Oh forgot to add my cousin Mel had a baby girl this morning! Amara Jane, seven pond ten. And she only has nine toes! Her little toe on one foot is missing! I wonder how rare that is... I cant wait to see her on Tuesday when I go to Perth...

wow kel congrats on your cousin's little girl another play mate for Charlee & Jack!
poor little girl missing a toe... i wonder how that happens? At least its the smallest tow yeah? i would think it would play a lesser role then the big or 2nd toe? Do they think it could hinder her development in walking?
Yeah i wanna do some hand/feet prints b4 Nixon grows too much, so what sort of stuff did you use to do it? dont wanna use something thats hard to get off!
Jess- sorry to hear you and the kids are sick. Hope you all get better soon. 37.8 is pretty high isnt it. I know i was told anything over 38degrees should be taken straight to hosp.
Happy one month Niall & Aneta!!!
Nic, its so special! I was the first of my generation to have kids now we have another bub to spoil and love! I am glad she is only 7 weeks younger than jack and Charlee. I cant wait for them to meet her. I used an ink from a scrapping shop. it washes off easily in the bath. I did it when they were sleeping and I suggest that you try it when Nixon is in a deep sleep otherwise they clench their fists and it is near on impossible.
Sorry about Patrick, Jess :(
Happy one month, Niall and Aneta!
I'm wearing Oscar again and his head is hanging back and he's a bit asleep - his head doens't flop too far back, he's already got great neck muscles! Because of my non-experience with newborns I didn't even notice his strong muscles until my SIL said it. Then the maternal nurse commented on it, so I gotta be happy that he can carry himself even when I make a clumsy pick up of him!
Lactation consultant appt was really good. He fed well from both sides, the little bugger, but the appointment was good if only to show me that I feed better in a straight backed chair. He also has a small measure of tongue-tie that we may end up doing something about - this is what's causing the ridges and cracking in each boob (one boob has ridging and the other has slight cracks!). All in all, glad I made that appt and when I see the maternal nurse tomorrow I hope to report successful feeding. The tongue-tie is really mild but I'd rather not have ridges and the subsequent vasospasm. I'll see how we go.
I tells ya what, though, if there is something that's not going right, PLEASE don't wait until distress sets in - act on your early perceptions, get advice and nip it in the bud before it becomes a big problem! Tulip, you're a bit like me in that you'll accept a certain measure of pain until it becomes unignorable before doing anything about it (remember SPD? Seems so distant now, huh?).
That reminds me, Tulip, how are your nipples going since the post where you mentioned the soreness? May I just heartily recommend getting yourself to a lactation consultant (should be one in your MCHN network), even if you think the problem is going away? I put it off for days because during the day it didn't seem so bad and when I needed to call (when we were having our last feed before bedtime, being detached in a panic from the pain and then having a teary breakdown) it was out of hours and the consultant's advice unobtainable! If it was just a 'me' problem I probably still wouldn't have done anything about it, but my boob pain affects Oscar so I can't afford to disadvantage him in order to be a martyr to pain!
Oh, going to experiment with a new system - get ready for bed, change nappy, feed in lounge room THEN go to bed. The LC suspects that the get ready for bed, change nappy and feed in bed thing may not be working for us and that a change of location of the last feed might have Oscar more settled and settleable for bedtime. Nothing like bouncing ideas of someone who's career is babies!
I have laundry to fold whilst the rice cooks and DP prepares dinner...
IK Alex had a tongue tie when he was born and it was cut on his 3rd day by the paed, took all of 30 secs and there was barely any bleeding and no infection or anything. We were told that it may/may not interfere with his feeding later in life and better to cut it now rather then later. Haven't looked back since.
Kel congrats on another baby in the family, in relation to the toe thing DH and I were just discussing how his cousins little girl (now aged 2) was born with 6 toes on one foot and how unusual that was. It was amputated soon after birth. So extra toes etc might be more common then we think.
Thanks, Gabysmum! Yeah, the LC said that if we left it and it affected his speech later on that it would have to be done under local cos the frenulum (sp?) is thicker then (about age 2-3), sooner rather than later if we are going to do it. I have a feeling that his mild tongue-tie is enough to be the cause of our discomforts, not just the feeding position, so we think we might just go ahead with it (trip into town, though!).
Vigilante is at it again...I just reported a litter bug to the EPA (thrown from car onto road)...
