    Good morning everyone,

Lulu - OMG!! I couldn't believe it when I read that Elena was crawling. She is such a clever girl. How gorgeous that Izzy is running back for cuddles. Your girls must be just gorgeous to watch.

Tan - Oh sweetie sounds like not much fun happening in your house at the moment. You gotta love mum's though don't you. So good of her to take Iz for you for a night. How's Izzy going being a big sister? Giving James lots of cuddles and kisses?

Sangie - I can't believe how well El is talking. Must be such a relief that she is happy that she loves her room. It's so much fun being able to decorate their rooms especially for them. That was my favourite job about moving house. You aren't having much luck with these b!oody tradies are you?

Shell - I am so jealous of you having a pool. I would love a pool but we can't afford and inground and DH doesn't see the point of an above ground. Whereas I think an above ground could be a great trial to see how we go and whether we should spend the money on an inground. Must keep working on him I think. The kids over their snotty noses?

Kass - Glad you're happy with the new house. Hope you're all settling in. When are you thinking of TTC #2?

Hi to all the other gorgeous mummies. Hope your little one is being good and filling your days with kisses and giggles.

AFM Livvy has decided that it is time to get up at 4 - 4.30 this week . She hasn't been resettling but I think it's because she's cold but I'll be buggered if I can keep her covered and she's too hot in her blanket suit. Oh well only a couple more weeks and i'll being to come up with ideas to keep her cool while she sleeps, LOL!! The nightmare fews weeks we had not long along produced 3 molars and 2 eye teeth so at least it was for something.
Bubba #2 is definitely making herself known (yep I'm backing we are going to have two gorgeous girls ). I've got m/s and have the same draining tired feeling of the first trimester. I never got m/s with Livvy so it's a bit of a shock to the system but definitely not complaining. Good to know bubba is snuggled in. So glad that I'm on 3 weeks leave as I was having a lot of trouble hiding it from a bunch of midwives and trying not to be sick while looking after labouring women. By the time I'm back at work I'll be 12 weeks so it won't matter so much then.
I'm not going to be around for the next 10 days as we are off on HOLIDAYS!!!! We are heading up to Forster to swim in the ocean and play in the sand. We are so excited, our first family holiday. TBH I am really scared on how Livvy is going to handle the 10 hour drive. We are leaving at 2am tomorrow morning so we can hopefully get in a big chunk of the drive before she wakes up. Fingers cross the plan works. Good knows how many toilet/sick stops I'm going to need, LOL!! Poor Dave isn't looking forward to it. He is a get in and drive and drive and drive while I need stops. Drives him crazy, LOL!! Sometimes I add in a few just to entertain me, LOL!!
Okay ladies I have to go as I haven't packed a thing and am still trying to get the clothes washed as it's raining here, of course.
Look after yourselves and I'll talk to you all in a few days hopefully when I'm all nice and relaxed.

Have a great holiday Dan. Speaking from experience, don't forget to pack Barry the Bucket for the car ride!!!

Shell - I hope your kiddies are feeling better. Poor little things.

Tan - oh the joys of motherhood with a newborn. I've decided I like my bed far too much for this baby gig!! It passes quickly though so hopefully your little man will settle in himself and let his Mummy get a rest. Elena has slept from 10pm until 6am the last couple of nights so I'm hoping we've turned the corner towards permanently sleeping through - at least until the next issue comes along!

Lis - sorry to hear about your renos being slowed down. What is it with tradesmen (although I guess you can't really blame the poor guy who broke his leg !) That's really cute of Elena.

Well, like I said Ellie has slept through for a couple of nights now. It makes such a difference when you don't have to get up for babies. Now, if I can just get DH to stop snoring . . .

Have a fabulous holiday Dan! I'm so jealous lol, would kill for a holiday right now! Good luck with the car trip, starting during the night sounds like a good plan.

Lulu are you sure that isn't my DH you can hear snoring - he is so loud lately that I wouldn't be surprised if you could hear him from the moon! YAY for Ellie sleeping through, all that crawling might be tiring her out!

Tan hope you guys had a better night.

Shell hope your kids are on the mend.

Going shopping today for a present for SIL birthday, have no idea what to get her. Have a great day all!

    Its been quiet in here!

Just got back from Izzy's 18 month check with the CHN. Said she's doing exceptionally well with all her development and agreed with me that she sounds ready to start TT. She's on the 75th percentile for height but only the 25th percentile for weight so she's such a little string bean.

