Apparently in about 7 months I will be a qualified midwife - yikes!

Jem - the grommits were the best thing we ever did for Campbell. We did have to have them done twice though and also the admoids removed twice, and the 2nd time he also had his tonsils removed.
His behaviour, sleeping, eating, speech as well as hearing all improved dramatically after the surgery. The first tie the surgeon just put in grommits that were like a cylinder, then the 2nd surgeon we saw put in grommits that were still cylinder on the inside but almost like a cog wheel on the outside, so they are actually less likely to move.
Campbell went from having anti biotics basically every week, and he has not had one course since the surgery last november. I think that also speaks for itself. The grommit surgery is really minor, and that afternoon he was pretty much back to normal, and I would definately do it again in a heartbeat.
I hope that helps hun!
Diana - that sounds amazing about the infant potty training, I don't think I could do that with the other 2 as well, I would miss the signs for sure!