IK- I find that it is much easier to feed and settle Tori if I get up and feed her on the lounge, we seem to have alot of trouble getting her to sleep if I feed her in bed, plus she seems to get more wind if I feed her laying down. So as hard as it is sometimes to force myself out of bed I have found it works much better for us.
Did my first grocery shop on my own today with Tori in the baby carrier and it went really well, she slept the whole time which was great. It is amazing how little achievemnts like that make you feel great, and such simple tasks like doing the grocery shopping actualley arent really that simple anymore.
Had a better day today, I actualley managed to get a few things done around the house. I cant believe how quickly the day goes, it seems as though time escapes and all the things i planned to do just dont get done........oh well, I guess there is always tomorrow!
Nitey nite everyone... Just had a shower with Niall, he still seems to really enjoy it... also he's stopped crying when we dress/change him on the change table now (that stopped over a week ago) so the whole experience is very relaxed; my favourite time of the day: when Niall is having his quiet alert time and the 2 older kids are in bed and I've got my (single nip of) medicinal Bailey's on the little table beside my rocking chair.
I'm going into the city tomorrow, perhaps to introduce Niall to DH's work colleagues, not sure... I'll have to see how things go (won't attempt it if the boys are unsettled). The main thing I want to do is buy a new set of really good quality sheets at the Myer sales (y'know those 1000 thread count hotel quality ones... the cheapo Target ones that DH and I bought when we first moved in together 12 years ago have finally worn too thin... guess they didn't do too badly for 250 thread count poly cotton afterall!). Maybe hang out at Borders (very child friendly book shop with a cafe) if Niall is asleep.
I agree Ali: there are so many simple things that you have to totally rethink when you have a baby with you! Well done tackling the grocery shopping! I can't say that will get any easier though!(for the next 10 years anyhow LOL unless you resort to Coles Online) My next prediction is that us Junies will be discussing the the world of public baby/parenting rooms! The good, the bad and the ugly... you gotta know where the nearest is at all times from this point on! From my experience, Myer have traditionally had good ones... I used to be kinda "anti" department stores until I had children... it's amazing how a good baby change room can change your mind LOL
Bathsheba - definitely go the Myer sale! There are heaps of cool things for real cheap. Check out the Miss Shop, too, for some cheap tops (polo style) at $10 each. There are also some cross over tops that may come in handy for feeding for the same price. Check out the ladies casuals section, too, for discounted Bonds long sleeve v-necks - I am finding these great for during the day (they pull up easily and I keep a gathered bust singlet that pulls down easily to that I can keep my belly covered from the cold) and also for wearing with my flannel pj pants. Buy cheap undies cos there are heaps! Kids clothes are heavily discounted, and while you're at it you may want to stock up on DH undies :) In shoes they have some cute Supersoft shoes for $60 - very worth it, I bought a pair for about this much (after staff discount and a percentage off sale) earlier this year and they really are super comfy. They have them in black, blue, green, red and cream.
As for sheets, if you don't find anything (and I doubt that you won't), there is always next week's Aldi catalogue - damask 375 thread count quilt cover sets for $49 in cream, burgundy and latte. I'm trying to talk DP into it...I LOVE bed linen!
Ali - Gonna try the new plan soon. I don't feed lying down in bed cos attachment isn't good enough for this to actually be comfortable yet! I was sitting up, but even though I was sitting up straight with two pillows behind me, the LC reckons the angle may still have been too sharp (Oscar sitting too high for my nipples) in bed. What I inadvertently did was pull a simple chair up to her desk because DP sat in the other swivel chair with Oscar. When she wanted to see me feed I just stayed put in that chair and voila! it was comfortable attachment!
DP is lying on top of the bed and I've just finished a huge load of laundry folding. I'd like him to feed the dog, being that he's bailed on the vacuuming (sticking to my guns and midwife/nurse recommendation to avoid vacuuming till week 6) and I'm saving my sore shoulders for feeding so I won't do the dishes tonight, either. I just want to get ready for bed so I can get the boy-child ready, too.
Good night all!
Bath, I just had a shower with both the babies. DH bought Jack in then after a bit we did a swapperoo and he bought Charlee in! It was lovely. They just love it so much more than the bath I think.
Tulip, I just did it with ink that I know washes off easy and did it onto nice coloured paper that I have for scrapbooking. I'm not that fussed on moulds etc. I think as long as there is a print of their feet then i am happy.
