Hi everyone,
I don't have access to the net 7 days a week and when I do, I dont have the tie to really read all the posts, so I must apologise if I dont comment on heaps of stuff.
Celsie - suggested bath thing to DH and he was really keen to do something to help out and spend some Q time with DD. I do have a baby bjorn active (expensive but its already paid for itself!) and I use it all the time when DD is unsettled. Thanks for the tip though.
Like feathertop I too droped back to pre preg weight 2 weeks after birth, but I was really lucky to only put on 10kg throughout my preg. Mind you it was hard work - I prepared my body for prenancy for at least 6 months prior to TTC so I was in my best physical condition. It's just the way I am - a bit of a perfectionist. I ate well throughout my preg and exercised most days - but gave the gym a miss after 30wks as my back was starting to be a pain. I'm just saying that I'm VERY LUCKY that my body was kind to me.that it will do the same second time around.
DD is into a bit more of a routine at night now, last feed at about 7pm, then sleeps til 2.30am and not again til 7am. It makes a big difference to the tired factor!
Charleyfrog - Let down is painful at every feed. I haven't felt the happy feeling though. They say that there is a fine line between pleasure and pain.
Heading out this morning to my very small mummys group - hope I find more mummys soon![]()
