling agency that I have volunteered at for 8 years has to bring on all this Mandatory reporting of child abuse so are unable to have volunteers working there anymore so I have my last shift tomorrow night which is a bit sad after all that time there . Thought I would have a few months off with new bub anyhow. Having our tax done on Wednesday and we have elected to get the Family tax in a lump sum so look forward to seeing that expecially as we have just built a new 4 car garage for DH.

Sorry dribbled on enough hope all is well xxxx

Hi girls! Sorry I haven't popped in here for a while!
All's good here... Nothing much to report really. Bugs & Pox have left our house (finally!) and we're just kicking back enjoying a bout of healthiness for once! lol
We just got back from the growers market where my SIL-to-be's parents have a stall in which they sell the most AMAZING lime cordial!!! It is awesome! I am fussy about buying cordials etc for my kids (because of preservative 211) so we went and bought a few bottles of lime cordial today. Harrison has been loving it!
Well... I'm going back to enjoy my lazy Sunday. I hope everyone has a nice day.

ok tell me all about preservative 211???

before i forget - remember me getting all upset that jemima was behind in everything accordding to daycare - WELL the chick who said it said the other day - "jemima is about to turn two right?" and i'm like NO she is about to turn 18months!!!! so she was comparing jemima to all the two year olds in her group!!! so yippee not behind child afterall!! (and some stuff tashie posted me confirmed this also!)

went to the ekka today - jemima had the best best best bestest time - LOVED the sheep in the nursery LOVED the ride we took her on kept saying "weeee" weeeeee weeeeee even when it stopped! and loved the balls in the clowns mouth and won a toy mermaid (and the kids in front of us gave her a barbie and a princess set) and i won a makeup/hair set for her and benji won a princess crown for her and she carried our showbags (she dont eat choc so she likes the novelties) and loved just watching everything - i have some awesome photos so i will upload them to something soon.

probably should start packing so i dont have to tomorrow night but i have showbags to go through and house to tidy............ and i have tupperware tomorrow night, oh and i have to sort out your guys tupperware, i have it all but it is in a box..... have to fit in my bag...... i am so so lucky to be staying with jayney all the babystuff sorted!

Hahaha... Sept 23 is when Kings of Leon release their new album (I'm a little obsessed lol)

211 is a preservative that is used in drinks... DH and I have found that most liquid food products, vinegar, soy sauce, cordials (apart from some of the Extra Juicy range and some of the Bickfords range) and soft drinks contain it (Schweppes lemonade and coke don't have it- unless they just aren't labelling it)
211 has been shown to alter your DNA and has damaging effects on your liver, it also effects your mitochondira (if the mitochondria is damaged- alot of neuro-degenerative diseases can occur, including that of aging process and parkinsons disease). Combined with vitamin C, it becomes a carconogenic (In combination with ascorbic acid (vitamin C, E300), sodium and potassium benzoate may form benzene, a known carcinogen). Sodium benzoate, which is the culprit, is also an ingredient used to make fireworks (noice!)

Soft drink additive damages DNA: report

I hope you have a fab time in WA Kel!!! How exciting for everyone!
