Cass (blob) - I have no problem with starting solids when the baby is wanting/needing them, I don't feel that Grace is wanting them at the moment. If I felt that she needed food then I would give her food, of course. I want what is best for her. Poor little thing, I hope he feels better soon. They are showing knocked up down here at the end of July for the baby sessions, so hopefully you will get that up there. I thought the same thing about christmas shopping and then thought that I wouldn't have a clue what to get. Jess was giving me some well needed advice on toys appropriate for 9 month olds! I second how you feel about holidays - it is always great to get back.
Jo - did you have a better night last night? That would be horrendous - I would be beside myself if Grace was awake all night.
Nat - OMG on first tooth. We think Grace may be teething as well. She is so grizzly lately and always munching on things and has a white bit on her gums which feels harder than elsewhere. I was told that they can come out and then go back in a few times. DH's cousins son had a full set of teeth by the time he was 6 months old!! That would be a fast wheane of the breast that is for sure! lol! There is one girl in my mother's group that is on BB too.
Cass - I would love to do swimming lessons with Grace but I thought that they didn't start until 6 months so I haven't looked into it.