I've gone and bought potties, toilet seat, training undies, pull up undies, knickers - you name it, we've got it so we're ready to go with TT. While Mum and I were out shopping yesterday I thought I might buy Izzy a dress or a skirt - make it easier for her with TT. Ended up buying her two new skirts and four new dresses - all Mum's fault! Geez they're cute but my little girl looks so grown up in a dress.

Elena is seriously crawling everywhere now and is getting herself to a sitting position. Izzy thinks its fantastic that her little sister can now join in some of her games and spends her day shrieking with delight. Its the first time in six months since El was born that I've looked at them and actually been glad to have two babies - they're such a joy to watch now.

Anyway, nothing else to say. Hope everyone's well - hope you're enjoying your holiday Dan!

Lulu - Yay for TT!! I want to start Izzy over summer too mainly because her poo is just SO gross right now!! Yay for the dresses too - aren't they just adorable in them! So different to this time last year when they were crawling with them on. Elena is such a clever poppet hun and I understand what you mean about your 2... It is REALLY tough. Our little man is sleeping ok at night - Im generally only up twice sometimes 3 times but Izzy is SO demanding and toddlerish right now. I think a bit of attention seeking has kicked in so we have tantrums and eating refusal plus she's waking up early too so it's been hard. SO glad I still have DH home- the joys of subbies.

Lis - Bummer about the delay hun - I hope you find a plasterer soon! That is so cute that Elena already loves her room!!!!

Dan - for the holiday - sounds lovely hun, I would love to get away in Jan with my sister and her family down to the beach - will see how we go!! How are you feeling right now?? Any ms??
Izzy is great - she just LOVES James and hugs and kisses him all the time. Sometimes nearly smothers him so I have to keep an eye on her but its gorgeous to watch! James is giving us big gummy smiles already which just melt my heart..so adorable!

Shell - to the kids - hope you are all better babe. How is work going??

Kass, D, LMS and everyone else I have missed to you all!

Well we are doing well - James is sleeping from around 7 til anywhere from 11-1 each night and then another 4 hour block so thats great. Most nights he feeds and goes back down easily - every now and then he is wide awake and takes a bit of walking to get to sleep! We are loving the hammock and have bought it from the hire place for him too now so thats great. He is sleeping in the lounge in his bouncer most of the time during the day because he seems to just want to be near us and the noise of his sister! Because I am getting some decent sleep the days are much more manageable and I can see myself coping ok once DH goes back to work - he is still off work, he is enjoying the time with his kids and although we are eating into our savings it is worth it!!!! Izzy is great - loves her little bro but is teething, off her food and throwing tantrums every 2 mins right now. She is alway whining when she wants something and is driving us a bit batty. I keep repeating Ignore or Distract, Ignore or Distract to DH but it's hard when you have that high pitched fake cry ringing in your ears This to shall pass hey! She is in her big girl bed permanently now and loves it! She was sick last week and because she threw up in her cot DH put her in the bed and she hasn't left it since! Hasn't fallen out either but there isn't too far too fall seeing as he cut the legs off it!!

Ok Im off to rest while I can in case I spoke too soon about my lovely children!! Chat to you all soon!

    Hi lovely ladies and tots!!!

Tan sounds like James is in a great routine! Aaawww I love his pic, he is so cute! I hope Izzy's teeth pop through soon, which ones is she up to now?? YAY for the big bed too, do you find her the right way up in the morning? Ellie still moves round so much in her cot.

Lulu yay for TT! Sounds like you have everything you'll need lol! We might try this summer but probably not till after settled into our new place. Mum bought Ellie a book on toilet training. It is so funny! My favourite line is 'Big girls do wee wee and poo poo on the big toilet'. Then there is a little button you push which makes the sound of a toilet flushing

Dan hope you are having a fabulous time!

Shell are you guys feeling better. Wish I had your pool today its so hot here.

Hello to everyone else, hope you are all well!

I have been super busy with house and work stuff. Elena finally cut those molars thank god and she's back to her happy self. I took half a day off work yesterday as it was so quiet and treated myself to some retail therapy - bought 2 dresses, pair of black slip on shoes and treated my girl to a gorgeous red/white dress too! I love dresses lol!

Better go, half an hour till I finish work and a few things to do! Take care all xxxx

    ETA congrats dolphin!!!!!

Congrats Dolphin!!! Great to hear from you hun!!!! So many babies!!

Lis - Izzy has just cut her 4th eye tooth and they are SO sharp and pointy poor love. Molars weren't much better as far as grizzliness and pain goes either so hopefully Elena's come through quickly.

It's SO hot here today - ugh and we only have cooling in the lounge and Im not used to having a summer bub so the dilemma continues of what to dress and wrap him in!!
