Mel after the rolling over incident DD actually didn't cry during tummy time for the first time ever. it's like she knows she can get out of it that position now!

Mel - Thanks for answering my questions. Haydie sort of favours one side. He's gotten better with it lately, and he's not hating Tummytime that much anymore too, so he gets alot of that. I might actually look around here and talk to DP about taking him to the chiro. I stumbled across a thread that had stuff about when they also have help coming out (ie, forceps, vac extract) it can also pull things out of alignment. I never knew any of this before. Lol. He seems to not favour it as much anymore, so I dunno though. I'm rambling sorry. :P

Belle - You poor thing. I hope after this batch of sickness it leaves your house for good! I hope you're looking after yourself aswell.

Oh and yay, I got my huggies swimmer nappy sample thingie the other day. That was some excitement for me. It's funny that such tiny things like that brings excitement these days. I think I need to get out more. LOL!

Hi all gees u have all talked a lot!!!
We went to viist my parents for weekend 2 and 1/2 hrs away and omg car was packed full with Jacob and 2 dogs stuff!! was good fun thought!!!

Jacob slept well in portacot which was great!!! most nighst he is sleeping now 9 - 12 hrs depending on night!!
And last night in a gro bag no swaddling!!! woo hoo im so excited lets hope he does it again!

I also received my huggies swim nappy in mail!!
I am looking forward to baby expo on friday!!! Going with a few friends and there kids of varying ages from a 4 weeks to 2 and 1/2 years.

Anastasia u sound like you r having a tought time with DH hope things improve soon but I would not be having a 2nd child if he doesnt help and respect you.

No personals today. Well was going to start my diet today, but when I had one mouthful of cerial and bit down there was some thing hard in my mouth so I pulled it out and it was either hard plastic or glass. It was in a triangle shape and very sharp. So that suffed the diet up. I rang nestles to let them know (cherios) it was and they sent a courier out for the packet and glass/plastic. So now I have to start tomorrow but dont want to use the same cerial???

Thanks for all that commented on my photos. Mel read them all and loved readng them.

On the sad side, my mum rang me yest and left a message saying to call back. I knew something was wrong by her tone of her voice. And yes there was. She told me my sisters hubby has Lung cancer ( yes he is a smoker) and is having a opperation on tuesday (tomorrow). She went on to say they didnt want any phone calls until its over. dont know how bad it is just that its in the right lung and down the bottom.

Im off to have coffee with rufalina tomorrow ( if anyone knows her from here) as we have been meaning to meet for a while now so that will be nice. Going to Rhodes shopping cent.

Well better head off as have to have dinner and then go for my walk.

Oh im buggered!
Went and had a look at that place.. hmm needs alot of work, so a little dissapointed. Not much storage area.. and no linen cupboard!! Who has no linen!! Very weird. Would be a great house to buy and do up.. but yeh needs paint, new carpet and really the kitchen needs to be redone. Oven and stove top was yuck. So ahh well.. not meant to be.. im sure there will be another.

Mel.. woohhooo for Aricyn and his big bed! Jesses still in his cot by night. Really should give him a go over night.. but yeh not yet lol.. i need my sleep as it is with his waking. But thats great Aricyn went so well!

Morning all..

Missy/Kristy.. dont the weather look shheeeeeiit! Supposibly predicting the same for tomorrow damn it! Do we want to organise a coffee somewhere else maybe if it is like this tomorrow when we wake up? Maybe Rouse Hill or the Towers? Is kinda inbetween us all.

Was bloody boiling when we went to bed.. so had Keira in the lightest grobag with just a short sleeve bodysuit. Then the temp dropped big time doh! So she woke up cold around 4am.. just gave her the dummy a few times and put some blankets on her. I refuse to give her a bottle that early.. no habits are going to be started! Then i heard the thunder outside and remembered all of Jesse's toys were out on the grass, so ran out and got them. Very eary feeling it is at 4am when the sky is a little lit, but yet so dark purple with flashes of lightening every few seconds! Hehe.

Anywhoo.. i need a coffee..

OMG kell that storm was so bad here. Isaac woke up scared a few times in the end i got sick og going in there so i just let him sleep with us, from about 4am. but he slept till 7am. I agree Syd mums- its going torain and even if its fine everything will be wet i recon we meet at castle towers or maybe Blacktown westpoint, actually blacktown isn't too bad a centre i quite like it.

THE TWINS SLEPT FROM 8.30pm TILL 7.15am..
I'm so happy with that, now i just hope they do it again.

Missy **** I would have demanded compensation. hehe just for free stuff. Have they told you how it got into your breakfast yet?

Arimeh- cooking that long istn't that bad its just a slow simmer. i made a pie last night and had the filling simmering from 9.30am till 4pm. it was soooooo yummy.
I wonder if i should get Calebs neck checked!! he favors one side and i think it is uncomfortable to look the other way, sometimes i massage it and it seems better.

