yaay jesse!! he'll be running soon!
Jazz is doing that. I could have swarn she took a step on her own the other day, but on closer inspection, she had 2 fingers resting on a footstool.
She's pointing and waving at everything now. In the car the other day she pointed to Matt who was driving and said "dad" She did this 3 times (I can't remember if I have already said that). Even though she can say mum, when she points to me it's "ba ti oooo" (or something like that) and then giggles. In the supermarket the other day she was pointing at everyone who walked pasted and would keep pointing until we would say "lady" or "man" or tell her the name of whatever else it was that she was pointing to.
I think she's saying hi and bye now and is very quickly realising that when you say "bye" or "hi" that you wave at the same time. Like last night, when we were leaving daycare, I just said bye to the lady and her grandson and as soon as I did that Jazz started waving at them.
yaay jesse!! he'll be running soon!
Hi Guys,
Danni great picsyou are very good.
You dont actually have to register a business name if you are going to trade under your own name - you already have an ABN so you are all set to go (so long as the ABN is listed as your name of course)
I bet the bride and groom will be rapt with the pics - well done
Prama - glad you had a great day dispite the rain, glad you got my text
On Sunday we were out in the garden and MJ went from sitting to a stand without holding onto anything!!! i was so excited, i clapped and cheered her and of course she fell over!
Well she has been practicing this all week and will stand in the middle of the room with nothing around for support. She is also Dancing, wiggling, clapping and cheering when standing like that... OMG she is growing up!!!
Yesterday she started to pracice to move on foot while standing like that - its not going to be too long people keep saying, it would be nice for her to be walking for her bday, but i also am happy to have her as she is, she is growing up sooooooo quick.
Remember how helpless they were only a few months ago! What an amazing thing it is to watch them grow!
She is saying Mumma, Dadda (to us) she also calles the cat and dog 'Gentle' obviously she has picked up on that more than the name of the animal... she says what sounds like 'good girl' to the dog and she calls her Doll, Doll-Doll and what was even more exciting, when we were in the kitchen i asked her where doll-doll was, she looked around for a bit and then took off to the lounge calling doll-doll and then found her AND brought her to me... WOW i think that is a massive step, your babies are probably doing similar things, but it was a huge thing really as she is obviously developing a bigger understanding, also recall and problem solving abilities.
Well, thats it from me for a bit, needed to take a break from the paper work her (its insane) so thought i would quickly pop in
sorry for no personals
At home today before we left for daycare & work, I said to Jazz "we're going to Pat's house" (Pat is the FDC lady). Then I said Pat several times. She eventually said "Pa...dada" (close enough). I told Pat when I dropped her off this morning and she was absolutely stoked!
sorry girls, havent been online.
been flat out and poopy's been quite sick. lots of phlegm in his chest and bad cough. he got some anti-biotics yest. i took him to dc and tehy said he needs to have had 48hrs of ABs before he can come back. lucky my mum's still around so i left him w her. and thank god dc just up the road fr home.
poor darling, he coughs and cries in his sleep adn is so miserable.
sorry for the lack of personals..
I decided that this weekend I'll try Jazz on normal milk. If she doesn't have any reactions to it then we will just finish off the tin of formula we have and then she can just have normal milk. We might still buy one tin of formula a fortnight so she can have the occasional FF but otherwise it'll just be normal full cream milk.
So far so good and as long as it's in a bottle, not a cup and it's heated like formula she's fine. She hates drinking milk from a cup and hates drinking water from a bottle (fussy kid).
Yesterday I gave her some water out of my sports pop top bottle and she liked that bottle so I might look at getting one for her.
Oh Prama sorry to hear Poopy is so sick, hope he gets better soon. That was good that your mum was still here to help out. They pick up alot of bugs at daycare, just think of it this way, at least his immune system is going to be nice and strong by the time he goes to schoolat least that is what I do to make myself feel better again.
DJ has diarrohea again...... and I have been going to the toilet alot the last few days myself..... and my tummy hurts when pushed..... I think we must have the same bug, the one he had a few weeks ago and it has come back. He hasn't had the diarrohea as much as last time though, only twice a day. The last time was anywhere between 5-8 times per day, very exhausting..... Hoping it will clear up this weekend. If not, i will take him to the doctors on Monday to see if I can get some antibiotics to clear it up.
How is everyone anyway? Loved reading all of your posts with all the talking going on..... DJ is says 'e' alot so he is trying to say something there not sure what..... every now and again, he will say mum or daddy, but that is about it. Not very frequent. Keep trying to teach him words though.
He is taking a few steps by himself now, only little ones though.... He still holds onto the lounge and then lets go and takes a few steps and then back to lounge. Won't be long now before he starts walking by himself.
I am so exhausted today though. Doni has been in Melbourne for the past two nights and DJ has been a little unsettled at night, I really think he knows when he isn't home. arghhhh He is due home at 2pm and I will be leaving the house to head to the shops so Doni can take over kehehehe
I will do some personals later.... Gotta change DJ's nappy, I can smell it from here...
Shell xxx
HI guys.
I wrote i big post yesterday, just as BB started playing up, so I lost it
Hope Poopy gets better soon Prama. Poor bubba.
Hope you guys all feel better soon too Shell.
Jesse says yeah & nah & mum, dad & nan. He tries to say boob, lol & is starting to say a few more sounds.
Took them down to the beach this arvo, even though its a mucky brown colour from the floods. Hoping they don't get sick from it...
Any ways, Jesse was so funny. Crawling in & out of the waves, eating the sand & trying to chew on shells.
Anthony's living here. I'm still a bit wary, but I think we are getting there. & the kids are loving him being around full time again. It has been 4 months & poor Jesse won't leave his side. Poor Bubba's been surrounded by girls long enough, lol.
I'm just taking things really slowly. I feel stupid having him back here, but , I dunno, maybe things will finally be different (I know, fat chance, but I'm thinking more about the kids than me atm).
Anyways, lots more catching up to do, so I'll be back later.
xxx
Hey Skye..hun it sounds like you are apologising and doubting yourself for having anthony back home. Dont hun everybody trys there hardest to save their relationships and love is a hard thing to battle with. You will know what is right for you and the kids but take care of you too k xx
