Lovely to see you Nat. I'm glad prac went OK. have they talked much about the National Curriculum at uni ? I had my TARS (teacher assessment review something!) today and one of the questions the boss asked me was how I thought the Nat. curric would affect my teaching- having taught in NT I think it would be great to have the same starting age and curric. Australia wide. Sorry enough teacher talk.
Was all mentally prepared to take Riley for his needles this afternoon, dropped in via home to get DH and we checked the answering machine and there was a message to say cause of the blackouts on the weekend the vaccines had got too warm in the doctors surgery fridge so couldn't be used so now we have to wait til they get more in.
Tomorrow we have an excursion for K-2 to the Aquarium and Wildlife World, I am the organiser and there are 173 children and 29 adults going so I am a bit stressed! Hopefully the weather will be OK.
Jess had her 2nd cervical cancer vaccine today, she has a it of a fever and a really sore arm (it never ends this injection stuff LOL)
Riley isn't really saying many clear words yet except mum dad bub no ,he chats away in his own gibberish all the time though. He has started taking a couple of steps unaided so I think he isn't far off walking.
This has turned into a long post so I had better go.
