Wahoo HJ!!! Certainly keeps us on our feet more!! Oh and the hard-drive is still in the box beside my bed  Better put it to use soon before it collects dust, and DP's feelings get hurt.. Kaden has 16 cousin's (first) all up so it's kind of a big gathering when we do have one. He loves all the other kids too.
I'm not one for measurements either.. They weighed Kaden when he went in for his rash, 12.4kg!! He is quite tall tho. His 6th tooth has come through too. 4 up top and 2 bottom teeth.
Have a great wknd ladies!! oh and thanks for the birthday wishes :)

hj, for some reason your last post didn't show up for me?? Yay, for walking!!! Clever baby girl! (And yay for dresses and skirts and clean knees on pants!!)
-
Nickle - which post didn't show up? wonder why it didn't? and hahahahaha you had me cracking up at the yay for dresses and skirts and clean knees on pants! good point too! :)
Miss P is a petite bubba girl by the sound of it! Petite is good, its cute! Watch her though, Miss B started with the few steps unassisted than all of a sudden before bed time last night she took off and there was no stopping her! it was really funny actually and today she has been back at it! so Miss P might just do the same :)
eza - woooza Kaden is a healthy bubba boy :) tell him to stop growing teeth! Miss Emily needs to catch up before he can get anymore ;)
-
haha well I can't see anymore popping up at the moment..
This waking up twice a night is really starting to get to me (to be honest, it got to me a while ago) :( I'm so tired. Please give me some hope that he will sleep through soon!
-
eza i hope he does sleep through soon for you! i have been lucky 2nd time round with an awesome sleeper! 1st time round DD1 was a nightmare, she is 3 on friday and has only just started having really good night time sleeps!
They say the ones that don't sleep well at night are the "smart" ones, as their minds are so active... so you could have the next Einstein on your hands :)
-
lol, he is definitely too smart for his own good...
Have just come back from lunch on the beach, just me and bubba. Was great, and very relaxing (apart from having to chase him everywhere) he absolutely loves the water, was having a bit of trouble walking on the rippled sand tho so he had a few face plants into the water. He chucked a major tantrum when I put him back in the pram!! lol
I'm pretty sure he has learnt "dog" too. There were a few down the beach and that's all he kept saying :)
-
hahahaha did you get some good pictures??
Miss Emily says dog and duck all the time! drives me nuts some days
-
I did plan on it but stupid me forgot to put the memory card back in it... I do it all the time!!! :wall:
-
i think you can still use baby brain as an excuse ;)
-
Hey mummies.. Sorry haven't been on much lately. Been super busy with work, have picked up a few extra days with the season wrapping up. Now it's winding down for christmas :D I start to get so excited this time of year! Love it...
Not much has been happening otherwise, Kaden is getting cheekier than ever!! Is it too early for the "testing" stage?? He seems to be doing alot of it! lol. A bit frustrating, but cute at the same time. Except for the biting part, will just walk up and bite me!
Still only 6 teeth, I measured him the other day too, 79cm!
well I'm off to try take a nap whilst Kaden is down. See ya!

Hey crew!
Birthdays looming, hey? Eeeeeek! Where did that year go? Little E was 11 months on Wednesday, I got a bit emotional over that. I would freeze time if I could, this is truly just an amazing time. She has started to crawl, but never goes far because she gets distracted by all the cool stuff she finds on her way around the room. She has one leg straight, the other bent and parallel to the floor, she'll do a few shuffled like that, then sit down on her bum and do a 360, then keep going. It's hilarious!

yay Uni exams are over, and now i can relax and enjoy Prac!
Last year the day after our last Uni exam i went into labour and had Emily, this year the day after our last uni exam wasn't as eventful :(
So Miss Emily turns 1 on sunday :) but than its :( as i will no longer have a baby :(
she is definalty up and walking around now, but still only 2 teeth! i am starting to worry that she dosen't have any more teeth
-
just a quick question for the FF bubs on here, how much is your bubba drinking?
-
We are doing both. My supply doesn't keep up with me not being able to pump at work :(
On the days that I work, Kaden has his morning BF (around 6), then I will offer him a BF at 8 before I leave for work. MIL usually gives him a FF at around 11am, then again around 3pm. I usually get home between 5-6pm. I BF him as soon as I get home then dinner then bed for him.
He will usually drink between 200-250mL when he has FF. Not sure if that is any help but I think if he were fully FF, he would have around 4 bottles/day each at around 200-250mL.
And he drinks about 2-3 cups of water throughout the day.
-
Hmmmm im a bit worried
Miss Emily will only drink about 200mls of formula a day!
-
That doesn't seem like much at all! Is she drinking more now?
-
nope! got 160mls out of her today
-
Maybe an underlying illness? I know Kaden went off his food and drink when he was teething. But not for that long. Is she eating fine and drinking water?
Maybe take her for a check up. Speaking of.. Ugh, needles time again :(
