We had Noah's birthday party last night - his actual bday is on Wednesday but because it's Mothers Day next weekend thought we'd have it early. We went to Macca's and let me just say it was shiiiittteee. The girl that did his party had as much personality as a wet paper bag. They had nothing set up when we got there. They didn't even give the kids party hats or anything, 1 scabby game of pass the parcel and that was it. We ended up complaining at the end of it and only got charged for 6 of the kids party bags. I thought that they were included in the price. $3 each for a bag with a few bits of paper in it. Anyway, Noah was happy so that's all that counts.

Tehya has been an absolute cow. I think it's because she is cutting her bottom molars and now her eye teeth are making their way down. That's got to be one sore mouth. But whinge... geezzz girl. We gave her Nurophen and bonjela before the party last night and she was still screaming there. Of course she woke up no better today. Hopefully it is only her teeth and nothing else.
We started Teh in swimming lessons last week. She goes just after Noah. She went in the pool fine, even playing then when it came time to lay on her back she was hesitant to say the least. She cried for most of the lesson but screaming IYKWIM. Apparently this is the best lesson and from here on in it gets worse. What have I gotten myself in to...