Gabysmum, that is weird! 6 toes! Oh well i think Amara will survive with only nine. Cant wait to see it though. I just cant seem to be able to picture it...
Just did ryan's foot prints, can't do his hands because unless he's holding someone they're always in fsts like his daddy. Did them with versa scrapping ink which is water soluble. did 3 colours and he giggled the whole time!! I think I did 6 sets so I'll scrap some, frame some with a picture for both sets of GP and then the best set will be framed with his fancy birth certificate and a picture :) and might laminate a foot each for mummy & daddy to keep in wallets with a little picture.
Hello Junies, won't go through all your names as I'm bound to leave someone out and I don't want to do that, just a few personals.
Lol Bath at the Medicinal Bailey's.
Jess So sorry to hear that everyone is sick.
Congrats on the new family member Misskel
Ali yay for the first mum and bub shop, so glad she slept for you.
I love sales it's a pity I live too far away to pop in and pick up a bargin.
Prints: I would love to do some prints but I haven't done it for the girls, should have, but just didn't do it. So I feel a little bad if I did Nathans. But I have a storeroom full of scrapping stuff since I used to sell it, I haven't done any pages in ages, I really love it though I should get some photos developed online. I just don't seem to get the time.
just saying hi - we are good - hope u r all well... sorry - just not enough seconds in the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back from the city... went well... didn't visit DH's colleagues though... maybe next Friday. Didn't buy the sheets for us but bought the most gorgeous doona cover and pillowcase set for Verity reduced from $80 to $50 (double bed size). I'm going to put it away for her birthday... lately she has been doing lots of drawings of her "dream bedroom" and visiting "design your own house" web sites so I've got a good idea what she likes and this will really fit the bill :) IK: since you share my passion for linen you might want to check it out (I copied the image of her bed set from the designer's web site) Just click on her name in my signature and it will take you direct. I wish I had the money to buy more of the soft furnishings that go with the set. It's a discontinued line too and becoming rare :( Myer's 1000 count linen wasn't reduced... but there's a Bed Bath 'n Table warehouse near where I live that always has reduced top quality linen so I might revisit tomorrow morning.
I also bought a Noddy plushie for Niall (all my children have got their own Noddy now) and a Noddy picture book for Wade... we're all Enid Blyton fans in this house.
So that was a nice/brief outing... Niall slept the whole time in my sling. Wade actually said "bedtime at home now" as we were walking back to our house from the train station so I think his irritable mood earlier in the day might have been from tiredness.
Both boys still sleeping... going to make a cuppa.
Hiya CeeCee :)
ETA: Kel: The photos you sent of Jack & Charlee and family are lovely! The twins look so settled and content :)
Re: scrapping - going to sneak to big W this afternoon ( meant to be getting my hair cut) to get some digital pics printed so I can make the wallet card for Matt. If I do it after I give ryan his ungodly feed matt won't even know :)
hope everyone's great. MWAH.
Hey!
Am trying to type this whilst burping Aleise - not comfy!
Can someone please tell me how you insert the baby pic into your signature???
Aleise has been sleeping lots - I might try that hands and feet print thing next time she wakes. Acrylic paint should be okay ???
Well am trying to get house tidied up today - have been going out every day this week so I am determined to catch up on house duties.
Mum should be babysitting for us 2morrow so we can go to the movies - wanna see the new Pirates of the Carrabean movie. Should be good!
Tanya: hope you're feeling better and no more clots? How is Lucas doing??
Someone said their baby is in 000 already - Aleise is 5 weeks now and still in 0000 - she's eating lots too so I think its just a length thing... also was told she is smaller than average. I should take her to the baby clinic too since I'm driving again.. better get off my butt!
Not much else to say - hope everyone is fairing well. Gotta go and change another nappy!
Take care and huggies all round. :)
Neenyxoxo (where is my new avatar????)
howdy all.
Took Nixon to get the pixie photos today he was very well behanved! Im really starting to get used to being a mum and shopping trips/car trips etc! I worked out that i have gone and done something every day for the last 3 weeks (that incls the trip to syd) so finally im getting the hang of it.
I took a list with me of stuff i needed to get and do. Managed to get through it, have my lunch, give Nixon a feed and get to the photo's on time! Organisation definatly helped here! I cant wait to c the photos i got him smiling in a few of them and also stripped him down to just his nappy!
Neeny. dont worry Nixon is still in 0000! I was trying to find something nice to put on him today for the pics and even some 0000 pants i have for him were too big, he has so many nice clothes he just needs to grow into them all!
