Thanks for all the birthday wishes. He had a fantastic day! Kim the cake turned out wonderfully – THANK YOU!!! He got loads and loads of presents and he loved unwrapping them and then playing with them. He also loved his party today at the play café and had fun with his little friends!
He got a massive train set, a ball tent, a kids couch, clothes, Imaginerium cube, talking Porrh Bear and heaps more stuff. He loves his musical instruments and adores his train set and new Hi-5 DVD. Its so funny to watch him try to decide what to play with and get so distracted by the other new things all the time!
Kim ~ I am constantly amazed at Emerson as well. He is starting to make so many new sounds and talk more and dance more… and well everyday there’s something new and it makes my heart melt each time! I hope Darcy is feeling better now the poor thing! I hate it when bubbas get so croaky they loose their voices! Whoo hoo on the new car! It sounds fantastic!!! I wish I could get a new car but I’ll be keeping mine for a while to come yet!
Leanne ~ I’ve been on a health kick for awhile. I’m slowly making changes which I think is the key. If you rush in then you don’t actually change habits IYKWIM. I’ve gone from drinking no water and around 4 cans of coke a day to drinking no coke and around 1.8L of water a day. I’m quite proud! Katy’s cake sounds fantastic btw! Nice work!

Vic ~ That is why I went a friends only party not at home LOL. I don’t have room for my big family and then some!! The cake sounds great – very clever!

Well today Katy and I are home with the flu. My whole body hurts.

Dad got some more results today too. He has a cancer of his bone marrow. Has to go on tablets for four months and then an operation in October. Then he'll be off work for six months.
MIL goes to see her surgeon today re her breast cancer. Will see what happens there.
Too much going on for me My brain is about to explode.
I am trying to stay level headed and positive about everything but I am so tired from working and being a mumma and being sick every other week that I am not sure how to cope with it all.
Well I might go lay down (if My darling daughter will et me).

I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. So hope the m/s eases up soon. It lasted 16 weeks with Shaun.
Talking of him... he must be cutting his 4th tooth - and he's got a nose cold. But holding up pretty well.
Gosh, it's a miserable wet day in Melbourne right now... but funny enough - no one complains about the rain now.
Not sure if I updated you on my house sell/buy plans. Bank offered us a truckload of money, on the condition we sell our house first. We got a real estate in, and we said we needed to get the house in order (clean up & finish a few little repairs). He suggested a 120 settlement. I sat down last week, and worked out if we do all that - we would be settling on the same week I give birth!!!! So there's a bit of panic at the moment. Try to get the house organised in TWO weeks (instead of 5 that we thought)... and have less settlement??? But we would then have to buy & settle before our house settles - so puts us under pressure. We thought about renting - but we have two dogs & a cat... so that's difficult. Parents offered to put me, Yariv & Shaun up - but can't take the animals. And right now, I'm too sick to clean & pack up the house. We also have to find somewhere to store excess stuff. But - we have to do something - because it's looking highly likely that Yariv's mum will come over from Israel when I give birth - and she would probably stay a month at least.
Just poppin in quickly to say that we are still alive!! And still pregnant. Been MIA for a bit lately cause i have been too tired to even look at the computer.
Briley is good. She is basically walking now. She still prefers to crawl a lot but walks heaps. She took the most steps she has taken the other day and i managed to get it on video. She still does'nt have any new teeth though i do suspect her right canine may be on its way cause she seems to always mung on the dummy on that side.
Briley is also the little chatter box. She babbles on with so much baby talk its so cute. She can say a few new words. She says butter (an attempt at butterfly), good girl, fish and a few others.
Pregnancy is remaining quiet for the moment. Although i woke up in the middle of the night lastnight feel very wet down there and thought my waters had broken (yes again!). But i am getting into the hot stage now and i think i might have been sweating under the doona! Sorry if TMI!! I can't believe i am almost 30 weeks!! Only 10 weeks to go! Thats if i make it that far!! Fingers crossed!
Baby is really swirling and carrying on at times now. I still get the spasm like kicks but heaps more swirling now. I think that i am going to be much bigger than Briley this time round. I also think i might have a bigger baby in there too. This might sound scary but i want a big fat budda baby to come out of there. I am hoping for a 9 pounder!! Crazy i know!
This post has been all about Briley and I and i am sorry for not doing personals! I will catch up with them soon i promise! However, i will say....

Who is next??? Is it Briley??? We are'nt doing anything special. Brent is not going to be here for it. On her birthday i will just take her out to mums and have a small thing with the cake and dinner with my family. Then when Brent gets back we will do it with his family.

sara - sounds like Briley is growing up quickly, what a good talker. i had a 9 and a half pounder and he was a gorgeous chubby newborn, hope u get one too, ur not crazy for wanting a big bub, i figure its gonna bloody hurt no matter what size they are!
Archie has got two new top teeth, so all the nappy rash and sookiness was just teethin as usual. He has slept throgh the last 3 nights, he has never slept through before!! I bought him a polar fleece sleeping suit thingy so i wonder if that has made the difference. I have stopped giving him his dummy during the day now and he actually seems less sooky, i don't think i'd have a hoe in hell of getting it off him at night though.
Today i kept putting a box over my head then making it fall off and he thought it was the funniest thing in the world he he. He tried to say pretty today but it came out as titty, which was lovely! He has just fallen asleep with a nappy full of pooh, yuck! his bum will be nice and sore when he gets up.
Dh is coming home early which is a relief. We've both started vomiting and Katy's got red red cheeks. I think its more than just more teeth. I've had a phone call from work. Someone is doing my urgent stuff so that's good news.
