Cooked the steak, sooo yummy... Red wine, garlic, chives and parsley, marinade for at least 30 mins and cook!! It was amazing... Next time i will make it with jacket potatoes and veges, made it with alfredo and chips from milk bar tonight, it was hot enough in the kitchen as it was...

Dh has gone out to take pics of the sunset, as the smoke will make it look so different...
