Hi Christie and Tashie! Welcome to our gang - we have all the best babies in here.
Oooh, now I've changed page and can't recall everything I wanted to reply to, so I'll just do a general ramble and hope you find something useful in here.
Sleeping... well, Liebs still doesn't get on well with dairy so that's cut out again. He loves his cheese and yoghurt so I offer every now and then, but think I won't for quite a bit now. He now has a snack around 10am and solids with his 4pm feed and is still waking twice at night - up at 6am this morning so just lay on my chest while I patted him for another hour and a half until he woke up in a good mood!
DH is a real annoyance: I won't feed DS constantly all day because then he won't sleep, so he just kept telling me to feed him to shut him up else he'd leave. Well, good, I would rather him leave than be such a pr!ck. He's annoying me so much, whinging if I make washing up in the evening (because he's just started doing it again so I cook him pumpkin pie and cakes). Ooooh, so hard to wash up a knife and a chopping board because I wanted cheese and biscuits! Anyway, no more whinging, that's what he does!
We still aren't doing swimming lessons. I hate swimming, I so don't have the figure for it, and DS didn't like the pool the one time I tried him in an unheated outdoor one.
Jayne, your nights sound awful. I wish I could offer some help, but even refusing to feed DS to sleep at his 8.30 wake-up he is still waking up a month on. Timed day feeds and cutting out dairy helped a bit.
He did 20 minutes in creche today, I was so chuffed! Everyone was amazed at his walking, but he isn't crawling or any other baby methods of locomotion, so it's not so strange.
gtg, hugs to all!
