Oh no Vic what did they say this time (the ILs)?

Well after being tired of doing what I'm doing I'm getting a transfer for a while to the Media Unit. It's going to involve a lot more travel (it's in town, no parking and hour away), and it's day shifts mainly, but I'm looking forward to it I think.... Now I've started a panic about feeding Darcy, but it's going to happen sometime so I'm trying not to let the new panic take over - again.

I think Lachlan's Birthday's next isn't it? Then Jayden, then Shaun, then Briley? Correct me if I'm wrong....

I don't think you're silly Sara, after your dramas a big healthy baby is a good thing - me however, I'm happy woth more skinned rabbits lol.

Gee it feels like you guys have been pregnent for ages! Guess it's cos I want it so badly too.

Got mucked around at the car place today. We were trying to have some stuff fixed up. First I had to drive there after night shift and got stuck in the traffic - not great when you're already exhausted, then they didn't pay attention with DHs list, then I have to back again (and it's a fair hike) to have the new keys reprogrammed so they don't set off the kill switch permanently....

PS anyone fancy a screaming kid? She's been at it since I got up......

Send her over Kim, Jess is up! I am off to bed, I am wrecked (or more so than usual) today we got an incubator with eggs in my classroom, the kids are sooooo excited (and I am too) they should start hatching tomorrow according to the lady who delivered them, I am just stressing about the incubator temp and hoping the cleaner didn't turn off the power (i put a huge sticker over the power point so hopefully not) I get to take them home for the weekend!
If you work in Media do you come out to schools? I remember when I was in the druitt teaching you had to stop the kids abusing the visiting cops LOL

Happy Birthday Adam and a BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL THE BEAUTIFUL BABIES I HAVE MISSED OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS.

I have missed so many birthdays...I am so sorry. I think Lachlans is tomorrow then Cooper's. I remember being in labour on the 22nd and thinking Sheree and I were going to have our babies on the same day, but I had to suffer another 24 or so hours.

We had Cooper's birthday party yesterday, it was lots of fun. It was a beach theme and the place looked great, thanks to Tony. Cooper was very spoilt and even started walking...I was so proud of him.

His birthday is Wednesday and I have taken 3 days off work this week (sick) so I will be home with him for his birthday YAY!!!

Kim, in one of your recent posts you mentioned you live near Mt Druitt...I lived near there for about 18 months (I cant think of the suburb now)...I totally understand your description of the place...my car was about a week old when I went shopping there and came out to find a huge dent from a shopping trolley...boy did I go off my head.

I will have to get my butt into gear and make more time for BB...its too hard to do personals when there are so many pages to catch up.

Off to bed for now though,

    Happy Birthday Riley & Adam!!!

I didn't forget at all, I feel terrible I didn't post on their actual bdays! I hope you both had wonderful days (and got lots of pressies) I hope Mum's didn't cry too much hehe.

Sunday we (SIL's #1, 2 & 6 and me) went on the RSPCA Paws Walk, all was well all day execpt SIL#6's dog was biting at and trying to mount my 2 dogs and SIL#2's dog all day and to make a long story short my dog got the $hits with it and attacked him (my dog is a staffy x red heeler and SIL's dog is a Jack Russell). Aker had Jay Jay is his mouth and shaking him (trying to kill him basically). SIL #6 and I were tackling Aker trying to get him off but with no success, this went on for what seemed a lifetime and just when I was thinking Jay Jay is going to die, we'll never have the strength to get Aker's jaw open (he had lock jaw) a neighbour appeared (apparently from over the fence) and was able to pry open his jaw, I grabbed Jay Jay and put him in the garage while the guy and SIL#6 had Aker pinned to the ground. Jay Jay escaped with only a puncture wound to the back of his neck and very little blood and Aker had a cut on the inside of his mouth and a swollen bloodshot eye I think from where I was hitting/punching him. I collapsed on the ground when it was all over my legs just wouldn't work and I was dry reaching for some reason. I am in agony now! Every muscle in my body is letting me know its there, I have scratches on my arms I think from Aker, pulled a muscle or tendant(sp) from my middle finger up my arm, sore knees from where I tripped and went flying over the dogs and bruised fingers........sorry that ended up being a bit long, this is only part of the story though! It was a lot more dramatic and a lot more to it ( I have to go to work though hehe). It was the scariest thing I have ever had to witness or be involved in, I hope it never happens again!

