Hi there!

Tegan: like Mitch said: some start early, some later... Wolf has very little teeth on the other hand... hey and Lily can catch a ball which is awesome! It's so funny how differently they develop. Talked to friends on the weekend and their 2 year old wasn't walking until 18 months but has a dozen or so teeth...
and re. picking up / teaching words... say a swear word accidentally and I bet she will suddenly repeat it

Dachlostar: that's so cute about Yasin kissing the pink girl in the book. Wolf definitely likes girls... especially older ones!
sorry to hear about your cat. siamese can be schizo. my aunt breeds them and she has one that is absolutely nuts and I am actually afraid of him, he will *****slap you in the face!! no claws - but it's such a shock when he does it.

Michelle (mitch): well... we got the Phil & Ted's and then flew to Switzerland where it broke on the flight, just 3 days old! It was broken again on the return flight 2 days later and now is totally wrecked. I am beyond pi$$ed off, especially as they are hard to get hold of here in the UK (4-6 week wait unless you are lucky and find someone who has them on stock)
PPH is post partum haemmorage (sp?).
very true re. men not being able to stop...

It's so nice to see so many pregnant again or TTC. I am definitely having a break for a while though I do think we will go back for no. 3

Hi Kellee. Well re. prams... my P&T experience has not been so great and I don't like where / how the baby lies in it. I think it's a great pram from 6 months when the second one can sit upright. And definitely don't fly with it. I have heard many stories now from people whose axel and/or frame broke on the flight. Don't worry about the comments (I know, easier said than done, I got so many as well... it can be annoying). Funny enough they will stop once no. 2 is there.
Arrrg, sciatica, I had that too. 4 weeks to go... not long now! Just remember that!!! You're on the homestretch.
Oh and back to the pram topic: another option (if you are in the city especially) is the McLaren twin traveller. It takes newborns and toddlers and it is an umbrella stroller but the seat can be fully reclined for a newborn. The P&T can be bought at Baby Bunting in Oz I've been told for AUD 550. I think the McLaren is cheaper than that. I have heard lots of positive comments about the P&T but after buying it am not so impressed with it .. .maybe my expectations were too high after all the raving I had heard.

Jo, I had the exact same thing "Oh, it's definitely a boy, you are all out the front"... well Zara is definitely a girl... (I didn't know the gender)... I think people just feel like they need to comment... and sometimes the comments can be rather stupid. Try to take it as a positive and appreciate that people are taking an interest (I know it's hard to stay positive sometimes...)

Well, I can say that so far having 2 close together has been wonderful. Sure, it's exhausting and your second one will often have to cry while the first born pulls you somewhere or chucks a tanty which is so much harder to ignore than a little newborn's cries... but when I see Wolf bringing her toys or cuddling her and kissing her, I think it's wonderful that he has a little sibling and I can't wait for Zara to be old enough to play with her big brother.

Well, what can I report from here... Wolf has a cold... arrrrg.. I can't wait for summer. I hate the cold and flu season! But he is quite happy.
We are having a funny eating stage at the moment which can be frustrating. He used to eat really well but recently it can be so tricky to get him to eat something aside from vegemite toast... *sigh*
