Good morning girls!

I feel like a Mack truck has hit me
another head cold. sniffles, cough, headache... blah.

Good news: we sold our house!! We got an offer on Monday of $308,000 - but commissions & fees are $9,400 - so we really wanted $310+. So we said; "$310,000 & we'll accept". So they accepted $310. The wierd thing is that the deposit is to be paid on Sunday! I phoned the agent to see if it could be paid on Friday - so that we can bid/offer on Saturday - but ALL the agents are in an all-day conference! Bloody annoying. We still have 'open for inspection' tonight - and Saturday - even though we've sold. So that's annoying too... especially when I feel sick. At least a weight is off my shoulders though.

I met a guy yesterday at the salon, and he seemed very keen. Fingers crossed that he buys the salon. As I was driving home, the broker phoned and has a woman also wanting to look at it... so I'm meeting them tomorrow night.

Shazz: what are you renovating? We did the kitchen and bathroom at our house. Such a huge job - but so rewarding afterwards. Now we look at homes, and wonder if we need to renovate again. Good luck with it all.

Elissa: ooohhh on the poo's that Archie did without a nappy. You poor thing. I'm so lucky that Shaun never gets nappy rash. Hope you have fun in victoria for DH's birthday.

Sheree: I know nothing about blood levels - but yours sounded good. Gosh, I never found out that sort of information with either of my pregnancies. Ignorance is bliss for me. Hope you're feeling a bit better from yesterday. And hope you don't cop bad m/s.

Tania: your work situation will be 'interesting'. Hope the new boss doesn't make you feel uncomfortable... and you need to change jobs. That would suck. OMG at the termite bill!!

Kim: I would kill for a holiday... but can't see that happening for a lonnnng time. I can relate to the power point thing - but my stupid DH TEACHES shaun how to flick the switches. Thought it was funny to show him all the buttons on our TV, amplifier, DVD etc. Not so funny now! we're watching tv, and it's a constant battle to stay on the same channel, and the same volume. Clueless men! And Shaun gets really cheeky eating as well. He thinks it's funny to deliberately throw his food off the edge! Shame about the non-x-ray.... frustrating not knowing exactly the damage. Hope you feel better. How long do they estimate recovery?

I'm hoping Shaun is a good boy today. So far, so good... playing in his room. I need to clean the house again - although I'm not going to be so predantic this time. And if I get the chance, I'll try to nap when Shaun naps. I feel like I could sleep for a week. Last night I woke up at 4am and nothing could get me back to sleep. I ended up getting out of bed and msn chatting to a friend in LA. My tummy was hurting a bit too - when I turned. Just muscle stretching I think. Went back to bed at 6.30am - and tossed & turned. Yariv slept through the whole thing! He says that 3 years in the Israeli army conditions you to sleep through anything.
