Kell: I've tried the calm voice, I've tried the almost psychotic mother, tried ignoring, reasoning....just nothing works on him. I think its just an age thing too...can't wait for it to be over. I might try vitamins, he doesn't eat badly but he doesn't eat a lot and if I don't think of it, he won't tell me he's hungry. J is usually pretty good out but not lately. I don't like Yo Gabba Gabba LOL, I haven't watched it all but it doesn't look great haha. Woohoo on the new cot! I'm loving reading everyones lists too. The question I was going to ask and forgot the other day was what size clothes are the babies in...now I know
Belle: I hope Tara doesn't get the flu too! Have you tried feeding her later than 10pm? Ashlea usually feeds around 8.30/9.30pm and goes straight to sleep, she would sleep through until around 2am but I feed her again around 11.30/12.30am and she stays asleep and wakes at about 7am. Sometimes I go to sleep after her 8.30 feed but most times I stay up.
Mel: Sorry you had such a cr@ppy day with DS! I had one too...naughty boys! We'll sort them out on Saturday LOL. My SIL told me a few other places: Buderim Tavern, Kawana Waters Hotel and Blue Bar (not sure if there is a kids area, but has a big TV and is in the place we are staying apparently)..If you have a chance check them out, I'll see if I can too.
Rach: Nah he doesn't have one of those, I hate the idea of them being on a lead...although the back pack ones are better. My pram has a strap that is meant to go around the handle of the pram and the mothers wrist to stop it from rolling away, I use it so Jayden can hang on to it and he thinks he's helping push/pull the pram, the only problem is he isn't attached to it he can let go...he never had let go until recently.
FIL hasn't had a stroke, its a virus of some sort...not sure what. They are starting him on AB's tomorrow....So good news I think!