Oh and to get a pic up you do it on your ticker, so the one your using u will have to go on the website and c if they do it. The one i use Lilypie and some other ppls have that option. so you just click "Browse" and find the pic u want in your pc. did that make sence?
I think I'll just get used to the fact i have a small petite boy, otherwise i get myself too frustrated with everyone telling me how little he is. Im just going to take it as a compliement now.
Bath- sounds like you had a good outing day too!
Im a bit buggered now as Nixon woke @ 4am, had to bring him to sleep with me but he was a wriggle worm and didnt really sleep to well after that.
scrapbooking- After coming out of hosp i went and bought a heap of things to start while Nixon was in hospital! well that didnt happen but anyway Mum does "creative memories" and she bought me a whole heap of stuff for my bday (Not till august but gave to me when in syd) and so did my sister, so now i have everything all t he tools i need i just need to find some time to sit down! Ive done one page so far!
I also bought some stuff today to do the prints, i will do it on Monday (Nixon will be 3 months on Mon)
I keep forgetting to say that I've done hand/foot prints for both Verity and Wade when they were little and I used a large ink stamp-pad same as banks and libraries used to use when they had to stamp passbooks and books. The ink takes a few showers to wash off but the quality of the prints is amazing: every little line and crease... I'll have to scan them at some stage to show you all. Acrylic paint might turn out as just a blob. Also try to use acid free or good quality thick paper or card so that it will last.
ergh, Tuesday is the closest time I have for this tongue-tie snip...it feels like an age! DP has a good relationship with the local doctor and she's coming back tomorrow morning. Apparently there is no appt available tomorrow, but DP's going to try to swing it by calling first thing tomorrow and saying that it's affecting Oscar's feeding. Otherwise, Tuesday it is...
Maternal nurse appt today was good. His weight is doing well, his other tests were good and he's a happy boy despite the way he squishes my nipples! He no longer looks waif-like and the 5 cms he has grown would account for the not fitting properly into 0000 anymore. Looks like he may well take after DP - birth was the only time in his life he was average - who stands at about 6 foot 5. Oh, well, lucky I'm making the most of his while he's little!
Was naughty and had chicken and chips with gravy for late lunch...the lady in the chicken shop missed my pregnancy altogether and couldn't believe I had a baby in my jacket (well, he was in the Hug a Bub with my jacket done up over it)!
OK, I might have a nap before this ravenous monster wakes up again and then we're off grocery shopping...
Ooh, Bathsheba - that IS lovely linen!
compared to last month their really hasnt been many July bubs have there. besides Lucas & Alexandra only 1 or 2 others.
in the "who's due" thread i sent a msg to add alot of you guys and bubs that were not on there hope u dont mind. gee there is alot of us!
i wrote everyones down as they were born so know your bubs bday/name/weight!
Nic that is so sweet thanks for that.
IK I missed the bit about Oscar having a tongue tie sorry to hear that but glad to know it is easily fixed, good luck with that.
Today it is Happy one month to Dee's (Donna) boy Lachlan!
Hope you are well and get come back onto BB soon!
IK- whats involved in fixint the tounge tie do they numb the tounge first or something?
Hopefully DH can get Oscar in earlier but if not Tuesday is only a couple of days away and hopefully it helps the b/f. Is there a recovery time afterwards?
Nickers, the paed that cut Alex's tongue tie literally got a new pair of sterile scissors adn cut the tie, noe numbing or anything required. Alex had a tiny cry and then was over it.
Have just sent some photos of Alex and Gaby to the email addresses that I have.
Am just checking out targets toy sale which is currently online, there are a few things I will be lining up for next week I think...there goes more money spent!
Just did a bit of online research into the safety of ink on skin. The only problem that I found could be with people having an allergy to it. It seems to be harmless. My personal belief is that more harm is done by using a lot of baby shampoos etc (especially Johnson & Johnson products). I found a lot of information warning parents not to use soaps and detergents on very young babies skins. Anyhow, I'm now fairly confident that a "one off" contact with ink would be ok and no more harmful than any other printing medium. I did an occupational health and safety subject at uni when I was studying Fine Art and ink was never covered... that's not to say it's not hazardous to small babies... but a lot of mediums were mentioned... you wouldn't believe how toxic some oil paints are! Actually! It's just occured to me that if the brand Crayola make an ink pad it would almost definately be the safest product to use! Crayola is a fantastic brand and always washable in water.
