Sorry for the epic, Simone! I like the idea of the bath water, too - going to try that next time I have a bath (we had our first poo in the bath incident yesterday BTW - what an initiation!).
Cloth nappies seems complicated, but, really, when you have a good system going it's a piece of cake (well, poo) - it keeps itself going. AND it's fun Being that Annaliese is the youngest and the only girl (for now), it will be nice to do cloth for her - a gesture for her because the boys take a lot of your energy away from her, that's how I would think of it, anyway
Snappis, yep, they're the T shape with teeth that grab the terry fabric (that's why they don't really work on flannel). They're pretty cool, but they don't last as long as snaps or pins because they are rubberised and will perish/lose elasticity.
Gotta go do a big shop - been avoiding it for days!
