Have you tried that rather than waking M??
Well she wakes up when we pick her up to give her a dream feed - so I don't wake her - she wakes up. DS was different - he would sleep and eat. She doesn't. If she is asleep, she doesn't suck.

Missy - yayy.. that is sooo cute!!!! Miss M hasn't giggled yet - she does this screech kinda thing when smiling - so that could be getting close.. lol

    Mel - fair enough.
I hope you don't think I was being b!tchy or anything - just saying what she is like. Its a pain in the ar$e that she doesn't suck unless fully awake..

Not like her mother who can do three things at once - must take after her father.. pmsl.

Mel - Oh not at all, I was just feeding and unable to type anymore as she was being distracted. LOL at multi tasking and DH not, it's so true mine is just the same unable to do two things at once.

Missy - she has just finished took her a little longer than normal but she has left like 10mls so she must be ready for the 200mls now lets just hope she will sleep longer

I think someone was telling us about cradle cap and what we can use on it other than olive oil can that person let me know as Izzy's is getting bad. BBL she is a little grizzly so time for bed...

Mez - I use a mixture of bicarb and olive oil - mix it into a paste and smooth it on.. leave it for a few hours, shampoo it off. I know Kel uses baby sorbolene though.

YaY Izz. And you can also use for cradle cap (Liam just getting over his) QV cream. Its the best. I also use QV oil in his bath. Did for Callum as well.

    Hi girls

No worries Kell, I havent read all the posts lol im just too tired to catchup and read them all, ive just got Tara nearly asleep next to me so im going to sleep now too.

Mel - hon where do you live? I wish we could too. We visit Melb and Brisi at least once a year, as inlaws are in Melb and we are heading up to Brisi in Nov sometime we hope for a holiday.

Zee - hon, how ru today? I hope he settled for you, message me hon ok? let me know how you are doing... thinking of you.

    Tasia - big hugs.

My BF supply is not going well I think its my upping my antidepressants thats affecting it, so I am now giving Tara a bottle of formula a day too to help her settle, the feeding hourly in the afternoon is so exausting I just have to for my own sanity. I wish my supply wasnt like this but hey I have been through it before with Julia so I know I need to supplement with formula to help so she will be more settled. Im just a bit disappointed it happened so soon.

Ok, well hello to everyone I have to get some zzzzzz's so im not tired and grumpy when DH gets home.

    MWAH to all.

Missy: The pics you posted were great! You have very good looking kids! It takes me ages to fall asleep esp when Chris is snoring! Aww I can't wait for Ash to start giggling! HOw cute!

Mel: Thats good the drops are working, poor M having her shoulder out...it obviously wasn't hurting her though. Your lucky you have so many BB ppl you can visit down there...I'm all on my lonesome up here haha. My house isn't that big, Chris is just lazy haha...he was on MSN on his iphone and sent a msg through that so it didn't cost anything.

Jess: I am the same when Ashlea needs a feed, I quickly grab a biscuit or something...or I do wait and I eat heaps more after the feed. I just eat a packet of gummi bears

Mez: I'll work out what we are doing while we are in Melb. I know I can't do anything on the weekends. When SW is there would be great! I used bicarb and water into a paste (like what Mel said)...worked on Jayden, haven't had a prob with Ash.

Belle: See if you can get some Motillium....I had a very low supply with Jayden and as soon as I took Motillium (or Domperidone it can be called) I had a huge supply...just a thought, don't be dissapointed though you have done a great job BF'ing and dealing with PND too...Your a great mum!

Ash is stirring now finally, she hasn't had a feed since 8.30am! She fell asleep in the car on the way home from SIL's house (how she could with her hypo brother!) Either Jayden has learnt to under his buckle in his car seat or my SIL didn't do it up properly...We got half way home and I realised Jayden was playing with it and it was undone!! And its raining too....I'd hate to think what could have happened!

Belle - we live on the sunny coast, in Nambour. Where are you thinking of going in Bris? It's only an hours drive to the city from our place.

Tan - ahhh those bloody iphones!!!

    hey guys

kell and i had a fantastic time today. but we usually do. it was an early one today so we miss the midday sun 8am at the park we played for 2 hours and then went to richmond to watch Fifi on stage and we both bought the boys shoes each. FYI their is a shoe shop in richmond (called Zorans) and 9/10 they are having a sale, they sell great quality kids shoes (nike, adidas, rebock, etc) for only $29 i got ike some really nice dress sneakers for $19.95. they have nice ladies and mens shoes too.

syd mums - What does everyone think about a park near windsor this meet, we can take turns where to go. its about 30 mins from my place and about 40 from 7 hills way. we can meet closer to other houses next time to make it fair.

mel i dream feed to but i don't pick them up i just give them about 75-100ml in a slow feed teat its enough to fill them and they sleep longer. i use a slow teat so they don't get too much wind so i don't have to burp them.

Ayapi just wanted to say hi i haven't really spoken to you directly in a while. CC is a pain in the bum the QV oil is ok but i would buy some Tricology shampoo (Delorenzo make it) it is for sensitive skin and helps cradle cap. sometimes moisture can make it worse. What colour is it, cradle cap is yellow ish. scaley scalp is white. it is recomended to use oil for CC and pick it off and moisture for scaley scalp.

mel (again) me too re DH and cartoons. i have 4 kids how about you?

missy i wore a corsett to my reunion no flab in sight but shhh its a secret. and woohoo on the giggle how cute.

ok my boy just came over and i think his bum has exploded the smell is rotten BBL if i can

    love to all

    Howdy all!

Well the boys had a great morning at the park!
Missy.. cool re Wednesday! The park is great! Its on Haweksbury Valley Way opposite the Raff base. The kids love seeing the planes take off.. Callum will love it! Plus the park is so nice.. lots of equipment for them and space to run around.. and a little coffee shop for us to get a coffee at!
Anyone else is very welcome to join us.

Mez.. yep i found only sorbelene worked for Jesse's. You just put a fair amount on, rub it in. Leave it for an hour or so, then wash off with baby shampoo vigerously.. then towel dry vigerously and repeat until gone. It worked a treat with Jesse's. I tried the oil but was too oily and didnt really work.

Missy.. oh how cute Liam giggling! I dont think Keira really has.. more cooing i think with a smile.. i remember Jesse never did until about 7 months or something.

Tannis.. i noticed Jesse's moods changing after a day or 2. So y eh hopefully his will too very soon. He still has his grumpy times and tanties.. but he just listens alot better now i find.

    Ok have to run..

    Oh cool Kell

I know where it is. As for Liam giggling I was shocked too. I was smiling and talking to him and then I rubbed my head on his tum and he giggled...I then LOL and it scared him then he cried. I think callum was about 16 weeks when he did. Ive been trying to do it again but getting lots of coo's and smiles but no more giggle. It looks like he is about to do then he will coo instead...Oh well it was very cute..
