Oh Prama, i know exactly how you feel... its awful isnt it.
Hopefully you have the same one as me.
Vomiting for the first night, then no more real vomity nausea.
The next few days were just diarrhoea and i felt really weak. DH found that if he ate boiled lollies he had enough energy to do stuff and he went back to eating quicker than i did and seemed to get over it quicker.
At the hospital the information sheet that they gave me said after the first day, not to restict normal diet other than high fat or rich/spicy foods in MJ as the food help push it through.... i must admit for the first 2 days i cut out her solids as i didnt think they would help, next time i will give her rice/toast for the first day or two and then back to normal diet. I found as soon as i put her back on 3 meals her diarrhoea cleared up.
I hope you and Poopy are feeling better soon and that Steve manages to avoid it. We also found that if someone didnt get it within 48 hrs of the last person they were safe - fingers crossed for steve.
Hope you get to put you feet up and have a rest, take care of yourself
Oh forgot to mention....
In DSS's christmas letter he asked for MJ's first tooth... Christmas night at about 6pm we saw a slit in her gum and a tiny bit of tooth poking out - ahhh the magic of christmas, we told DSS that he gave MJ her first tooth as he asked for it :)
