Well Liam was a gem last night, he fed at 7pm when i got home, 2am and then 7am this morning PERFECT. I was able to leave home at 7.20 with empty boobs and only had to express once at work.....and I got 300ml OMG thats my most ever.

Abb I find in order to get a let down I need to wait till atleast 1-2 hrs after his regular feeding time so I have some milk already in my boobs, then I do alot of quick pumps until I feel the let down and then slow and steady to keep it coming. I also find if I am with someone and chatting away it helps with the let down. Is there anyone at work you would feel comfortable with???? It may help
