Bath - looks like MooGoo might get a few more orders for Infant Scalp Cream lol!! We should start charging commission. It is fantastic stuff and I'm sure the girls who order will be extremely happy with it. Hayfever must be horrible, I have never had it but I have seen some friends with it and they feel absolutely horrid when it hits. Glad to hear its not too bad for you. Luckily Marley came up negative when tested for dust mites, pollen and mould (yuk!).
Dee - what a lovely SIL you have. How nice coming home to a clean house. How are the new specs? I wear glasses and I hate getting a new pair, they feel so weird when you first put them on. Glad to hear the kids are on the mend and your washing has eased.
Maya - how is Oscar today? Hope the little man is feeling better and you get a good nights sleep tonight.
Donna - we tried a teaspoon of yoghurt today and no problems. I think she really liked it, but I am careful not to give her too much yet. Crunchie chocolate more than made up for not having the Fruit & Nut (any chocolate would lol!). Why do they behave themselves when Dad is around!!! They like making liars out of us. Hope Lachlan had a good afternoon sleep and you had a bit of a rest.
Nic - ohhhh bugger about the competition! A weekend away would have been lovely for you and DH. Oh well, you just have to keep entering them. My DH never heard the girls either, he sleep so soundly I used to have to nudge him (or whack him!) to get him to get up. Its not a sound they have to listen to so just tune out, mothers always hear it. Its good you are having the conversation with him now so he understands what you need. I was lucky with DH doing shift work, he would come home in the early hours of the morning and do that feed for me. Every little bit helps. Its so nice to have a park nearby, I'm sure Nixon will love playing there. Are you still on cloud 9 about your new place?
Had a friend come over for dinner tonight and he helped with a painting I have done for my Dads 60th (which was a few weeks ago!). It turned out brilliant. I will post some photos of it tomorrow. My friend and I are thinking of doing up some more and selling them. You guys will have to let me know what you think of them.
Marley still seems to be doing well with the dairy. Gave her a teaspoon of yoghurt with her lunch today and she loved it and no red marks. We are up to 20mls of cows milk and no reaction. Slow and steady! She took another 2 steps yesterday but still prefers to crawl around to get somewhere quickly. She sleeps in a Grobag and today after her afternoon sleep, I heard her playing in her cot. I snuck in to see what she was doing and she was out of the bag!!! Sneaky little thing had undone the zip, which is tricky to do and runs from the bottom up , and was completely out of it. She was having a great time playing with the zip. Thought they were supposed to be designed so they couldn't get out.
