    HAPPY 5mths BETH!!!

    HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY ARICYN!!

Well I survived the day, probably would have been ok but Ashlea couldn't be put down today, she was so clingy! Tenny I know how you feel!!

Mel: Strong drink I WISH!! No instead I went to SIL's for a girls night (had Ashlea screaming the whole way and Jayden screaming at her to be quiet!) Dropped Chris off at the pub (same pub he went to when he flooded my bedroom), then had to pick him up.....maybe I should have one now that everyone is in bed and no more feeds (hopefully) til day light! Hope your meeting went ok with your boss, I gotta go see mine in Maryborough soon.

Tas: Glad Jonathan likes his bumbo, I'd like to get one for Ash but she'll be sitting properly soon enough, and I don't think there is anywhere in Bundy that sells them anymore.

Missy: Hope your BIL will be ok on their holiday! I know there are Dr's with him but still, chemo is pretty rough (as I'm sure you know). I used to be a drinker (not an alcoholic but I used to drink a bit), I kinder miss it but then don't miss the hangovers LOL, tonight was the 1st time in ages that I wish I could go out and have a few.

Hi to everyone I missed.....I think I heard Ashlea, must be Chris' snoring waking her up LOL

    Happy birthday to Aricyn!!!

Happy 5 and a bit months to Mehkelti and Beth!!

Happy 6 months to all these little boys that have just started reaching this awesome milestone and also to Reaghan!

Don't know what type of spider bit me. Finger is much better now, although has lost a few layers of skin that just peeled off from the infection site (like a blister!!). Bit sore, but nothing compared with a few days ago! Last day of antibiotics. Hopefully Alyssa will start sleeping better again!

Tan v exciting on the hitching plans!! Forgot to say thx for the chrissy card during my hectic moving settling then Christmas and the follow on! Was very cute =)

Mel love ya. Just got your sms now, will look in the morning. Will also turn phone off of silent so that I know when u next message me!!

    Sleep time. Night all!!

SW - phew. thought you had the craps with me... hmmm... paranoid much? pmsl!!!!
You should know me better than that!! It takes a LOT to give me the ****es - OR a special kind of stupidity that you just don't possess...

I have to say WOW!! Most impressed. Shoulda sms'd that to you but been too lazy Between my semi-zombie-fied state, excitement over my crawling midget and baby-proofing the house, haven't done much of anything that I shoulda been doing!!!

Tasia - Happy 6 months to Jonathan!!! They REALLY are growing up so fast =)

Ayapi - sorry, just noticed your message re. the crawling. Yes - it is amazingly scary. She's been commando crawling for AGES, and has actually started properly crawling crawling. The first day she did it she could only go two or three "steps" before she collapsed in a heap. Now she gets 5 or 6, but drops that to only one if we ever whip out the video camera!! typical! She took a couple of days off to practice her squeal instead, but was back to crawling earlier today. She was chasing hubby around the room =))) Was hilarious. She'd go 5 steps, drop to the floor, look up at him and laugh, then do it again. In a way it is extremely cool, but part of me is also petrified of everything that she can get into now!! We have just spent the weekend baby proofing all the kitchen cupboards, have bought play pens and baby gates, and am considering installing a cat flap into the store room so that I can feed the cats out there and she can't get to the food. At the moment it is all behind the baby gate...

I hope Izzy starts crawling for you soon!! If she's on all fours and rocking, usually they'll start with their weight over the hips when resting between rocking. When her weight is more to the front then she's probably pretty close to crawling. It's such an exciting thing to watch them as they start to crawl!! But yeah, so scary. Alyssa is growing up too fast!!! It's not fair - she's not even 5 1/2 months old yet!!! Then again, it's soooo cool!!!! She can also push herself to a standing position IF she has a prop at the right height and angle - but again doesn't have the strength to maintain it for too long (so we have to be ready to catch her). She'll get there!!

Had a hard time getting her down to sleep tonight... Was very clingy, started crying every time I put her in her cot and started to walk off. Last night was her first night of good sleep since I went onto the antibiotics after my spider bite. While on the antibiotics she was awake every one or two hours - so hopefully her sleeping pattern will settle again quickly. Not sure why she's so suddenly clingy tonight - perhaps it is still related to the drugs. Apparently some antibiotics can give them an upset tummy... I guess there's another benefit to not breastfeeding

wow - this was a long post - haven't updated much on Alyssa's progress here in a while!

Anyways, should prolly go and try to get some sleep now that Alyssa is FINALLY sleeping!! We have mums group tomorrow - going another round seeing as the MACH nurses here thought it would be good - being a new arrival to the state and all Should be interesting - think Alyssa will be the old lady of the group!!!

    Morning all..

Well not a good night for us.
Jesse was up every second hour crying. I think this stupid weather change is making him sick agaaaaaaain. He keeps saying his nose hurts. Gave him some panadol and that lasted about 3 hours or so, then we were up at 6am. Said we might as well come out and watch telly.. which hes happy enough now.. though i think the nose has started to run. Great being he starts day care this week! Am going back to the doctor today to get a script for my medication so might get her to just check him out and see what i can get incase tonights the same. I think the 2+ demazin you dont need a script for do you?

Ooow all these clingy babies! We have one here too. She s not too bad.. its just during the day if shes had enough in her rocker or on the floor shes carry on until shes picked up.

    Happy 6 Months Jonathan!
I cant belive its going so fast!

Tenny.. nice stats little Hayden! Yeh DH and me are both tall too so our kids i dont think, have a chance not to be tall. Thats ok though.. all girls like tall men! Especially us tall ones. Oh how rude. Gee. That place is there for everyone to use no matter whats wrong or not. Obviously she didnt want to be there.

Pixie.. i hope she settled for you. Was she crying or just wide awake? Yeh you can always offer some panadol/dymadon. Will help calm her down.

Sorry have to cut it short.. will catch up this arvo.
