I book tickets to the UK yesterday woooooo hoooooo.... its just MJ and I going (cant affort the time off for DH) but i am still really excited!

    Congrats on the tooth poopy

There is a music festival run by the council in our park today (backs onto our back yard) should be great fun and they have a fireworks display at 10pm, looking forwrd to that, but last year our dog went missing (i am sure i would have wrote about it last year as i spent hours walking the streets looking for her) as she was so frightened. Going to lock her in the house tonight.

Had a hair cut and colour yesterday, well overdue, last time i went there was 6mths ago

hope you all have a great day

sj - that would be great to go to the uk!!! hope you are having a stoppver, it does get quite tiring w a baby/toddler.. and it's a long flight....
we are going to m'sia in aug. my cousin's getting married, im so excited, she's just like a sister to me. and poopy will be walking with her along w his second cousins.(my cousin's nieces)

yes, remember abt your doggie.. just cant believe it was a yr ago!

poopy slept 11hrs last night!! maybe cos his tooth wasnt bothering him... of course i kept waking up cos he'd wake up and plus it was too hot..

Nope - no stop over and i am doing it alone, i am returning with Mum, but going there its just us.

She should sleep the first leg to m'asia, as the flight leaves at midnight... its the second leg that i am worried about.

M'asian airline had an awesome sale, i got return flights for MJ and I for $1666!!!! thats soooo cheap! the cheapest we found was for 1950 and they had really bad stops and flight changes... so we are stoked.

    Skye hope you are OK
    Trina you too

wow sj that's a really really really good deal!!!
and teh crew on MH are fantastic w babies. we were so well taken care of. hope you got ur bassinet seat booked.
when do you fly? we were lucky cos i didnt have anyone next to me on the flight. they give you the row near the wall next to the toilet and galley. so they can hang the bassinet on the wall. and if there's someone next to you, they usually ask them if they minded moving elsewhere, so you have more space.

trina, skye - yes, hope you are doing ok.
shell havent heard fr u in ages.. are you partying non-stop :P

Yep ooked the bassinet and an infant meal i had to giggle at that....
Was told taht the baggage allowance for mj is 20kg too - woo hoo that means i cant take all the stuff i want too...
planning on taking nappies, but using sposies for the flight... dont fancy 24hrs of nappies in my bag!!!
    Did you fly Malaysian Airlines???
Glad that you said that, i have never flown with them, i usually fly singapore.

we leave on 23rd April - its nly 10 weeks away - really given me the motivation to loose the last of the baby fat!!! i am catching up with so many friends i want to look great (isnt that shallow!)

hope all is well with shell, bron and lily too

yes, we flew malaysia airlines.. they were so good. they served me first before the other passengers and helped with lakshman. they gave us some sposies and heinz baby food and some toys.
the baggage allowance is great. i took cloth to m'sia as well. and you dont have to worry about carry liquids on the plane as they are lenient when you hv a baby. you can take her water, drinks etc. it will be easier that'll she'll be 1 already. i had to take a thermos with cool boiled water for him to drink.
but the last trip i found it hard as he was so wriggly.. mj will probaby want to crawl around a bit. i got some toys and books for him, but he was most interested in teh paper cup from the loo.

yup, im going to endeveour to lose 5kgs by aug! nothing shallow abt wanting to lose weight, hun!!
    im so excited for you!

oh, i know in m'sia the airport allows special check-in for parents w babies and children, you dont have to queue up. sydney airport doesnt. not sure about melb.
how long is your transit in m'sia? the aiport is big and nice..
