    Have a great easter bec

just popping in at work, currently on a break so just wanted Bec to know you are not a thread killer

Well the highlight of my day was Dp brought DS into town and we had lunch together at the library on the grass, very nice way to spend lunch.

DS has another tooth coming through so that is 7 so far. He is starting to walk more then he crawls and learning to walk in shoes too so cute.

Well it seems Dp is starting to know what it is really like to be home with littlies, he that for over an hour this morning DS cried and winged and cracked tantys if he picked him up, put him down, put him in his cot - didn't matter what he did DS just wasn't happy. Ah well now he knows

Hope you all have a great easter

    luv nic xxxooo

    Hi guys,

Just wanted to pop in and wish everyone a happy Easter. And I'm very late in saying this, but I hope E, Will and Sam had fantastic first birthdays.

Life has been a bit crazy around here for the past couple of weeks since I went back to work part time. Even though I'm only working Tues/Wed/Thurs, I seem to have very little time to get on the computer!

And for my big news ... (ha ha, no it's not another baby - YET) ... we've put our house on the market on Saturday. Decided now is the time to sell, so fingers crossed we get a sale within a few weeks . The plan is to rent for 12 months while we find a block of land and build. We really want/need another home before we add to the family. Our current place is fine, but it's two bedrooms upstairs and one down - which would make life difficult if/when another baby comes along. Anyhoo, it's taking up a lot of my time to keep the place looking spiffy as we've already had inspections, plus photos for ads etc. It's bloody hard keeping a clean and tidy house with a toddler and two shedding dogs who have always 'lived' inside with us. Wish us luck for a good sale!

As for Cammie, well he's handling daycare ok, although he's been a bit off colour this week. Not actually sick, just no real appetite for food or milk, Thankfully he's drinking lots of water and he's eating just enough to get by, but he's not quite himself. They said he was a bit grotty at daycare today - very sooky - so I'll keep an eye on him. DH and I have just had gastro (luckily only lasted 24 hours without vomitting), and we both felt nauseous and off our food. So maybe that's what Cam's had a touch of - but without the spews or poos. At least he ate dinner tonight and drank a bottle of milk before bed, so I think he'll be ok.

Cam's on the verge of walking, I think. He'll walk around now providing he's got hold of a finger. Actually, he wants to run - after the dogs. Typical boy!

Work is going ok. I find things really heat up once Cam is picked up and we get home. It's all "go, go, go" from about 5.30-8.30pm. I need to find my routine, if that makes sense, as then things might fall into place a little easier. Truthfully, the hardest thing about working is going from seeing Cam 24/7, to only seeing him for approx 3-4 hours on the days I work. I hate that, and I miss him. Guess it's a taste of what DH has gone through since Cammie was born. Still, it makes me a bit sad. But I'm trying to look on the positive side of things and at least I've got 4 days at home with him.

Bec - hope you enjoy your time at Sheffield (saw that on FB) - don't freeze your bum off. Ditto I hope everyone else going away for Easter has a great time.

Leesa - congrats on your baby boy!! Your boss sounds like a total nitwit and if he's got any sense he'll take a course in management and discrimination before he next opens his big, fat gob. Thank goodness for your big boss!

Nic - awww, poor hubby. Nah, only kidding . Just a taste of what the past 12 months has been luck for you. Glad to hear things going well for you.

Will hopefully be back over Easter to say hello.

    cheers, Andie xx
