Awgggh Shazz, hugs, hope u feel better tomorrow

Christine, the general rule of thumb is mid cycle 14 days but everyone is different and some people have longer and shorter cylcles then 28 days too. But I think generally speaking it should be approx 14 days back from the due date of AF - I think that is called the luteal phase. See I ovulated CD16 and had a 28 day cycle when I conceived Lachlan, now my cycles are all over the place like 26-29days but I still seem ovulate on cd16/17.

So you don't feel pains across your wound Kim. I never felt ovulation before having Lachlan. Now your cycle this month is a hardy hey. You have had a peak, but not necessarily a big drop. Is it possible you don't ovulate every month?
