I know NSW have a childrens health helpline but I don't know about a general one like your nurses helpline.
ETA - Nic- from my understanding an epi pen is a pen like injection that those suffering from bad allergies have on hand such that if a reaction occurs and they go into anaphalactic shock (swelling of airways etc) this injection can be given to reverse (or help stop) the reaction.
