I was going to ask how everyones recovery is going ??
Stupid , stupid me did a few sit ups last night , and this morning I woke up with heavy bleeding again ( it had stopped 2 days ago )
No matter how many people tell me to take it easy for the first 6 weeks i just do not listen. tsk tsk
