    Hey Hey,
    still alive but only just.

Last time i was in it was because Xavier had the flu, and I was home with him. He is getting better, but i'm not. It's really hard to get better when you don't get any sleep.

Any who I hope everyone is doing well, We have a little boy trying to walk along the furniture, trying new foods all the time, he likes crumpets at the moment.
He has some very chatty days, and it seems like he is trying to ditch a feed and a sleep during the day, which I wish he wouldn't as he try's to make up for it at night, which is so not happening.

Well gotta go, I need a nanna nap.

    Bye

    Hey everyone!!

How is everyone?? I am good - hands are FROZEN tho! Been outside hanging out the washing and it is so cold and still a bit rainy - clothes are never going to dry!

We went on our family getaway on the weekend just gone. It was good!! We got there late friday cause Jason had to work. We didnt do too much, which was good - didnt even turn the TV on!! It was very very cold, too cold for my liking. Avaleigh was OK on the drive, a lot more whingy than I thought she would be but what do you expect when you are sitting in a car for 5 hours!

I've been looking online for new jobs. Its crunch time and I really need to work!! I've gotten no answers out of my current job so I am looking elsewhere. I am going to call them today and see what the go is. The plan is to go to some retail stores and leave them my resume. I may even go to some supermarkets and see if they need any nightfillers. Not what I want to do but if it means I can still be at home with Avaleigh during the day and get good money working at night, I'll do it!! Jason's been thinking about going to the mines, not what I want him to do but his back is getting really bad so roof tiling is not that good for him anymore.

Well Avaleigh has finally fallen asleep so I have to do some stuff now because we go out looking for work.

Ahhh! I am so over my company and waiting around what they say about me returning back part time. I sent an email through to them yesterday pretty much threatening that I am looking for new work and that I will leave them, and they still havent gotten back to me! I thought that I was a vital part of the WA office, but obviously not if this is how they treat ya - just leave you hanging on the edge!!

Gosh, this is so not what I need so early, already have a headache!! Things are just so stressful at the moment...

Well going to have breakfast and a coffee and I hope I will be in a better mood after that!

Lis - sorry dont have any gingerbread recipes!! I hope you find something nice..

mmmm for some reason I would love some of my mum's carrot cake. Its the best cake and just gets moister as the days go on. Damn diet!! I have 2 and a bit more weeks on it.. I am thinking about booting it in the arse tho cause its too cold to be dieting!!

Jas - YAY for being a qualified doula!! We're just having a party at home, weather has been too crap to think about doing it else where, park would be great tho. I'm just going to put on finger foods and make some sweets.

Has anyone got any good ideas for presents???!! I am sooo stumped on what to get Avaleigh!

Oh I am excited I wasnt going to do it, but I applied for a drafting job at a home building company. They were advertising for 1 experienced and 1 inexperienced positions. Drafting and architecture is something I have wanted to do for soo many years and I just couldnt pass up the opportunity again. Its full time, not really what I want to do at the moment, but in the long run, the job should be worth it. Cross your fingers for me and hope I get an interview!!
