Hi all.

I had the roughest time last night I stopped BF Mikayla about a week ago and last night my boobs got so sore that I was actually in tears. I had a headache and cold chills all night and couldnt even hold my baby to my chest to feed or burp her. I felt so incompetent as a mum but at least I had my wonderful DH to take over and look after her so that I could TRY and sleep.

I still feel ordinary today. Boobs are killing me and I feel like I've got a bit of a fever. DH is walking around in a t-shirt while Im on the lounge under a blanket still freezing!!

I just hope these arent signs of mastitis! I think I'd better go to the doctors tomorrow.

Mikayla on the other hand is doing well today. My mum and DH have both been looking after her today and she's settling really well. Hopefully it continues through the night!!