Tennykins- i thought the same thing. it just a have a close friend who tells me all the things her daughter does. i was chatting to mum and she recons all ages have their good and bad. once you get out of the terrible 2's its naughty 4's moody 8's+, hormonal teens,& crabby grown ups. this is what mum recons.

Hello to everyone else!! (SW - I miss you *mwah* but you already know that.. hehe)

Aricyn woke up again last night screaming blue bloody murder at 12.30... so not sure what is going on - maybe night terrors?? Hmm.. dunno.. he settles down ok again so mustn't be anything too serious (ie, pain!!)

Miss M didn't want to go to sleep at her normal time - so we gave her another bottle at around 8.30ish - she drank about 15ml and passed out..lol.. poor little thing was sooo exhausted.. had been awake since about 2.45 that afternoon!!!! but both kids had a sleep in today - was after 7 when they woke up - which was great!! Pity we still had to get up early (6.30ish) to get DH off to work.

Well A is having yoghurt and fruit for breakfast cos he didn't want his toast or weetbix

both kids are watching curious george.. hehe... someone has the hiccups!!

Ahh well, better finish my brekkie too..

Well my little bubbalina has been a real pain in the backside yesterday was refusing to sleep and was a nightmare during the night too!! Today she is a little grizzly too and has only had a 40 min sleep this morning... She is also not drinking all her milk since upping it to 200mls so going back to 150mls as she isnt ready for that 50mls more I guess.

I better go she is frothing at the mouth, I think she is starting to teeth as there is so much saliva happing lately plus I can smell a dirty nappy

Tenny - I know what you mean about being excited over little things. I bought DD one of those Lamaze playmats from Deals Direct and it turned up this morning! I was soooo excited and she just loved it. Wore herself out playing on it and is having a nap now!
DD is still waking up around 4am. This morning she woke up at 4.30 just having a minor grizzle. I put the dummy in and went to the loo, waiting for her to spit it and demand to be fed like she usually does. But she didn't. She just lay there, wide awake. I went back to bed but I couldn't sleep, cause I was expecting her to wake up for a feed the second I drifted off..... so in the end I fed her at 5. She was awake but not crying or anything. I probably should have waited for her to cry or something but I was soooo tired I just wanted to feed her so we could both go back to sleep. She was asleep again by 5.35 but I got woken up at 7
The Bear's first day at his new job today - hope it goes well!
Well I've rambled on a bit LOL. suppose I better go and do something useful now!

Sorry I have been MIA for such a long time, but I never seem to get the chance to post. DD likes to only nap for 40 minutes during the day so that leaves me with just enough time to have a shower, dress, brush my teeth, eat and do a quick tidy of the house before she wakes up .

Things are going well. DD has put on weight well (was bf and comp feeding her, but as of today only ff as she is completly refusing the boob). She now measures 61.8cm and weighs 5.55kg (bare weight) . My god they grow up so quickly!!!

As I have some spare time (DD actually let me re-settle her so that at least another 40mins for me ), I'm going to read all the past posts.

Hope everyones babies a good for them today

Mez - Hayden has been Mister spitty lately. It's like he's got a ton of it all the time. It's only just recently started too...like in the past week. I'm so not ready for the teething yet. He'll probably be such a grumpy teether. Elijah wasn't a grumpy teether.

Mel - Lol Yep, is a great face. I hope you get DD gets back into her normal routine today. Hayden was out of his normal routine yesterday too. He was awake most of the day yesterday, then decided he'd sleep from like 6 till like 10, then we gave him his bottle and he decided it was awake time... After some cuddles and stuff with me, he just layed in his bassinette quietly and drifted off to sleep himself.

Pixie - I hope Beth lets you have a nap today to catch up on some ZzzzZ. I hope Bear is having a great day at his new job.

Pink - Great to see you again. They do grow up really fasttttt. I hope your DD starts sleeping for longer. Does she like to have time on a floor gym thing?

I forget what it was like after the pg with Elijah. It was so longer ago.

It's really cold here today.
I kinda want another carrier/sling, but I really don't know what I want.

Hi girls thanks for all your thoughts. Sorry about no personals at the moment im very tired, just got both kids to bed, both are not asleep but thankfully no crying. Tara wasnt good with the needles she has been crying alot yesterday and wouldnt even want to feed from the breast, thankfully she had formula in the end. Im not sure whats wrong with my supply, if its not fast enough or she is just upset from the needles. Shes still quite unsettled today too. Julia is sick but got antiobotics for the ear infection and cold so sorry girls cannot make the meetup tomorrow but have a good time. Handling two kids that are not 100% and crying is quite difficult and draining when you have PND so if im not around im thinking of you all and will be back when im in a better frame of mind and got some sleep!

Tenny - only had one AF since having DD - and it was really light. However, got massive cramps the other day thought she was coming again - nope, must of been ovulating.. crikey... it was painful.. not looking forward to AF at all this time around!!!

Well BIL has had his op. Have spoken to sister and she said he is in intensive care and had bottom part of his right lung removed. Sister said the cancer was the size of a golf ball. They are sending it off for test. Will know more in a week or so.