Yep, Nickers, it's a painless procedure cos there are no nerve endings in the membrane - a spot of blood and that's it, can proceed with feeding at next feed time :) At the moment Oscar can't get his tongue much past his bottom gum line, hence the ridge on my nipple and the 'pinchy' feeling when I feed. Tuesday, bugger, it's like waiting for Christmas as a 7 year old!
My girlfriend bought us a column heater today. It is a lovely, lovely gesture, even though DP and I had decided not to get one ourselves because we couldn't justify a practical and efficient use of it. We won't use it in the bedroom cos we don't heat that room at night. So, I've put it in Oscar's change room and I'll turn it on at the first morning feed so that the room is warm for the next change and a later morning feed in there (first morning feed will happen in the bedroom). I have a small fan heater that I'll be using in the bedroom for middle of the night feeds, just to keep me warm at the time. I think my GF thinks we couldn't afford another heater, and her house is always too hot, so I've graciously accepted it and now am struggling to justify its use even in the change room! We hardly spend any time in there apart from nappy changes, so now I have to find something else to do in there to take advantage of the heat! I think I'm just think-typing now.
I went for my first trip without Oscar :( It was weird, but DP seemed to want the opportunity to look after him on his own so that I could do the grocery shopping.
I was disappointed that Aldi's selection of baby clothes came in the fantastic selection of pink and blue...I wanted to buy stuff for my sister but she's like me and hasn't found out the sex of her baby...and I'm loathe to subscribe to the pink and blue limitations. I did buy a sleep suit for Oscar and I'll pass it down to my sister with a bunch of other stuff when I go over there at Christmas.
Well, it's late and I should get this monkey ready for bed.
Gabysmum- Thanks for the pics!! how cute is Gaby with Alex.... so adorable!
good night mums & bubs!
Great pics Gabysmum, how cute are your two kids!
Kel- Love the pics of the twins, they are just too adorable!
Well we did our first big excursion yesterday, we went intothe city to have lunch with my mum and dad, and FIL which was really great. I also did my first public breastfeed which I had been a little bit worried about, but when a hungry baby is calling it is allthat really matters, and it is so easy to be discreet that it wasnt as hard as Ithought it would be.
Taking Tori up to the country to see some of DH family today, it will be just over an hour and half in the car so hopefully she will be settled enough to sleep the whole way. We have to go back up next weekend for a family function on MIL's side of the family, but we thought we would go this weekend as well just to see how settled she is on the drive.
My MIL flies in from Bali on Tuesday night- I think that she is really excited about finally getting to meet Tori, she is staying with us for a few nights, but I asked DH to diplomatically ask her not to stay for the whole trip, as I am just not used to having people in my space. She was very understanding though, and has lots of family to visit while she is here.
IK- Glad to hear that they have found out what is affecting Oscar's feeding, and that it will all be sorted out soon.
Anyway better go lots to do before we head off in a couple of Hours, and the baby is sleeping (very unsual for this time of the day) so I am going to make the most of it.
Hi again! :hello:
Well it looks like we finally get some rain here in Brisvegas!
I managed to update my ticker with a photo of Aleise - only thing is the pic is really small. I tried enlarging it in the scanner file but it doesn't seem to have worked! Thanks to Nickers and Tulip for the tips. Couldn't do it through babygaga though so had to use tickercentral. Don't know why but the days don't show up on the text? :help:
Aleise has been demanding 2 hour feeds during the day lately - maybe she's finally going to have that growth spurt??
Mum went to Aldi yesterday and bought cheap nappies for me. She's going to babysit tonight so Matt and I can finally go out! Hope the movie is good.. anyone seen the new Pirates of the Carrebean movie?
Baby bonus $: We've waited a whole month and once I called Family Assistance they advised that we needed to take our form to Centrelink 'cause I get a partial benefit. They reckon that Families office told Matt to do so but he reckons they didn't say anything! Anyway I lodged the form and we should get the $ by next week. Good thing we have money to live on at the mo as my maternity leave payments have run out.
Nothing exciting to write.. better go and scan the latest pics to CD so we can print them out at Kmart.
Take care all - will try to do personals next time.
Hi Neeny,
Thanks for the email of Aleise! I have now created a BB folder on my computer and saved everyones baby pics that have emailed me!
