esme - yay on getting the all-clear, what a relief!! Sorry Jasper's not too well, I hope he gets better soon. I am sure you will conceive #2 soon, we have found the opposite - conceiving #2 was much easier than #1!

prama - I hate dieting, it's way too hard! I have found one pretty good way to lose weight though for the moment - get preggers! I weighed myself this morning and have lost 3kgs!

sonya - I saw pics of Luger too, what a cutie. I hope you are enjoying him. DD loves our dog - she tries to sit on him, pats him (although it is more like bashing) and he is ever so patient with her. Yes, I remember the BFG!

danda - Hi! Good to hear from you again.

I am still feeling pretty shocking, but at least it's just ms now, no more gastro. I wish this would go away soon!

    Hi ladies,

    Just be quick here....

Scan went well. HB was about 173 bpm and the nuchal fold was 1. something. So all good for now. Except I have some spotting again... I am not too worried seeing as the scan was only last night and it was ok.
A big hello to everyone and I have read about all, just have a lack of time to respond til tomorrow....

    HI All,

Great news Jen, always feels great after a scan when you know bubby is doing well hey, no feeling like it really...of course until your holding them. Hope you and Amber are doing well.

Prama I had cookies for lunch yesterday so your pizza for dinner can be excused I'm sure...At least you went to the gym. hehehe I on the other hand went to the couch!! How's poopey?

Bun sweetie are you guys feeling any better? well you in particular?? Yes Zane loves Luger he is a bit rough too, but I'm sure that once theyunderstand a word to an action they will be better. He is just sooo big that I worry he'll knock Zane down but he never does...should give him a smidgen more credit....but only a smidgen LOL.

Esme, how's Jasper today, Zane had croup last week, isn't the barking cough awful. He seems a lot better this week but he no longer has a cold either and it's a bit warmer this week.

The baby whisperer gave me the following so I thought I'd share them with you guys:

They have turned into my mantra and are now situated in pride of place on the fridge...

    TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR REDUCING STRESS:

1- Thou shall not be perfect nor even try to be.
2- Thou shall not be all things to all people and spread thyself to thin.
3- Thou shall leave some things undone that ought to be done.
4- Thou shal NOT criticize thyself for decisions made without the benefit of hindsight.
5- Thou shall learn to say NO.
6- Thou shall schedule time for thyself and thy supportive networks.
7- Thou shall switch off and do nothing regularly.
8- Though shall be boring, untidy, inelegant and unattractive sometimes.
9- Thou shall NOT even feel guilty
10- Especially, Thou shall not be thine worst enemy, but thy best friend.

Ok Ladies I'm off to complete No.6... As I have a sleeping toddler...So now that I have checked in with my "supportive network" I'm going to have a shower in peace and possible shave the forest on my legs. I might even wash my hair!!!

    Hi to everyone else.

yep...i like that list. i might do the same....put it on the fridge for a daily reminder!

We've got a dog too (a cavalier poodle X)...her name is Beanie and Zoe just loves her. She calls her "BeeBee". She pat and cuddles her really nicely.....unfortunately, "BeeBee" is not always so gentle!! In her excitement tonight when Zoe and I got home, she was running around like and idiot and knocked Zoe down the stairs (only two)....head first onto the floor boards!!! Crazy mutt!
