Hello :) We are slack we know
Miss C is doing back 2 side and almost front. Done Belly to back twice :) She is babbling and laughing now and holds an conversation in her own way :) We are doing a small amount of Farax each day 1-2 baby spoons  Ohh and we are getting 8 hours between feeds from 10pm and 6am. We have been on a flexi baby driven routine with her fro day one but know she is driving it every 4 hours during the day on the dot
Mo - How are you going hun - need the lambs fry yet????
JB - You are doing an amazing job with Immy
:hello: to everyone
-
Thanks Linda. Immy is getting so good at holding onto things now thanks to your help the other day. Don't know what I would do without you girls ;)
We are picking up Immy's new cot from Bubs (the one in fort valley) on the weekend so will be checking out their rocking chairs when we do hehe. I can't wait to set up her cot, the sheets etc was the first baby purchase I made but we then decided to use a bassinet because of the lack of room, hoping it would last until we moved but yeah, didn't quite work out haha.
So good to hear about Charlotte's sleep and how clever she is!!

hey all
Ally can roll onto her side but not all the way yet. i help her a little bit to get to her stomach to show her but she doesn't seem very interested in doing it. she has very strong legs and loves to stand up. we have great conversations now and loves to watch tv esp when i am trying to feed her.
her cradle cap is not too bad but as her hair is falling out u can see it more i have just been using the baby shampoo and scraping it off (when she lets me) is there anything out there to help with the scraping ( i dont really have any nails to help get it off)
we tried a little bit of apple puree yesterday the look on her face when she tasted it was priceless. but she still has the tongue relex and push some of it out, so we r going to leave it a little bit longer.
she is trying to sit up all the time now, if i have her lying in my arms she will keep leaning forward until she is in the sitting position. she gets very frustrated when she cant sit up.
i cant believe that most of the bubbas are rolling around
mo- i hope the infusion has worked and u r feeling better.
take care everyone.

:cheer: Immy good girl. Go get rocker babe!
Treena have not tried the fruit yet :)
-
treena i used to use an eyebrow comb to scrape the cradle cap off DD1 head, but sometimes it can get a bit red so i just stopped when that happened and used oil soaked in first to soften it up.
chelsea tries to sit too , just the same way you describe it treena. :-)

David seems to have good and bad days feeding, we are trying breastfeeding and then offering formula a short while later suprisingly he had a breastfeed then had nearly 150mls formula so wondering now if he's actually getting enough when he's on the breast. I have to admit though its kind of nice feeding him with the bottle as you can actually see what's going in and he actually sits still and drinks rather than messing around like when i breastfeed him. So its all a bit odd, we've got weigh in tomorrow so i'll be interested to see how he goes. The mchn said it could be my milk fluctuates with my cycle as it could drop in quantity when i have my period/ovulate. At times I wonder what it would be like formula feeding.. but i love breastfeeding him its such a nice bonding time.
Got to organise his immunisations shortly as we're overseas when he hits 4 months.. so its a busy few weeks coming up
Jitterbug- I haven't tried the moogoo cream for cradle cap but I use their shampoo myself as i get eczema on the back of my head. David has cradle cap but mild but mchn suggested trying it seems to have minimised it but i haven't used it for a long time yet. but seems to be doing the trick
Phoneix good to know that there is some light at the end of the tunnel with the fussy feeding David's showing.
Helen- i think i won't worry about his flattening head for now see how it goes, as it wasn't our usual child nurse
-
jb i use moogoo on everything did not think of cradle cap but it works a treat on my eczma too
-
just popping in to say that chelsea has started laughing! LOL its so funny and cute, she gives herself hiccups from them! hehe
-
Hollo how cute!
I love it when Kodi laughs, not that it happens very much her laughs are more silent now lol
Linda slowly starting to feel more human :)
Yay for Miss C's sleeping. That is great i hope she continues it for you.
Treena- Kodi loves sitting up, which is why i'm always bumbo for her. I'm lucky she has very good head control & i can leave her in it for awhile.
Hi to all the other mummies & babies :)
-
We get the laughs that end up in hiccups here as well haha
-
Awe how cute are the giggles!!! Josh will start giggling and get the hiccups.....so I start laughing and he gives me the funniest look...like "Mummy your so mean laughing at me!!!" lol priceless!!
-
We are lovin our bumbo here, best thing ever. She loves it and is happy to sit in it for a while as i do stuff. We had a little 2 yo boy here for morn tea and all he wanted to do was sit in, it was very cute
We have needles next monday, cant believe how fast the next lot of vaccinations have come around, i hope its goes as good as last time.
-
Charlotte is a bumbo fan too
She is trying hard to say hello and copies to her best. Think there was something that sounded like Mum today when she was upset beacuse I was working
Hicups Lauging and Talking happening in her rocker right now just too cute :)

Hi everybody! I've been super busy the last 2 weeks trying to get 2 huge assignments done - they're finally finished and in the post :) Still trying to catch up on my sleep though because i was staying up till around 12 or 1 every night then waking up at 6.
Alexandra was 3 months yesterday, got her weighed and she is 7.32kg. She is giggling and squealing and sticking her tongue out all the time. She has rolled from back to belly a few times but doesn't seem interested in going from belly to back. She loves to talk to her grandparents on the phone, we put them on speaker phone and she makes so many different noises and won't stop to let them talk :) very cute
Hope that everyone else is doing well, i should be around more often now that i have the time
-
Been slack too - sorry everyone.
Got sick with the flu then had visitors - back to normal now!
Wow - everyones bubs are doing so well, it is great to hear.
We love the giggling and chatting, it is so cute.
Got the rolling from back to side, but not tummy yet, still trying to hold his head up on his tummy, that will come soon I am sure.
Oh yes, we love the Bumbo too.
Super curious too, has to be involved in everything which is cute.
Funkeefrog - hope your assignments go well.
