No enliven here going to get some stuff for spring rolls for dinner (some great recipes in the recipe section) so will get some juice then. REALLY muggy here,has been raining all day and has recently stopped, about 30 here now My wrist is still quite sore, but only because i have some ligament/cartlidge damage, so just have to take it easy and ease back into using it.