I took DH to aldi today and to my surprise he was all for trying out some stuff! (i thought id have to hide the fact stuff was from there because he wouldnt want to try it!) My sister uses the aldi nappies and found them better for her daughter then huggies. i think they r a little bit bigger than the other brands. when Nixon is a bit bigger i might try them but for now still buying the huggies newborns.
Honestly, when you get onto Aldi you can't go back! No, you can't get everything from there, but they don't say you can. They've got a great reputation, so their weekly surprise buys can't really afford to be crap. The regular stuff is great and cheaper than homebranded product in the other supermarkets.
My nipples are screaming at me so I'm going to try to get my boy to sleep so I can express for the next feed...cup feeding was a trial last time we tried, but I think I have to give it another go.
Went to lunch with my GF - lovely place in Sassafras called Ripe, should anyone ever be up this way! Great hearty meals and a fabulous atmosphere...even the toilet is heated!
DP is out helping a friend move house - they're gonna be our neighbours - just a quick walk up the fire track next to our house :) They have a two year old and I think they might be about to go for another.
Need to pee - will this child drop off????
Nickers - I have known many people who have found Aldi nappies to be great - I have never lived close enough to an Aldi for it to be worth my while unfortunately.
Gabysmum and Neeny - thanks for the photos they are gorgeous.
Well I've had a good day today, I got a gift voucher for a facial at Pure Indulgence for my birthday and I had it today and it was soooo relaxing and good just to have something for me, as well as a break from the boys.
Cody must be going thru another growth spurt as he's been feed every 2hrs since lunch time, have just put him down a few minutes ago so hopefully he will stay there a while.
Gabysmum,Neeny and Kel thanks for the pics of all the bubs, I just love to look at all the Junies bubs.
Also this morning I've some how broken my back molar and it now has a sharp edge and is rubbing under my tonuge when I talk or drink. It's also making me talk with a lisp, which DH thinks is hilarious, so I'm trying not to talk to much, easier said then done. Will have to try and get to a dentist soon about it.
Lastly a big hello to all the rest of you lovely ladies, hope all is going well with you all and your beautiful babies.
hugs xoxo
Just wanted to let you know that Patrick is in hospital with bronchiolitis. He keeps de-sating so they are going to start him on oxygen soon.
Jess sorry to hear that Patrick's in hospital, I hope that he's better soon and back home with you.
hugs xoxo
Oohhh Jess, sorry to hear that, Hope he's better soon, poor little baby.
IK when you say cup feeding do you actually mean feeding him out of a cup, not an insult by any means, I'm just fasinated that you have the patients to do it and that he actually feeds out of a cup.
Amanda oowweee with the broken tooth. I broke mine on a fruity loop, lol I had just finished telling my gilrs that daddy was naughty for buying them and not to expect any again because they are really bad for your teeth as you can break your teeth eating so much sugar and whammo, I did it, lol. It was hilarious to see the looks on their faces. Did it on a Sat Afternoon out here so I got out my nail file and filed it down to stop it from cutting into my tongue, it did the job and held well til my visit to the dentist.
Neeny She is gorgeous, yay for the ticker
Dee - yes, patience, definitely, but also desperation! The earliest I can get his tongue tie fixed is possibly Monday, otherwise I have that Tuesday appointment lined up. This morning's feed was quite sharply uncomfortable and my nipples looked rather worse for wear on both sides (usually worse one side). I use a little medicine cup. Must express again - he just had 80mls and I'm not sure it's enough. Gotta express for hte next feed anyway...
Ik, you poor bugger, that appointment will be here in no time and my fingers are crossed that he'll be feeding like a trooper in no time. But you have to get a photo for posterity, poor little thing, but how cute. I have Nathans hearing test photo lined up for his 21st. So cute, he'll just love me for it. Lol.
I've been expressing and giving Nate a bottle since he was 4 days old just in case I go out somewhere, I also have a good supply in the deep freeze. Not that I go anywhere, ho hum.
DEE-I know how that is hun, the never going anywhere!
BTW, my mums up your way atm, visiting my aunt in Sarina and my cousins in Moranbah!
jess- sorry to hear pat is in hospital, but atleast u know he will be in the best hands till he gets better.
we just wtached the fumbest movie (date movie) sorry of anyone liked it but if u havnt seen it dont bother! some silly movies are funny but this was just ridiculous!
Ik- cup feeding must be so tedious, only a few more days and hopefully you'll c a big improvement.
ouch amanda.....