I have read all your posts but I will come back tomorrow for personals....Jayden is crying to get up. Oh the baby comp yesterday went well, I'll give all the details tomorrow but he won Most beautiful Eyes!!

    Happy Birthday Lachlan!!!

Just incase you read this Sheree, hope you guys have a great day!

Oh No Tania, that sounds terrible! I hate dog fights....Great news on the comp though!

The party sounds Great Alison. What top timing for him to walk at his party.

Oooh cool Christine! I had a hatched chick in high school for an experiment. What are you going to do with them once they hatch? They're pretty noisy.

Gotta go and do some jobs so I can mooch later - pretty sure I'm 'sick' tonight....

You're right Nat, all these new piccies are cool.

I got some new nappies called Pocket Change - they're tops! Left one on for over 4 hours by accident - and no leaks! Now I'm looking at making my own.

Hey Leanne, do your cloths need covers?

shazz - gosh Ryan is a very brave boy! Arch is getting his needles this afternoon, he is a big sook so im sure there will be lots of hysterical screaming, doens't help tht i have a needle phobia, hope i don't pass out!

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY COOPER AND LACHIE!!!!

Archie had an extremely clumsy day yesterday, which made him quite sooky cause he kept hurting himself. DH and I were watching something on telly last night when i heard running water, i turned around to see Archie squirting water out of my sisters water bottle he was saturated! He then got up and tripped over the empty bottle and put his tooth through his bottom lip, poor little boy. He has his needles tonight so that will top off an ordinary couple of days for him. DH is getting hardly any work this week, pnly worked 3 hours yesterday so we will be on rations next week, mince, snags and tuna, mmmm mmmm....

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY COOPER!!!!

    Hey Everyone!

Just thought I’d update my ticker and I have to say that the idea of a 2nd birthday scares me! I know its ages away but when that new ticker popped up it freaked me out!!! I can’t seem to get my photo bigger on this ticker and the ticker thingo looks a bit silly but oh well I think its still nice!

I’m in the middle of reading text books for uni tonight and I need a distraction lol so I thought I’d post.

Shazz ~ I hope you enjoyed the jewelery party! It sounds like Ryan was very brave for his needles.

Alison ~ Glad that the birthday party went well – they are so much fun aren’t they? Hehe at taking sick days to be with Cooper – great idea

Kim ~ The transfer sounds like a good idea. Hows that new car going? All of my nappies are left on for at least 3 hours and I rarely have any leaks. I’m trying to stay away from them for a bit because I’ve got enough to cope part time and I’m broke! That would be fantastic if you could make your own! I am hopeless with stuff like that sadly!

Christine ~ Theat sounds so cool! We never did that at school.

Vic ~ I’m glad that Adam had a great birthday party! What did the IL’s do now LOL?

Jodie ~ Eeek with all the house business! Sounds confusing! Have you worked out what you are doing yet? Still wishing that ms away for you…Thanks for adding me as a contact as well on Flickr! Your shots are great!

Sara ~ Good to hear that things are going well for you and bubs. Briley sounds like she’s an absolute joy to be around. I do love this stage!!!! YAY for her walking!!!

Ellissa ~ YAY for Archie’s new teeth!!! Eeek at his run of bad luck though! I hope he’s feeling better soon!

Tania ~ Glad to hear the baby comp went well and OMG at the dog situation! That would have freaked me out as well!!!

Leanne ~ How are you going sweety? I hope things are getting better for you somehow. That is devastating news about your father You know I am here for you if you need. I hope you and Katy get over the flu soon. And how cute is that new ticker picture!!!!

We are doing really well. I am busy as usual but I've managed to catch up on almost all of my uni work which I'm proud of so I'm quite as stressed as the last few weeks. Em cut another tooth on Monday . He's spent the last few nights in bed with me but hey it must hurt pushing out those top teeth LOL. He is just an absolute delight to be around. He loves all his new toys and he's getting so so smart and he has so much character - its amazing!

I suppose I better get back to it eh? It won't get done otherwise!!!

nat - woohoo another tooth for Emmerson, they must hurt so much hey?! love ur new pic very cute, i love babies feet. Isn't it amazing how clever theyare getting all of a sudden. Well done on catching up on uni work, u must feel very relieved.

Archie is back in bed again! It seems that every few days he just has a couple of days where he sleeps heaps, must need to recharge every now and then. Only an hour til he gets his needles, one very stressed mum here!!
