I only ever fly QANTAS though, they have been good, generally when flying with kids, they always help me out when possible, and slip the kids extra things and kids pack (colouring pencils, etc etc) i came home with 6 this time!! I was just annoyed with that. But they did give me the baby basinette, which was a god send.
